Pho Bistro

The food was expensive and not very good. Ordered off of door dash which inflated the cost a bit, but even based on the prices from their website the food is not worth the price.

Ordered the shredded chicken pho with rice noodles and my husband ordered the rare beef and tripe pho. Neither were especially good. The main issue is the broth is just sub par and the noodles were not cooked thoroughly. The chicken was also not shredded, but in slices. If you’re looking for a really good pho, this is not the place.

Just ordered a large bowl of beef Pho and it's not authentic at all. The broth was very sweet and tasted nothing like pho. I'm sick and was looking forward to this broth to help my throat but instead it was a total waste of money. Will never order from here again. I could of made a better one at home.

It’s beautiful, roomy, nice and clean restaurant, very pleasant atmosphere.
Service is superb, polite, attentive and professional.
I ordered a phở bowl. The brooth is 8/10, saltiness sweetness and umami just perfect, I just think that the Phở spices can be a bit more for my taste, as I used to the brooth my Mom cooked, she is a Vietnamese. But I guessed this restaurant targeting Canadian more than Asian customers.
Overall I still give this a 5 stars

We have been coming here for 2 years and have always received excellent customer service. We mainly eat Pho and never had any issues with any of our Pho ingredients, or the broth. The broth is actually really flavourful that stands out from other Pho restaurants. We have also ordered deep fried spring rolls, fresh rolls, and Steamed meatballs as appetizers, and all taste amazing. Pricing is OK.

The interior is really modern and pleasing. The staff is quick-responsive and helpful, even when it is peak hours and really busy.there is lots of tables, and they accommodate larger groups as well. Sometimes we come with 8-10 people and we can sit together comfortably. There is lots of parking available.

If you order through Uber or skip, you'll get stingy servings. Ordered 2 dishes of the same thing, one large, one extra large, and we got 2 identical servings of pho. Literally the exact same serving size, except one cost a dollar more LMAO

I’ve been here a few times and will continue to return! The food is always fresh and delicious. They are pretty generous with the meat portions in their pho as well when other restaurants can be stingy. Definitely worth giving a try if you want to have a good bowl of pho!
P. S.if you order pho noodle soup, it always tastes better to dine in than take out:)

Ordered a few times through Uber. Always thought the food was tasty but for every order, the meat in the soups and dishes are very little compared to other Pho restaurants we have been to. I thought to give them another chance because the dishes did taste good but where is the meat? We even decided to size up to large to see if they’re will be more meat. Looks like just more soup stock. Truly disappointing. Photos shown are soups sized up to Large. Will not order at this place again.

Very good! Me and my family came to eat and the noodles are excellent! Just wishing to have more noodles in a dish.

Pho portions are very very small…. The smallest Ive seen in my life.i got 3 pieces of meat, and one chopstick full of noodles. Usually with pho the broth disappears as you eat the noodles however by the end the broth was still in abudance. Its strange bc rice noodles are fairly cheap. So for a quick fix asian dish it really felt quick and cheap- I got swindled today!

Came here with family. Server was very friendly and sat is down immediately. After ordering food came really quickly, and very hot. Food itself was really good. Deep fried crispy roll was hot and flakey on the outside, grilled pork balls charred nicely and good flavor, pho itself had good amount of beef artifacts and noodles and broth. The worst pho in the region. The broth is like water, and if you find meat in it, it is tough and tasteless. I think it has gone downhill since the year it opened, and the people running it are living off the initial reputation it had. I consider myself a pho expert, and this is was the worst.

I ordered the shrimp noodle roll and the grilled chicken pho soup, it was really good. I also ordered chicken fried rice on basil and that was not good at all, it had no taste and it was dry. Place is clean and comfortable.

2 stars because fresh rolls were edible I suppose. Though peanut sauce is thin and "watered" down and not very good. Ordered well done flank rice noodle soup. Flank is one of the leanest cuts of beef. What is got is pure lard. This is not a flank part of the cow that's for sure. Also very small amount of meat for a portion like that. Broth is too sweet. Increase your prices and serve normal food not this. Never ordering again.

Definitely one of the more authentic restaurants. Great tasting and generous portions for a fair price.

Absolutely delicious delivery Vermicelli bowl. Seasoned well, perfect portion, fast and affordable.

Excellent customer service and super fast! The food tasted good but we were disappointed by portion sizes. I think items are pricier than usual for the quantity

Ordered PHO via Ubereats from this place.they were closing in an hour at the time. Received old soup - it was cold and also had had hoisin sauce already mixed in (tasted very sweet and dark colored). I suspect I was sent soup from someone's left over. Why else would there be hoisin sauce in it? Did not eat and threw it out. Avoid at all cost!

After a long day our family decided to eat out and ordered Pho and vermicelli. Usually when you are super hungry everything tastes good. But this was the worst place I had ever been. I only had 4 thin beef pieces in my Pho. Please go some where else. I will not be visiting this place. Broth had no flavour, everything too sweet.

Our favourite place for sure but they always mess up our take out order, just make sure to check your bag before you leave
