Pho Dui Bo Restaurant

Service was friendly and efficient, soup was tasty! Spices and sugar all well balanced in the broth, very hearty and delicious. Noodle/meats/soup ratios are perfected here, I ordered medium #342 and got way more than expected. I will only stop here when back in town. Thank you for the meal!

I normally love to order from here but recently it's been going downhill. Inconsistent flavor umoung items I order all the timeso quality as well as quantity is inconsistent. I won't be ordering from here anymore.

Disappointed, beware of take out orders, seafood noodle soup came with only shrimp, no chillies/sprouts etc and fresh rolls were missing dipping sauce (the best part!) not happy

Favourite pho in the city. The service is amazing and the food is incredible consistent. Their peanut sauce will change your life.

Great delicious food. Check your takeout order before you leave to make sure your order is correct.

Sept 2023- Dined in for brunch. Nice warm tea served prior to meal. Ordered rice meal with grilled pork/ chicken, eggs, pickled veggies. Everything on the platter was delicious. Expect to wait awhile since food is cooked upon order so you are guaranteed fresh ingredients. Highly recommended

A regular go-to. Not fancy, but good value, good food.
Recently the vermicelli noodles got thicker.a little unusual, but tastes all the same. I'd prefer them thin again though.
Lots of items on the menu. Sure to be something for most anyone.

1 of 3 stores in Hamiton. They don't take credit card here. No public signs. Making it hard for customers. Skimping on ingredients too. Will report to consumers rights of such behavior.

The food was okay. Except for the fact that I was here with my friends and one of the server was very rude to us in Vietnamese under the impression that we don't understand Vietnamese. They spoke to us in a total different tone in English and just flipped the tone when they speak to the colleagues about us in front of us. Totally unprofessional and rude. Would not return.

Update 16Jul2023 - a glass of water is now offered, rather than green tea. I don't think it's due to the weather as I noticed this last winter.
The food is invariably delicious. Staff can be great or just not on the ball depending on their day, but i have always found them pleasant. A no frills, sit and chat, comfortable type of place. They include green tea with every meal and bring it over before even taking an order.

Can’t compare food to a gta pho restaurant. Staff didn’t bother us to leave after we were done and that was nice as I was meeting an old friend after 10 years.

My mom, brother and I dined here once when my brother was living in downtown Hamilton. It was so dirty inside the restaurant and the server delivered poor customer service. The pho was cold and we had a terrible experience. We refrained from dining here again.

Service is friendly. Food is always good and prices are fair. Wish they were opened later.

The chairs are uncomfortable, tables are small and crowded, and the pork vermicelli I ordered was ~25% fat. Way too much fat. They're skimping on ingredients. There wasn't much meat to begin with, and of what was included, it was poor quality.

The location is great here and with some parking lot. But the special pho is not really tasty. But service is OK.

We ordered lunch from them today and the fresh rolls with grilled chicken were delicious. As for the pad thai it was NOT good. I'm pretty sure the sauce they used to make it is ketchup. It was just this sweet tomato sauce, the chicken was blend and it was just disappointing. We had to add the peanut sauce that comes with the fresh rolls to the pad thai to eat some of it.: (

This is my favorite Pho place. No doubt the best I ever tried I have been going here since I was 15 and nothing has changed.

This pho is the best. The ladies are so nice. The food was excellent. They dont take credit only debit or cash so the worker let me leave the store to go take money out around the corner. Lovely experience

A long time favorite Pho restaurant of mine and my family's. Great service, delicious food. They always serve Jasmine tea and give a bowl of hot broth with the steamed rice dishes. Prices are reasonable as well.

In particular. I always ask for a soup.what brings shrimp.it's delicious in this cold environment

My favorite pho place! I always go for delivery on this one, but we also like dining in. They are very generous when it comes to serving!
