Whenever we wanted to have some soup especially now that the weather's getting colder we always visit this place, loving their beef pho here, the broth was so refreshing and rich, paired with thinly sliced beef meat that melt's in your mouth, a comfort food indeed.
They also serve other food but I highly recommend you to try their pho, it's a must.

The food is 5 star here the pho is amazing.but the service has gone down thru the years. I feel like they dont want you to be there.with the amount of money we spend on eating out.with all the prices going up.please just provide some decent service.

Our go to place for pho. Vermicelli with grilled pork & spring roll. Grilled pork chop with steamed rice. Order by phone and food is ready when I arrive every time.

The staff don't pay attention to customers' needs, as they're busy with their own thing. Good spot for a quick, affordable, no-fuss meals here. Solid pho, tasty and flavorful broth. You're in and out with full belly.

The waitress was rude and declined our request to push two small tables together, so our family could eat together. Food was ok.

My family and I have been a loyal customer to this place for years and this is why we're NEVER coming back AGAIN!

This is absolutely the worst Pho experience I have had. There is this short Asian lady with glasses that has been extremely rude every time we come. As someone who deals with customers often, I can safely say my patience level is extremely high. However, today crossed the line. We were served an avocado smoothie which tasted bitter, not fresh and refrigerated. We told the waiter, and they proceeded to yell at us and show us a basket of avocados, completely dismissing anything we said. I am a food blogger and content creator so I am EXTREMELY familiar with what is fresh, and what is not. When I asked the lady to take back the smoothie, she said she was still going to make us pay. She has a horrible attitude and a disgusting tone of voice, yelling at us. I totally lost my appetite after seeing this disgusting behaviour coming from a full grown adult. I have not had just one horrible experience with this lady, many of my friends think that she is extremely rude and have complained about her. I deem their food a health and safety hazard. Please DO NOT come here. Take your money and RUN.

Hello I’m a social media content creator and food blogger on instagram and TikTok. (27,000 followers) I come here a lot and always get the avacado smoothie. Usually it’s amazing but today it tasted rotten and my sister and I could not drink it at all. We asked politely to the lady with the glasses to take it back but she yelled at my sister saying that EVERY AVACADO IS DIFFERENT AND WE WILL CHARGE YOU NO MATTER WHAT! I’m really sad to say, you’ve lost a loyal customer (family) that comes almost every week. If anyone wants to contact to discuss my experience I am open as a food reviewer. That short stubby lady with glasses was very very rude. I highly refer you to other Pho in Hurontario near Oceans plaza. They could’ve taken it off the bill or made a new smoothie, no big deal. But to give your customers a pre made refrigerated rotten smoothie is a health hazard. Terrible customer service and we had a terrible experience

The service here was absolutely horrible. There is a lady that works here quite often that would often have a negative attitude towards her customers, and when we had an issue with our smoothie tasting rotten and not fresh (there was condensation on the lid when it was handed to us), they came up to us and showed some avocados in a basket claiming that they were completely fresh. Why should there be immense condensation on the lid if this was freshly made? Keep in mind, I’m a food blogger, social media content creator and I know how things should taste. The lady said they will charge us regardless if we returned the smoothie or not. Her attitude is absolutely disgusting and I would not wish this type of service to my worst enemy. She has absolutely no respect for her customer, and I’d highly recommend the Pho elsewhere. I’ve also had multiple friends complain about this lady. I am absolutely disgusted and lost my appetite after this horrendous experience. NEVER COME HERE.

This restaurant is average in terms of food quality, service, and atmosphere. I visited from time to time as there is no big change that I know pretty well what I could get and at a reasonable price. There is sufficient parking outside the restaurant and is fully accessible. It is a nice place for a simple dining when you are not in the mood to cook.

This is the place I frequent for a stomach warm bowl of Pho, rice or vermicelli. This is one of the original Pho chain restaurant in the GTA, known for its big portion at an affordable price. This is not a place where you look for fine dining ambiance and services.

This restaurant is a stable that feed your stomach full at an affordable price.

I visit this place often as I enjoy having their well cooked brisket Pho soup. I would recommend them above other Vietnamese restaurants have been to in GTA. Fair warning, though, some of the staff members can be very rude, but if you ignore that fact the food is great

The reason the low rating is because the staff are very unfriendly and can’t crack a smile. With attitude like that I would not return even though the food is good.

The lady working the register was rude. She came to our table and forced us to pay during our meal saying we had to pay. And forced us to pay credit which to her excuse is because she closed the til already. We only had cash and gave us attitude when we mentioned that.

Food was decent but definitely wouldn't recommend due to the fact of poor customer service. Not even a thank you for coming or for our business.

Good spot. The servings are on the generous side, compared to many others. Pho is good, bun is great. Really annoying to have the drinks blender operating throughout your meal, as it is very loud. They charge 2% for using credit card so it's advisable to bring cash. Avoid the washroom.

This restaurant is specialized in pho, so flavorful and warm for affordable price. Other dishes such as their fresh rolls are also delicious. The service is fast but the staffs are pretty unfriendly. Recommend for take-out than dine-in.
