Pho con Bo

First time trying Pho and I have to say, I couldn't have gone to a better place. Good price and amazing food.

I really like the bbq chicken, it had a really nice flavour. Unfortunately the pad Thai tasted like pasta with tomato sauce and the meat from the goat curry was tough. I give this place a 4 starts because this was not my first time coming here and they’ve done really well in the past. I’m looking forward to come back here.

The pho is really good. Quality of food is top notch. Spring rolls were amazing. Service is ok but the server's have a hard time understanding our requests.

A really authentic Vietnamese food experience. Their fish sauce is delicious, I could drink it. I had the pho and I found the beef brisket to be a little tough in some area's, other then that it was pretty good overall. The Vietnamese deep fried spring rolls were good portion size and filled up nicely with content. I also tried their homemade orange juice, it was really really good. My personal favorite at the time of this review was the grilled pork (NOT the Minced Pork) on Vermicelli that comes with one spring roll, bean sprouts, mint leaves, and vegies. The entire dish was very aromatic and delicious (especially the fish sauce!). Unfortunately I don't live close to this restaurant but if I'm ever in the area this place is a #1 option for me.

Their pho is #1 in Toronto! (Sad that I don’t have photos) my boyfriend gets beef pho and I always get Cooked beef pho and fresh rice rolls with shrimp! Their rice dish is good too! Oh and don’t forget to grab their smoothie before you go!

Food is tasty and good portions. The team at Pho con Bo were fantastic at helping us have a table for 10, helped with selecting Food options and preparing food quickly. The atmosphere is very casual.

Great variety of food, authentic Vietnamese restaurant. So this was my first experience of the Vietnamese iced coffee, one sip worth thousands words!

The best pho in Toronto! My wife and I drive half an hour each time and go back and forth for more than an hour to eat somewhere! After eating, I will pack a few portions to go back to eat. After all, it is too far away from us!

Well, the banh cuon order comes with vermicelli noodles, so why not notify the customer and it's not all at the table until later, the banh cuon order is as usual, it clearly says number 14

Self proclaimed, best pho in town. And the pho was actually really good! Clean broth delicious broth at a reasonable price. Would recommend if you’re in the area!

Still one of the best Pho place in town in my own opinion. Prices has gone up a little but the flavour and quality of food has mostly stayed and kept the same. There are days that the broth taste different (guessing different chef's for different days) which is the only thing that has disappointed a little. However, when it comes to a hearthy bowl of pho on a cold winter or rainy day, this is definitely still the go-to-spot.

EDIT: They updated their menus, and added the new price points for the dishes. Still pretty much the same in terms of their food options.

DON'T order Bun Dau Mam Tom and Rice Rolls here! I don't think there are Vietnamese who actually knows how to make authentic Viet food here.

- I don't know if the chefs and the owners have ever been to Vietnam but this is not the way you made Bun Dau Mam Tom in any part of the country.
The vermicili was not the right type, and so were the complimentary vegetables. The tofu was stretchy, and there was so little meat!
- The flour part of the rice roll was so thick that I couldn't taste the meat inside (also because there was so little lol)

My friend and I were cursing and eating at the same time because the price was ridiculous for this quality of food.

FIRST AND LAST TIME EATING AT THIS RESTAURANT!

Food was good.
The service as I was checking out was terrible. The lady cashing me out decided to get into an argument with me because I paid with a debit card and she said I paid with a credit card. There were no issues in the actual process but her condescending attitude as she told me how my bank cards worked ruined the entire experience.

Casual dine in. I aimed for tasty and received fabulously tasty! My friend got the beefy stew with two types of noodles. I had the rice noodles house special #75 with all the meats, springroll & sugarcane shrimp paste. I wolfed it down as if I was starving and I wasn't particularly hungry to start with! The meats nor springroll nor the shrimp paste were greasy. Noodles were perfectly bouncy the fish sauce/vinegar dressing was light and didn't over power the rest of the bowl. My friend intended on taking leftover beef broth home. She couldn't cuz she drank it all in one go. Also tried the glutinous balls filled with mung bean and meat, we loved them! Especially tasty with the accompanying crunch of pickled carrots/daikon.
Have to add, the staff were very attentive and so friendly! We will be back very very soon!
