Fake cheese curds on the poutine. They use the cheap processed based “cheese” cubes. And when you pay for extra meat and toppings they don’t actually put it in the sandwich but have no problem charging you for it.

I had a hankering for a chili cheese fry cheat day but I wasn't expecting 5 alarm chili with Kraft singles. Sooie sooie me maw would never. I can't rate the atmosphere because you won't find me there, and the service is one in the same. You may think due to photographic depiction it may pass but contrary to popular believe that just ain't the case.

Awful service, lazy people in charge of customer service, I order a poutine and they said to me that they don’t have fries, even though I saw them with packages of fries beside the fryer, really rude service in the Philthy of stock yards.

Ordered chili cheese fries and received cold stale fries DRENCHED in hot sauce with a kraft single on top lol!? !? Horrible food - threw it out. Save your money.

Ordered 2 cheesestake sandwiches and didn't get half the toppings I asked for but got a whole bunch of olives after I specifically said no olives. Didn't get the mushrooms, onions or banana peppers I asked for. Instead I got a whole bunch of olives that I had to pick off my sandwich because I'm allergic. Tried to tell the guy behind the counter that sandwich toppings were wrong but he just started yelling at me saying I was wrong. This was the first time coming to this restaurant and it will be the last. When someone says no to a certain topping, it's not just because they don't like it, some people are actually fatally allergic.
Then we said it's for here and he packs everything in a bag even though ticket says dine in.

Poutine was perfect! Philly steak sandwich was very disappointing, I can't complain you got Canadian cuisine right, but I would avoid food in Philly if this is how it is, I honestly couldn't taste the steak, wasn't much of it there, it was the equivalent of a regular kids burger from McDonald's all shaved up on a over sized sub bun.taste like bread with cheese and onion gravy. Thank goodness for the poutine or it would of been half of star review at most.

Ordered classic philly a deal buy 1 get 1 free. The price for 1 food is $14.99 and by the price i thought it should be enough for an adult, when it arrived it was a size a kid sandwich. Literally the bun was the hotdog bun. $14.99 for such a small sandwich is a ripp off. I have a feeling they make the sandwich smaller than the original menu and offer a buy 1 get 1 free, which if true its a double insult. WON'T BUY IT AGAIN!

Got a medium cheesesteak and fries. The fries are good. Made to order. Crispy exterior and salted lightly.

The cheesesteak was good. The steak meat itself could use a bit more seasoning and additional cheese slices, but it is packed full otherwise and comes to you straight off the grill.

Overall, it was a good experience, and I would come here again. 7.75/10

Extremely small portion. Sample size portion. Steak is not steak strips but ground beef, littery a spoon full.

Stale fries.
Bread was wet. Like washed.
Worse meal since COVID.

Will not ever return

Orders take a very long time to fulfill. Employees lie about the time it will take to make the order. If it takes 15 minutes, don’t say it takes 2 minutes. Do not go to this location if time is a factor.

Philthy Philly's is fantastic! Their lunch special is one of the best deals in town, $11.99 for two fresh cooked sandwiches with as many toppings as you want is a crazy value.

The manager is also a super nice dude and he really makes me feel valued as a customer. I keep coming back for their fresh, tasty steak sandwiches!

Yum, get it in person. If you uber it home its hella expensive. If you go inside, no one is there its peaceful and food is so good. What can I say about the price? It's fine. We live in Canada! Everything cost money can things even be considered economic now? Nope.

Just go, order some junk food. Eat and continue shopping.

HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER. They gave me the wrong order and then BLOCKED MY NUMBER After they told me to call them back because they had to “call their manager” HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A WASTE OF MONEY. Also the food I did get was trash so I wouldn’t have been worth it regardless. Wish I could give them 0 stars

My girlfriend and I always order through uber eats. Sandwiches are awesome.buy are packed backwards.the shiny foil side of the thermal wrap you use is supposed to be on the outside not the inside.end up with super soggy bread. Other than that. It's boom. Please change the paper around

I had a great sandwich but it could have been outstanding if they had a little beef juice like a beef dip!

Horrible late night meal, we upgraded the size of our poutine and they gave us the smallest size, refused to give some money back
