Very rude employees, specially the one with glasses. Even i’m living very close by, come here all the time but won’t come back to buy myself a worst customer service.

They often forget to include items in parcels and put very little protein content in their dishes. The chicken and seafood dishes we ordered had very little chicken or seafood. Only accept cash but don't offer any discounts to customers, like most other cash restaurants do. Unethical and dissatisfactory experience overall.

Dined here with some friends. Service was really bad, we were ignored when we got in and were just pointed to a table even though it wasn’t busy. Food was not that bad.
When it was time to pay, we paid just a little over the total because of the service we got.
And much to our shock, the old lady with red hair went to our table and brought back our change, rudely saying “take it back, that’s not even a tip”.
I can’t believe they treat paying customers like this.
We will not be coming back.

Always a treat to drop by after some shopping at the Chinese market next door. Hits the spot on cold winter days.

Worse customer service EVER! The waitress definitely tells the chef to put laxatives in my pho because I always get instant stomach pains and instant diarrhea, always! This is the last time I will be returning. TO THE MANAGER please review kitchen cameras and hire a completely whole new staff. Worse waitresses in the world absolutely ZERO customer service.

Poor Customer Service! The server is rude. Worst experience ever eating in the restaurant like this! The server doesnt know how to have a good customer service! Definitely not coming back at this location! Poor Customer Service ever! The food doesn't taste even good after I ate here I got stomach ache! I just waste my money eating at this restaurant!

Good pho at a reasonable price. Vegetable broth available and hence good option for vegetarians.

The deep fried shrimp rolls were amazing, and the pho was consistent every time I visited. Definitely worth a shot!

Ordered the xl pho soup with everything. I have purchased soups before but I was disappointed with my order. The soup upset me and went right through my system. I'm not certain what it was but had to throw out the rest.
The portions have decreased while prices have increased.

The 2 waitresses were so rude to us. They were not happy that we had brought our 2 year old baby. They said that the table was messy. We were naturally so upset. And told us not to come back anymore. This place is not kid friendly.

Stop rudely with customers if you don’t want to get the job. I don't know if the owner knows about his employee's rude and throwing the cup of water on the table for the customer, what does the owner think? I come to get food and pay money not come to eat food free, so please be polite and respectful. The owner can watch the camera (Aug 31 16: 00-16-30) so you will think what is that service. After I finished the food I still tried waiting My wife wanted to order something for take out but your employee came to throw the bill again in front of me when I just finished my food. I hope you guys will be watching your employees and teaching them how to provide good service for a restaurant.

The Pho wasn't the best i have ever had. I was disappointed, and the food was mediocre Cash only in a world where technology has evolved. I'll keep tasting Pho in Durham until I find the one just like in Toronto

I totally agree with a lot of reviewers of this restaurant. I’ve been in this location a lot of times before but my last experience coming here is very unpleasant. The servers especially the woman in glasses, working in cash register is very rude and already giving us bad attitude since the time we arrived. She looks like she doesn’t want to work and giving people rude remarks. Hello young woman (though she looks older), we are paying customers and patronizing small business thats why we’ re eating in a restaurant like yours. Everywhere we go we give a good tip but this one doesn’t deserve a single penny. The food is not that good, the spring rolls are over cooked and too salty. Been to a lot of Pho restaurants with very pleasant and good customer service and this one is very mediocre compared to others and the worst are the service. Will never come back and will not recommend.

We went there for dinner. We were very hungry and thirsty after spending half the day at the mechanic. When we got there, one of the servers brought us hot tea, placing it in a not-so-gentle way on our table. We asked her for a glass of water instead, she said okay. After maybe about 10mins, we kindly reminded her of the water thinking she forgot about it, she looked at us, and said rudely "Okay! Can't you see we are busy? " And turned her back on us. She brought us water, and again, placed it on our table in a very rude manner. Food was good, but service is not. When I paid, I gave them the exact cash coz with the service we got, who would want to leave a tip? The cashier and the server called my attention, pointing at the bill, and said loudly and rudely "Tip is not included in the total". I was confused, I didn't know tips are mandatory here. We weren't satisfied with the service. I mean I don't mind at all giving tips, I always do, but I believe customers do not deserve to be treated like the way we were treated in this restaurant. We are not coming back here. Ever.

My family and I are regulars to this place. But after experiencing POOR customer service from an UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL server, we will no longer be coming back.

When we went to go pay for our food, the server said "WHY IS IT THAT EVERYTIME YOU GUYS COME HERE YOU TIP THE SAME AMOUNT WHEN WE GET YOU A LOT OF THINGS? "

She then proceeded to give back the tip we had given SINCE IT WASN'T ENOUGH for her.

Also, the servers did not want to get us tea since "IT WAS TOO MUCH CUPS" for them to clean.

I also noticed that the servers purposely did not give my dad his chili and only gave a little bit of peanuts when I requested some. Since they knew who were regulars who would tip less than they want, so they gave us VERY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE SERVICE.

You just lost a loyal customer who comes there and pays atleast 80$ since you're complaining about not getting the appropriate tip (WAKE UP)

It is one of my favorite Pho places with very friendly staff and a clean environment. The music is very pleasant
The food is delicious, good quality, and very reasonably-priced.

Delicious vegetarian food as well as non-veg. This is a cash only restaurant so plan accordingly.

The pho broth here is great. It is a hidden gem in Scarborough.
Prices are reasonable.

Be aware that they only accept debit or cash - come prepared.

The Pho was great, however the employees are horrible. I just asked for a small bowl and they refused to accommodate us just because they wanted us to buy two meals instead of one XL pho. Also they only take cash and it’s very inconvenient. Would not go back here. Horrible service

Our favorite pho noodle soup restaurant. The broth is second to none! Beware, this is a cash only restaurant.

Authentic Vietnamese food. The broth for the pho is some of the best around. Prices are also pretty good (around $12 for large pho). I tried the fried shrimp rolls this time and it was really good.

Food and service below average. They take cash only but they charge the costumer taxes. Usually with cash only places the restaurant is supposed to give 10% discount. I won’t go back again
