WORST PLACE TO VISIT. They are so careless.
I ordered my food 15-20min and the lady gave the food to another customer who came after me. When I asked them about my order they said that the kitchen lost my bill and they wanted me to stay for 15-20min for my food
They dont even want to apologize and accept the mistake. They were trying to cover the mistake. We come to eat (we pay and eat) and what is the point of having open if they cannot serve their customers properly. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE. Zero customer service. They just want money they are not concern about customer service.

Great portion size with a delicious broth. Even their sides (ghost peppers) were spot on! It adds a great kick to it

Second location from the original one by Yorkdale Mall on Duffrin. Let's keep it simple, BBH, Spring Rolls, Pho Bo, BanhXieo, everything, just everything. Can't go wrong even choosing something eyes closed.

Found my new favourite Pho place! The broth was super flavourful and the portion was pretty filling. There's definitely more meat compared to other places and is still decently priced. Service was also really great, the wait staff was super attentive.

Very nice pho restaurant! Interior decor is nice and clean. We went on a Thursday evening around 6pm and we got a table right away but they were getting busy. Servers were very friendly and attentive. They brought us bowls and plastic utensils for our kiddo to use. You can order yourself on your phone with the QR code. They have a tray of sauces (hoisin, hot sauce, Chili oil, sliced garlic, etc.) on every table along with chopsticks, spoons, napkins and saucers. We ordered the house special pho (extra large) and a rice with the chicken and pork. Both were yummy. The rice noodle was the flat type and a bit on the chewy side. We also got the spring rolls, which were pretty similar to other places. We will go back again to try other foods.

It's not deserved to pay such high price point with this kind of services. We have 2 people. I was directed to a tiny square table for 2 people. I have a bulky backpack with me. It's just not possible to sit in. Two servers refused to provide me another empty table with bench that is available. And that empty table with bench was later taken by another group with also two people. I would understand if it was at noon, but it was already 2pm. I asked for extra chair, two servers refused. The Third server finally brought me an extra chair. The first impression is already terrible!

Then we started looking at the menu and ordering food. I was under pressure every 2 minutes someone came and ask if you are ready to order. We ordered the house special pho (#15) one S and one L.

The price is like at least 30% higher than other places and the portion is like 30% less than other pho places. Yes, the beef is more than other places but the rice noodles for S size is like only two bites, and the rice noodles for L size is like Small size in other pho places. After eating I feel thirsty. I suspect MSG is used which I didn't expect with this high price point.

At the end, you have to walk to the cashier counter to pay the bill. I wouldn't mind the minimal services if it's a fast food or snack restaurant with more reasonable pricing. With this price point and minimal and terrible service, I don't see any reason to come back again.

Excellent food. There is not enough space for large groups of people. Suitable for 2 to 4 people.

Went here for lunch and safe to say we will never be returning again. Food is bland and my dish came out 45 minutes after everyone else at my table. By the time, everyone had already finished eating while I just started. I had asked twice for a to go box at that point to avoid holding up everyone. Service was HORRIBLE. I had asked four different servers for a single glass of water and no one ever did. The manager here is incredibly rude and nonchalant. No sense of urgency for customers. There was an extra item added onto my bill that I did not order. The manager accused me of placing the “extra item” in my to go box. Horrible horrible horrible. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I would highly not recommend anyone dining here.

On a Monday, around their time of opening at 11 am, I called to place an order. They picked up the phone relatively quickly, then asked for my name and order. I was told it would take about 20 mins for my food to be ready.

Upon entering, I was surprised with how beautiful their decor is. Definitely very different from many other Pho restaurants I've been to which are typically more low-key. This place has a beautiful flower tree near the entrance and spacious seating.

Being around 11: 30 am, there were a handful of groups dining in.

I ordered two VERMICELLI BOWLS, one with GRILLED CHICKEN, and the other with GRILLED PORK AND SPRING ROLL. I definitely recommend their grilled pork over the chicken as it was much more flavorful. I also felt like the pork portions were better than that of the chicken. The spring roll was very on point as well, so I feel that's a must get item. They serve their bowls with a side of lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts, and (barely) any shredded carrots - so I do wish they had pickled carrots and radish instead, but that's okay. Their fish sauce was tasty but less vinegary than some of the other places I've tried. I never say no to crushed peanuts and they even serve with a side of REALLY HOT peppers.

Overall, service was very friendly. I was greeted upon entering and told to have a nice day when handed my food personally.

Opened the new Vietnamese noodles place on Hwy 7. Special noodles soup is good and lots of different types of meat. If you can come earlier before the 12.30pm, try to order the beef bones noodle soup, it is worth to try it.

New joint, I personally find the soup base a little on the sweet side (not for me), I find the restaurant a little too crowded, not enough space in between tables from each side of the walk way, could be quite dangerous specially for a pho restaurant. Not my regular go to place but worth a try if you like diff kinds of pho.

The food was stunning, and overall the environment was comfy and relaxing. The staff was nice, and everything was great.

The food was very good. I had rare beef pho and goi cuon. The atmosphere and ambiance are nice. Not noisy. Price was as expected, very typical for Vietnamese restaurants.
FYI. They accept cash or debit only.

Have been here a few times. This round I brought my friends here, they were skeptical about the food quality.

Food was absolutely great. Portions were large, meats were well done, nicely seasoned and not overcooked. Served in a fast and timely manner as well.

HOWEVER! Only giving 3 stars because of the trash playlist. Absolutely GARBAGE playlist containing obnoxiously LOUD and heavy night club remixes & dubstep. Literally have trouble conversing with people at the same table. Does not match the inner decor at all. Not sure who bobs their head and dances while they eat pho but that’s what the night club remix is enticing you to do. Disgusting playlist. The grandmas beside me were covering their ears. Will def come back in the future, but only for takeout.

I got pho dac biet large size for lunch. It was about 21.40, including taxes. Portion size was large enough with many slices of beef brisket. The texture of noodles was good for me.

The decor is beautiful. The pho was most of the way there, but missing a lil somethin'.

Came here on Saturday morning 15 minutes after they open and the restaurant is 90% full.
Food is average but for some reason the soup on our pho is not hot enough.
Looks like they are short staff and a little unorganized.
Food come out really fast and all staffs are friendly.
Parking is a real challenge here. So be patient looking for a parking spot.
Overall is not bad but no surprise.

This is my go to spot for Pho in the Richmond Hill/Markham area. Quality is comparable to the original location

This is my first time here and I decided to order the shrimp pad Thai and it was out of this world as it has so much flavor.
I also ordered the papaya smoothie which is also to die for and has absolutely so much flavor. I'm so very happy that I came in here to eat as it's the best Vietnamese food I've had in a very long time. It's also true Vietnamese food.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The service is awesome and very clean.comfy chairs.

Love, love, love this vermicelli dish #49. I’ve been here so many times and still haven’t tried the pho or rice dishes because the vermicelli is that good! The grilled pork is something my mom can’t replicate so I’m thankful there’s a location in Richmond Hill I can go to satisfy my cravings

Good food & busy restaurant. Nice deco but tables are so packed. The springrolls are ao good. I will come back to try different dishes.

Went in today for lunch as I was in the area and ordered the rare beef pho. Honestly this is hands down the best pho I've ever had in all over Ontario. Actually, ever. The flavour was rich and so tasty and the beef quality was just so tender and superb. Although I live quite a drive away, I will be coming back for sure! Thank you for the amazing service and lunch today!

Had a great bowl of pho here recently. Not too many options I could recommend in the area, but would definitely recommend this spot.

It was actually a 4.5 stars. Pretty decent pho. The brothers were clear and delicious, slightly oily. The herbs were fresh, but sprouts. The meats were flavorful. Ordered their special and beef ribs. Service was effecient. A popular palace, busy at lunch hours.
