Twas our 1st time with my family to eat there. Service was excellent. Employee's are friendly and the food was amazingly good.so good. I highly recommended. I will definitely come here again and again. More power to you guys Pho Do Thi!
Fresh tasting, mouth watering food. I don't know the name of the dish, but had beef with noodles and sprouts. So good! The atmosphere is lively. The service is amazing, staff is patient and kind, considerate and quick. Am looking forward to coming again! I wish I took a photo, food looked great too.
Never coming back here… they charged me double and got the whole order wrong.went back to complain.went home guess what? Order is wrong again… not worth the frustration.
Service wasn't pleasant, usually, they serve tea after the arrival of the customer in some other pho restaurants but not this one. And food lacks flavor.
I tried their porkchop and chicken, no flavor had to drown it with fish sauce and they don't make it like other pho places with lemongrass also asked for fried viet spring rolls and asked for the authentic one and she gave me options shrimp, beef and vegetables. Got the shrimp and definitely not what I was asking for. 3 small pcs of fried wrap shrimp. One of the worst spots I've tried so far.
I've tried this place 3 times both sit in and take away and the service does not get any better the food is mediocre at best the dishes I had where the rare beef pho and chicken rice plate. The food lacked flavor the broth in the soup was clear as if no seasonings and spices were added in the making process the waiters just kind of seem like they don't want to be there. We had to ask for my friend's avocado milkshake to be remained twice. Not the most flavorful food not the best service so what's the point?
The only late-night food spot in the general area, so it’s pretty popular for some late-night pho! The food isn’t bad! But when it’s late and you’re hungry, and nothing else is open, it hits the spot!
I wish I had read the reviews before I had come here. My whole wheat pho was not whole wheat and it was way too salty to eat. My pho was not even at room temp. The lady serving me was very friendly, which is why I tipped. But I do not see myself coming back here sorry.
This place was a zero. Most of the food tasted old. The bun was the most plain I’ve ever had with none of the usual herbs or vegetables. The shakes are frozen and they actually microwave them. Gross. Peanut sauce was watery and tasted weird. Going to this place was a huge mistake.
This isn't a hit on the food because the food is quite good. The service on the other hand could be better. Most of the time the staff were on their phones so it took a very long time to order. There were 4 of us there and they got 2 out of the 4 orders wrong. After explaining to staff that we got the wrong orders they seemed annoyed.
Overall, not a bad restaurant. Staff just need to be off their phones in the dining area.
Awesome pho! But after covid prices went up portions got small. You guys were my favorite. Went April 3rd 2022 horrible. Disappointed and the pad Thai does suck. Very plain no peanuts nothing ontop. I paid 27$ for Xl pho and a mango drink and they included 10% for tips etc. I could of went somewhere else more food better prices.
The food was not great for a typical pho place. I would say their brisket in their pho was very low quality and they gave me mostly chunks of fat instead. The rare beef was also just served fully cooked. My friend also asked for only lean beef and they gave him chunks of fatty meat too.
They forgot a lot of our items at first as well so we had to keep asking to remind them. Their spring rolls were not traditional vietnemese ones which was very disappointing and unexpected.
They only accept cash which was also a bit shady so I didn't know if our total bill was accurate at all. We paid around $100 for 4 people and that felt WAY too expensive for a typical Pho outing when it's typically very cheap for us even with tip. We think we were over charged as they didn't give us an itemized receipt and just a number to pay written down.
I won't be coming back unless friends drag me here. Was a bit disappointed with the quality and price overall and I know many other places that have higher quality food for cheaper as well.
The best thing about this place is that it's open late at night. The food is okay, and it's a little expensive for what you're getting. The service is quick but not super friendly. It's fine if you're dining out late and all you want is your food. I usually eat here because it's one of the only places open at night
Updated review: This place has gone waaay downhill. Worst service! Their only server does not understand english. I asked for tea once we sat down, when we got our food and just before paying and we did not get tea. The server gave us food from another table. I took a bite and called her over. She tried to serve our food to the other table knowing its been eaten. It was hard to resolve this issue because she does not understand what we were saying (and just kept saying okay). We had to get the manager's attention to resolve/translate for us. Food is also not the same, not the worst but also not good.
Old review: Best pho in Mississauga hands down. The broth is amazing and they have really good hours. The food comes pretty quickly too and the staff are nice. It gets pretty full at night but they do their best so you get the food quickly.
i ordered shrimp and chicken pad thai and they gave me beef and chicken lolll Plus the sauce was disgusting lol water down peanut butter taste for a pad thai with no veggies what so ever and no eggs lollllllll i told the lady my order is wrong and she denied lololol she kept saying “no it’s the one you ordered” lol so I asked for the menu back and she denied again lol lol lol she kept saying this was what i ordered and she is not wrong lol so my bf stood up and brought the menu himself and we checked ourselves lol ofc theres no “beef” and chicken but “shrimp” and chicken lmao another lady came out from the back and corrected that we were right and they will fix the fish but We were too upset and offended by the rude lady so we decided to leave the resto but she the rude lady came back with our second dish and we told her we dont want to eat in here. She then started to say sorry lol but it was too late and we left the store. Never going back to the resto again ever in the future. I almost had the most disgusting pad thai in my life wow
The Pho was VERY bland, you can tell the broth isn’t made properly even from the smell. The portions are big, but it’s the same as every other Pho place. Theres a lot of other Pho places in the area that are much better. Wouldn’t recommend getting Pho from this restaurant.
Most of the waitress fid not speak English so has hard to communicate with them I don't know if is too expensive 3 dish ($15 each on menu) 2 driks but my bill was $70 i do not know if they confused the table. Friendly people.
Last time we have been here was 5 years ago. The place has changed. More sitting room now available. We were impressed with food. Pho was very flavorful and fresh. Squid was perfectly done and lemongrass beef vermicelli was very impressive!
Pho Do Thi always feels like a very cultured restaurant no matter when I go. The staff is very polite, are able to answer any dietary questions and have lots of options.
As a vegan, I asked to ensure their vegetable and tofu pho didn’t have any eggs and same with the spring rolls.
Overall, I was super satisfied with the taste and portion size.
First things first, the amount of clocks as part of my ambience is interesting. I could be bias but on a rainy day like this pho just hits the spot and I thoroughly enjoyed it here.
Only late night pho in Mississauga that serves the pho that you’re craving. The renovations really opened up the space and easier to move. I really like that they keep fish sauce out in the open instead of having to ask for it like other locations.
The owners and workers are very sweet and hard working.
Great late night pick up for pho soup.
*dinging them a star just cause I didn’t really enjoy their spring roll too much. Too dry for my taste.
My favourite spot for pho! The service is so quick here. You basically sit down and within 10-15 mins you are eating! I always get the same thing and it is always satisfying every time! Recommend for authentic pho and side dishes:)
I’ve been to Pho Do Thi a couple of times before about a year ago and have no complaints - the biggest thing they seem to have had going for them is that they were open super late. I just ordered chicken pad thai and honestly I’m pretty disappointed. I never take the time to review restaurants unless I think they’re exceptionally amazing or sub par. The chicken pad thai came up to $16 after tax. I literally received a portion of dry rice noodles and a relatively small portion of white chicken mean in some sort of peanut curry sauce. I used to work at a thai restaurant and know how this authentic dish is typically served - with some veggies for colour, crushed peanuts and lime wedge as well as a few bean sprouts and basil for garnish. Extremely disappointed and I see no reason to go back and try again.
I wish the reviewers weren’t so extra generous on their evaluations. There are much needed improvements required here & the restaurant would never know how terrible their food is if everyone is so easily satisfied with (less than) mediocre food. Pad thai Bono’s le is drowned in their peanut sauce - it’s just like eating peanut butter with noodles. And how the heck am I supposed to eat peanut butter beef? This rice dish I ordered to replace it has undone fried egg with dripping liquidy egg whites, & the chicken with was fried not pan fried, with hardly noticeable aromatic flavour & just saltiness instead. The hubby’s vermicelli with sugar cane shrimp was terrible, but the veggie spring roll he asked with it was good enough. My bun bo hue was another mistake. Nothing had the flavours you would crave for Vietnamese food. Perhaps I should’ve stuck with pho since most places can’t go very wrong with that, but I also doubt that will deliver, since the same kitchen produces all their food.
Best place in Mississauga! Open late, variety of options, and service is quick. What more can you ask for? Food is so good I never leave without cleaning out the plate.
Nothing too special. Small portion of a deep fried vegetable spring rolls come in a quantity of 3 which is weird.it is usually 4 as far as I know. Also thought for 3 tiny spring rolls 4.50 was a high price. Fresh roll was not very tasty at all. Beef vermicelli was undercooked. Beef was chewy and noodles were under cooked as well. I ordered a drink in the middle of the meal and it never showed up because they forgot about it. Overall it wasn't the worst place I have ever been to but I am not likely to come back.
We ordered 2 different dishes for a late lunch. Service was fast, venue was clean and had ample seating. Plenty of parking nearby. Food tasted bland and the meat ingredients are scarce (I mistook the tripe in my house pho for a thick noodle). The staff was not very attentive (we relocated tables and our tea didn't follow, even after asking twice).
Great food. They appear to have changed their pad Thai which is disappointing as it was amazing to begin with. This place is always rammed at like 3am (popular after bar/ club spot).
BEST restaurant to go to for a late food night run. They open really late til 4AM! Highly recommend it for anyone who has hangovers or just hungry in the middle of the night.
This isn't a hit on the food because the food is quite good. The service on the other hand could be better. Most of the time the staff were on their phones so it took a very long time to order. There were 4 of us there and they got 2 out of the 4 orders wrong. After explaining to staff that we got the wrong orders they were a bit annoyed. I didn't appreciate that attitude from them.
Overall, not a bad restaurant. Staff just need to be off their phones in the dining area.
If you love spring rolls, don't come here. Probably the worst spring roll I ever had. The filling is good but the wrap is awful, and tastes cheap. I've been to many Vietnamese restaurants so I know my spring rolls. I originally was going to go to pho Queen City but it was closed and I wanted spring rolls. This place is often open when others are closed. I regret that decision of settling for this restaurant. We ordered vermicelli and a chicken rice dish. Those were average in size. The flavour of the chicken was good. I would not return. There are better vermicelli and rice options out there.
It’s simple.nothing fancy yet the food is amazing! I honestly haven’t eaten a seafood mix that fresh! Their prices are fair and everything is clean and well presented.
Food is ok but an employee is coughing everywhere. Shouldn’t be working if he is sick. Doesn’t even cover his mouth. Also why play Vietnamese songs? Why not Christmas songs? You already have the Christmas decorations just missing the music.
Love the Pho in this place, however recently i was able to try Beef stew and it was amazing! Loved it! The place is clean, staff are friendly and fast in serving and accommodating! Amazing options of food. Affordable prices, Perfect for the cold weather! Definitely recommending for someone who's craving for some hot pho/noodles!
Fast service. Delicious late night eats. Cheap meal. Always packed. Cant go wrong with this place for Pho. Been many times and we have loved it every time.
Best pho around been my go to for years open late and the quality and freshness is unmatched i have yet to experience a better pho spot if you love pho you will love pho do thi
The restaurant advertises tiger shrimp and when you order it, they give you regular shrimp and then they lie about taking the head and skin off to justify the small size. They are fakes and dishonest and the food is not tasty nor high quality.
This is my go to place for pho during late nights in mississauga. They only accept cash or debit though, they have an ATM but there's a $3 fee so I recommend to make sure that you have enough cash or have your debit card with you when you go
Went here a few times in the last little while. First time was excellent - pho was generously portioned, rich and satisfying. Second time not so much. Pho was bland and lacked flavour and while the noodles and veggie portions were generous, the beef in the soup was not - only about five little slices in a medium sized bowl. Would like to give a higher score but they have some consistency issues to work out.
