Pho Dui Bo

The food quality is not bad; but their service is very bad; how can they charge for fish sauce. It is very rediculous! Other vietnamese restaurants is better than this restaurant, especially in Toronto. It is a RIP-OFF!

I picked up a bad stomach infection that left eating almost anything seasoned, impossible. I was able to eat Pho and even their chicken and beef dishes with the rice noodles and their white rice with no issues. Everything is low oil and healthily cooked. I have eaten here so many times since having the condition. The food is flavorful and filling, yet stays light in your stomach very pleased. I have had bad Vietnamese food at several other places, but every time I come here, it is a complete win. No complaints.

The pho was good and worth a return visit. However the service was a little slow and the place was not near capacity. They do not take credit cards, only cash and debt. There is an ATM next door in the plaza.

Great vegetarian options! Pad Thai Chay and spring rolls were very delicious! Generous portions.

The best Vietnamese restaurant in town, according to the friend we went there with who has tried numerous ones. We enjoyed it. It was too hot for pho but the vermicelli dishes were great!

I went to eat last Monday although the restaurant was very crowded but the food still came out quickly, the waitress was very nice, they cared and took our food to our table very quickly.

The service at this restaurant is bad. Don't go I wrote in the review that I was unkind to the employees, but the owner of this restaurant recommended a fishing bait shop if he recommended a restaurant that suits me.

Ordered the Vietnamese Chicken Rice Noodle Soup.
The pho was excellent, chicken and noodles were generous amounts, boiled just right, and the broth was very tasty.

Delicious Pho soup, perfect fresh rolls too. However, I wasn't overly fond of the veterinarian spring rolls. The service is excellent, although it's very busy so you will have to wait for about 30 minutes. I see why so many people order ahead. Time is precious, but good food takes time.

If you like a big bowl of soup it's the place. There flavors of food are wonderful but not a great place for older people.

Ordered delivery. I wanted some miso and I love how they delivered the broth separately than the soup ingredients. This way you can put as much or as little into the soup and save the rest for later. The spring rolls were large and very tasty and well cooked.

Ask always they mixed my order and I have to wait for a new one and stuff very unfriendly and no apology

I totally get it that Friday night is busy but Uber and take out orders seem to take priority over eat in and because of this service is not the greatest it took 25 mins before we got our food but we do understand it was busy we get it but we will also think about going elsewhere.

Use to be good food but not my first pick.stopped recently and pho soup was very bland, hardly any taste. They have either changed menu ingredients or changed cooks.

Ordered the rice vermicelli. This was not rice vermicelli.
More like spaghetti rice noodles. The noodles felt slimy.
The beef was good but the "service" was sub standard

This is my favorite place, but I guess I need to avoid it for now since they hired a feeling (bouncer). There's a big guy there that is very arrogant! Maybe he applied for a wrong job!

This has to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had first we ended up waiting 45 min for one of us (there were 4 of us) to get anything to eat then when the food finally came out for the rest of us one of my family members had to leave after waiting for a hour I ordered beef and vegetables with pan fried noodles and the beef and vegetables were good the “pan fried “ noodles were not pan fried and they were swimming in grease the final straw was when my family member who had waited the longest got her food served cold with a 8 inch long black hair was found in her food when we complained about the hair they said that she put it in her food problem with that Therory is she is blonde and it was a black hair finally we paid for our meal and wanted to talk to the manager and we were told by a young woman that she was the manager, when we complained about our service she seemed not very interested and said sorry you didn’t like the food and that was it the attitude of the staf was as if they had something better to do we will never go back there again

I've been here many times and every time it is delicious. It always smell fresh and wonderful when you walk in.

I've tried Vietnamese from other places and still come back to this one. Everything is super fresh.

I know Pho Dui Bo restaurantsfor over 25 years. I have to say that flavors change so much for worst. Today I've order soup number 333, one of my favorite dishes. Broth was tasteless. So disappointed.

I usually go for the takeout, fresh spring rolls with shrimp have to try and pretty much anything on the menu.

The food is very good. But the service terrible I was there with my kids an the people who attend there don't like kids.

The special pho and pad thai are among their best dishes here. Highly recommended if you are craving for quick and affordable Vietnamese food.

Food is always delicious and fresh.
I've never eaten inside have always had take out. This was the first time I've been in the restaurant, i have to say the floors needed washing, and the napkin holders also needed washing. It was the reason I gave it 4 stars.

My favourite spot for pho was closed so I came here, wasn't the worst but I probably won’t come back. Portions were good and service was fast.

The picture of the cheese wontons was half way through eating them, meaning they did come with more than shown.

Good prices and portions. Great tasting broth in their Pho, with plenty of noodles and meat. Got the pork & shrimp fresh rolls and Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk too, both of which were tasty. Clean place, nice decor & lighting, efficient service. Will be my go-to for Pho in Hamilton from now on!

They cross-contaminated shellfish with our beef and my friend had a minor allergic reaction asides that the food is good

The large shrimp rolls, tom yum soup, and crab wontons are my favourite from here! They have always served me with amazing customer service and all the employees at this location are fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed with disrespectful staff. Well done beef noodle pho wasn't tasty at all. Washroom was dirty. As a being a royal customer of pho, I will never come and visit this place again.

This is the second time I've ordered from them and there was no egg or onions or green onions in my pad Thai. Very disappointed. Will NEVER order from here again.

Not the first nor second time I've bought take-out Pho only to throw it away. Sour, cloudy, and foul-smelling, it has been inedible every time I order.
Please stop sending people spoiled take-out Pho. Waste of money.

Very good Pho place, the food is reasonably priced and the portions are almost always too much for one person to eat (great to bring home). The orders are also usually pretty fast, and you won't be waiting too long if you place an order on an app like Skip.

Overpriced and they don't take credit cards. Food is decent. But not any better than other Pho restaurants I have been in. Many other pho restaurants in town, with better prices and far friendlier staff.

Fast and friendly service. Great place to order from. Prices are very affordable! Would recommend, and will continue to order from in the future!

This place is a hit or miss.
If you eat inside the restaurant, the food is usually good. However DO NOT get take out Pho.
My theory is that they use left over Pho broth that's days old, and serve it to those who order take out. This is not the first nor second time I've gotten Pho with broth that is sour, smells bad and tastes off.
Also if you order raw ingredients with your Pho, they will send it to you frozen.
Taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered this tonight and can't say I'm extremely thrilled. I got the large shrimp rice paper rolls and a large pho.the pho is okay for taste but the brisket is just fat and the overall portion being fairly small for a large.

I ordered the large rice paper rolls which is my favourite thing to get, they came with 3 pieces of shrimp each, some lettuce and maybe 8 vermicelli noodles. For 10 dollars for just the rolls I expected better. I had it as a 3 star.and then noticed even the shrimp are cut in half. So 4 and a half shrimp.

My favourite Pho place in the Toronto area.
The food is very authentic, and the service is great.you won't be sitting too long before the food arrives.
Their Pho is excellent, and has many variations of it, including a vegan option.
What I like is their pork chop with the fried egg (464), the Pho of course, and the cubed beef. They are some of my favs. I also like the Singapore noodles, and a few other things.

Excellent food, friendly & quick service. It was my first time visiting and my boyfriend and I will definitely be back.

Went to this place for lunch. Ordered a 477 and they come out with a 521. I tell them that that is not what I ordered, I ordered a 477, the lady looks confused and says ok - walks away with the 521. I sat there for 40 minutes and I never got my 477. I went to the front counter and told them I was only paying for the spring rolls because the 477 never came. The guy at the front desk says "what do you mean it never came? ", I say "the 477 I ordered never came to the table. " He says "oh ok" and cashes me out. No apology, nothing. Never going back to this place.

Unfriendly staff. Not all but enough to ruin your dinner. They are cheap on meat and condiments for pho and charges you extra for it if you ask for more. The prices for extra meat etc is ridiculous. Charging extra for bean sprouts and basil, how cheap can you get. I wouldn't be coming back or recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Go to Pho Binh Minh down the road much cleaner and better food and friendly service.

Pad thai is good but would like some more shrimp and chicken in it.the staff could use some cheering up

Delicious food. Good, relaxed service. Love the tea which is automatically served as soon as you sit down.

Ordered for delivery lunch today and had the most awful experience. The food was at least one day old - rice paper in the "fresh" rolls was dry, the tofu in the fried rice was dry as well and didn't look anything like tofu. And instead of vermicelli big thick spaghetti like noodles. NEVER AGAIN

The food was worse than I remembered. And the service was terrible, we had to continue grabbing the attention of the servers to get what we wanted.

Beautiful aesthetic and atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The food was amazing ax usual. We had the fresh shrimp spring rolls and mango salad. The cheese and crab wontons were also amazing.

Cheap, filling food. Be careful if you’re vegetarian to be very clear and make sure you know what you’re getting.

Absolutely great tasting foods, service and choices. Lunched there today and I will have to go again and again.

Food is average vietnamese. What they really lack is customer service. Workers are never smiling and never make you feel welcome. And vietnamese restaurants are the only ones where you have to write your own order and line up at the cash register to pay the bill.

Well rounded food. Pad Thai good but occasionally is it simply alright. No complaints price wise either so I'm a fan.

Loving the food here. Service is really quick. Servers are friendly and wow! They can handle all when the restaurant is packed. Love their spring rolls and 519 butter beef. Iam definitely coming back.

This location is better than the one near Eastgate in my opinion. The decor is newly updated and a lot less dive-y than the other location. The prices are a dollar or so more, but that's worth it for the peace of mind of the kitchen cleanliness as well as the general ambiance. Would highly recommend.

Food is bland but I guess that's why they have so many sauces to add. Soups are very watery, service is good but all they do is bring you the food.
