We ordered philthy poutine and philthy sandwich. Firstly we think philthy size wasn’t sufficient for 2 people but the amount of meat and cheese makes it hugeee. Yes it was hugeeee… we had to take remaining at our home. Nothing is beatable for the size, price and quality of this restaurant. We recently moved to Pickering now this restaurant is in our weekly wish list. Thanks to the employees for your customer service.

Restaurant was full of smoke, so we decided to take our food and eat it in the car. Over priced mediocre food.

This store has gone downhill after the new owner took over. Asked for feta cheese on my sandwich and I got light sprinkles of it. They said that’s the normal amount they put. Poutine special they are cheating customer with their own boxes which are not from Philty Phillies. Store is not as clean, disorganized cooks. Avoid this place and goto Ajax. Much better service.

It was our first time visiting and had high hopes. The food was overpriced for what we ordered. We chose to eat in. The entire time we were there, we were harassed by kids who were loitering in and outside the restaurant. I was hoping staff would step in and ask them to leave. Such was not the case. We ended up leaving ourselves without finishing our meal. I have an autistic child whose anxiety was escalating due to the glares and name calling.

Holy heck dude, thanks for existing! I’ve always wanted to try a Philly cheesesteak but I was raised vegetarian and the vegan cheesesteak was friggen delicious!:). They also have greasy veggie poutine it was yummy I never had poutine like this before.

This restaurant’s quality is just sad in comparison to the location in Ajax I have been here multiple times hoping it’ll be better but it never is, don’t waste your time here. Go to the location in Ajax

Food is amazing! Buffalo chicken pouting with sautéed onions and ranch is amazing! Outside of the food, the staff is incredible always polite, give great recommendations.

Refused to cancel an Uber eats order which was pocket ordered. Cancelled 3 minutes after yet they said the order was prepared. Over two orders of frozen mushroom caps.

Long waiting time (approximately 30 minutes) and children at commercial kitchen is really unsafe.

I just left a bad review to a company not deserving of praise.that restaurant is not Philthy's. IDK who Philly is but he's a philthy bloke who now owes me pants.bro, you're getting me fat.btw, i'm still working on that large meat poutine.you could feed a family with that much content. I'm never making the mistake of ordering a solo large again.that's A LOT!

This location was great but recently has went down in quality. Very stingy with servings and quality of food.

This place is a hidden gem. Best ever Philly steak and their poutine is amazing. Lots of choices and combos to pick from. Great friendly service and staff.

Got the pulled pork poutine in medium size and it was delicious! Just the right amount of sauce to cheese on top with crispy fries. They have a decent menu selection to choose from so there is something for everyone. The environment was clean and staff easy to talk to.

For the price to portions, I would say it is a bit expensive but still a great first time experience and would come back to try their other menu items in the future.

Just one criticism: please be more diligent with picking up your phone to take orders for pick up. I would say about 40% of the time your phone does not get picked up and I just end up ordering from somewhere else (as I do not like waiting in person).

(Edit) : Prices are getting a little out of hand. $18 for a large poutine? Not at that price. Not for me at least.

And the sweets are bomb too.

A lil bit pricey but worth it (just over 70 for two adults- two large sandwiches, one poutine, two deserts and two pops)

Good spot to eat. A little expensive but big potions. Gravy a little salty but no real complaints. Clean store

Had my order delivered. It was terrible. Fries were cold, the sandwich barely had anything in it and the drink was warm (wasnt even pulled from a fridge). When you over pay for a 6" sandwich you think you get something better than Subway. Guess I was wrong.

Good food, friendly service, casual atmosphere. Went here for the first time after a game of golf. Surprised how many people were here for a Wednesday evening. They got everything out in time everyone seemed in good spirits. Didn’t look like they had many fountain drinks other then bottles or cans in their fridge. Would go back!

Somethings are just ok, some are delicious. The philly sandwich Texan with steak and cattlemans sauce is one I quite like

My fav late night place to order from Uber eats, only reason I order is due to its low delivery fee, but the food is also amazing! Highly recommend the Perogies and steak sandwhich!

The food was actually very good. The price is in my opinion are a little outrageous for what you're getting.

I am so excited about Philthy Philly's new Ajax location at 280 Rossland Road (behind Esso Station). They have the BEST poutine ever. Today I tried a Philthy Philly's cheesesteak for the first time. OMG! It was so good. Thank you Raj and you will be seeing a lot of me in the future.

I really do love coming here due to the fact they always give enough gravy and cheese! Always on the ball and on point. Excellent customer service experience

3 stars are because the customer service at the Ajax location was good. However, had to throwaway 2 subs once we got home. My son’s sub had very little meat, bread was way too soggy and just a poor tasting.

Have eaten at other locations on a frequent basis and enjoyed my experience but the last 2 visits at their Ajax location has me rethinking other options

Fries were a winner, yet when spending $45-50 for 2 subs combos it’s too expensive to just enjoy fries

CORRECTION - The location is in Pickering on KIngston Rd. Its very close to Ajax on Kingston Rd. Apologies to the management for incorrect naming of location town.

The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly but the wait is very long. We waited about half an hour for one sandwich

The food was great! The price was great! When we arrived there was only one customer ahead of us in the store who was only ordering two items, yet we still waited close to 30 minutes to get our food.

OVER CHARGE YOU MONEY DONT PUT RECEIPT IN BAG Beware I walked in ordered other day little bit of a wait kind got wait for skip orders before yours I placed my order I thought was over charged so I said I will wait for receipt to check. So when I checked poutine box was open bag so my hands got soaked gravey and no receipt I thought was odd. I ordered large Phily cheese steak what a joke that is served on hard Italian bun with maybe extra small amount meat that guy chopped up to ground beef lol forgot cheese then burger is like same size QP from mcdonlads. No flavor very tough eat poutine was ok half frys where rock hard half were ok needs more cheeses and thiner gravey so back to over paying I checked online and I was over charged by 10$ and if I was go trough skip witch is few dollars more items on menu would over charged me 7$ over all pocketed close 10$ pretty sad when have do this won't go back here again BEWARE honest opinion even thoe I was robbed food very low class so is meat rather eat mcdonlads would saved 25$ to top if all off we bought slice cake turns out they are frozen box cake and they must be leaving box open in freezer because has old freezer frost on top just terrible and another flaw no menu take home for 2 years now I asked 2 years ago and again few days ago lol hahhah skip on this place belive me or try it for self and will see lol

Had great customer service with this location today. Thought they sent me the wrong grow-op burger, but it ended up being that (surprise surprise) the customer was wrong, and they indeed gave me the right burger (twice). Thanks to the server who made my burger and also refused payment on the 2nd, will continue to come here… also my mom loves the Philly Cheesesteak from here.

One of my faves.any time i'm not in the mood for cooking, i pretty much always want philthy phil's.the food is great.but what's even better is the staff.every single time, they are absolutely fantastic!

Burgers are always great! The poutine gravy can be a little hotter as I ate it within 2min and it was on the cooler side. Besides that I enjoy the meal

Animal got into food. Called manager. He blamed Uber, yeah right. No compensation, not even an apology. Be careful with this place.

Food is good but the customer service is amazing. Never been to this place before and the person who made my sandwich explained to me about every sauce they have and evem made great recommendations to try.

Ordered through Uber Eats and scheduled a pick up time. Order wasn't ready until 30 minutes after the later portion of the pick up time frame. When I did pick it up, I was waiting outside the restaurant and food was already cold, as if it was sitting there for awhile but they never marked it ready.

Sure it would have tasted better if it wasn't ice cold.

Ordered a Poutine, it was good, nothing outstanding.
I like the variety of topping and sauces.
Price is steep for the size of the poutine, but poutines everywhere are expensive, so its expected.
Overall, good place, and very friendly staff!

This young cashier was so courteous and I believe he is an asset to this location. I have had Philthy Philly's from a couple locations now and I can say that the food from this location is the best. I was introduce to this franchise at the beginning of the pandemic, the owner was working that day and she was really nice as well. Even though it a 35 min drive, this will continue to be our location of choice.

Certainly a place worth stopping by, the food is awesome and well prepared, the prices are reasonable and it is regularly neat there. Great work.

Ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 fry & 1 onion ring.after 10 minutes the sandwiches were ready however no fries or rings.after another 3 minutes the fries were ready but no rings.after waiting still mire I finally had enough as the sandwiches were getting cold so asked for $$ for the rings as I was leaving.imagine my surprise when the employee found the rings were now ready

Before leaving a review I read other reviews with pictures and it looks like a better care is put in for people that order in person. I Ordered threw skip the dishes, the poutine wasn't hot enough to melt the little cheese curds there was, the fries and onion rings where cooked in old oil or where over cooked to hell, the sandwiches where ok at best if that. Maybe get a better product and/or service in person but definitely not ordering again. Looks good what they show in pictures but not what you get.

My first time having a Philly Steak sandwich ever. I love steak, so I figured, why not? I ordered thru SkipTheDishes, it arrived hot and fresh and it was good. It wasn’t knock my socks of delicious, but it was fresh and tasty. Not salty at all, which is great. My only complaint (and I use complaint loosely) is that I ordered the triple cheese sambo with adding extra cheese on top of the triple cheese base, and to be truthful, I barely tasted any cheese on the thing. The other toppings were bang on. Would I recommend this spot, yeah, would I return personally; nah.

We got the Mexican Loco, Peppercorn and the Classic Philly Cheesesteak through SkipTheDishes and they were all great! The sandwiches arrived warm and had a generous amount of toppings. We'd definitely order again!

I'd never had a cheesesteak before I tried Philthy Philly's. OK, the name kind of turned me off, but oh my goodness, what a great steak sandwich. I am hooked! I'm going back again this week. That triple cheese sandwich last week inspired me! My advice, go for onions and provelone for sure. Next time, I'll try cheese whiz, which is supposedly a classic.

I have no idea what happened tonight but it was awful. I placed a order through uber waited a hour then my order was cancelled I then placed the order again thinking there was a error but decided I didn’t want the fries I had initially ordered.more then a hour later my food shows up and the fries are there? So pretty much they canceled my order and then when I re ordered they took another hour to send me my initial food which is just rude because when I reordered I had the same delivery guy who had waited in the parking lot for in total time 2 hours and then why I finally got it it was no longer edible because it had turned into a ice cube:) won’t be ordering here ever again if I can’t even eat this as munchie food you have a serious problem

Go here frequently, food is good BUT one of the cooks wears his mask under his nose and sometimes at his chin. Really disappointing to see from a place with such good food.
He’s been there every time I’ve been there he seems to be a manager/owner.

Definitely pricey, but worth it. The poutines might seem small for the $ but they load the boxes up pretty high, and the toppings are plentiful.

Unfortunately all the staff members aren't wearing masks during the pandemic. Won't be going back.

A little pricey but great customer service. They were out of strawberry milkshake so gave a free coke instead.

One of the best philly steak store in town! Halal option also available! All staff's are so friendly!

Gotta say, this place has really yummy food! The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Their menu has lots of options from heart attack on a plate poutine to chicken sandwiches to salads. The location is great, however parking is down right terrible!

Great service I will for sure get a cheesesteak here again when I'm in Pickering! Best cheesesteak I've ever had just look at the picture *mouth waters* highlight of the day:) the picture is the original with added crispy onions l, don't forget philthy sauce and Cheez Whiz!

Okay I guess.for students mostly.with a good stomach (with plenty of digestive enzymes and bacteria). Health fanatics stay clear!

The best vegetarian poutine I’ve ever had! Great service! The staff here go above and beyond meeting your expectations and they take pride in their work.

We stopped in for lunch yesterday and had an awesome meal. Mitchell who served us was outstanding, he went above and beyond our expectations in every way, we were astounded by how hospitable he was and how great we were treated. Will definitely be returning to this spot!

Amazing food Amazing service. I follow a Ketogenic diet and they are so accomodating they put everything in a box for me without bread and made it exactly to my liking and dietary specifications. The portion and price are excellent and most importantly the quality of the food, its always fresh and tastes great. They have a great rewards program too. Great location and the place is always clean. You should go here a LOT i do 3 times a week or so

Got the Tuesday specials from the Philthiest kitchen in Pickering! Poutine was really good but the sandwiches are why I will come back. Sorry no pics ate it all before I could take any.

Great experience. Service was attentive and polite. My hubby had a Philly cheesesteak ‘big eh’ it was delicious and I had the regular poutine full of curds and the gravy was really good. The place could be a bit cleaner though.

Nice homestyle spot. Staff was friendly, food was good I wouldn't say it's the best in Toronto but it was good. My only downside was the food took a little long, and it was on the pricey side
