Pho Fusion

Saturday July 15,2023. At lunch, they served me stale peanuts on my pad thai. I was too nice of a guy not to complain. Next time I'll tell them not to serve stale peanuts.

Does anyone know they charge extra noodle for 3 dollar plus tax? It’s most ridiculous price I ever heard. The pho noodle is not hand made just got them from the manufacture. It’s very cheap.

Bad customer service!
We walked in and saw a table with a booth and no one was sitting there. We asked if it was possible to sit there and waitress said it’s occupied. 2 Minutes later, 3 ladies walked in and the same waitress removed cups the table and seated them. When I asked why we weren’t able to sit at that table, she then said she reserved the table for herself to eat. But then she offered it to the ladies that walked in. Clearly unfair treatment.

Can always rely on pho fusion for the best pho and for satisfying all cravings. Broth is delicious, portions are great, and kind team. Never disappointed!

I was here for dinner and we witnessed the owner fully yell at and shame a take out customer for coming in after he complained that his beef was raw, he ordered the beef well done because they can’t eat raw food. The owner went on to call out the poor server in front of the entire restaurant blaming her for the mistake and treating the poor girl like she was worthless and threatening that she would take the cost of the food out of her pay. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. I will not give my hard earned money to owners like this.

Learn to how to treat your staff and your customers. Shameful!

A great little vietnamese restaurant. One of the better ones for pho and vermicelli in the Aurora / New Market area. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant has become busier over the years; with many returning customers. A testament to the quality of food.

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. Excellent menu and very tasty Pho. It is a small place, so try to plan ahead to avoid the line.

The overall feeling of this Vietnamese restaurant is not bad, the food is also good, so give it a four-star rating

I am not an expert at Pho, but I do know how something tastes when I try it and the pho here was delish! We've tried the tofu pho and veggie only pho. We will definitely be going back!

The best pho in all of Newmarket. In fact, one of the best pho we’ve ever had. We try to go here once every couple of weeks.

Not too many options around Newmarket, so overall worth going if live around. But not necessarily go all the way just for it.

Pho fusion has friendly staff and a cute overall look/vibe. I ordered one of the vegetarian options (very few) for 13$. Don’t get this if you’re not very much of a “veggie” vegetarian. And if you don’t like licorice. I wish it had more flavour and a soft boiled egg in it for some protein at least. Not worth so much in my opinion.

Have been coming to this place for years and it's certainly taken a decline. The quality and quantity of food just isn't as good. The service is sub par at best

Super rude lady after standing for 10 minutes blocking the door i sat down, she then said to me"oh your in the way when I clean the table". I got up instantly and left and went to Pho pad Thai in aurora much better service. I guess it was because I wasnt same ethnicity regardless everyone should be treated the same.

Became a regular here as of late, tried over a dozen pho/viet restaurants in northern york region, and this is probably one of my top three places to go to.

The pho itself is a little on the salty side, the amount of noodles and beef is moderate, pricing is okay for the location.

Service has its good days and slow busy days, but mostly on the polite side.today's dinner was a lot busier than most so one of our dishes was delayed by ten minutes, and for a hungry group that missed lunch, the servers respectively dealt with our cranky group with professional ease.

Their fresh rice rolls are incredible. The peanut sauce is a 10/10. Love their vermicelli, but wish the portion was a tiny bit bigger.maybe that’s just me lol! Amazing flavours!

Friendly people here. The pho broth is authentic and very tasty is. Much better than the restaurants that use a powdered soup base which make you very thirsty afterwards.

Update: we made a trip to pho fusion yesterday, the first time since all the COVID craziness. It has only gotten better over the years, make the trip order more than you think you will eat and enjoy the incredible food.

Bad service. The waitress got this attitude as if we did something to them. Food portion was small compare to other true pho places.

Pho broth is delicious, full of flavour and just the right amount of salty. Spring rolls were also delicious, and there are so many original options that other pho places don’t offer!

Great pho here! Highly recommend the beef and tenderloin pho (P06) it was amazing!
Servers were very friendly and the place had a nice atmosphere!
We will definitely be back!

Did not expect this place to be good but was blown away. The broth is perfectly seasoned and amazing prices for the portions you get. Would recommend

We LOVE this place! Can’t find better Pho beef soup or grilled chicken cold rolls anywhere. Makes you feel warm and healthy.
Whenever we try another place it just can’t compare to Pho Fusion in Newmarket.
It’s fun to go, always clean with friendly staff and great service.

The food was good and the staff was nice. Just found the menu a little overwhelming as someone who hadn't been to that type of restaurant before. The staff was very helpful and patient with me.

Send tire shop at this restaurant are rude mean and not polite. If you order something you don’t like it they forced me to pay for it and are rude and yell. My daughter ordered a bubble tea which was $5.95 and it tasted absolutely disgusting however the manager told us that we had to pay for it regardles. She screamed in a full restaurant that I still have to pay for a bubble tea drink that literally tasted like dishwater. She refused to refund my money and then kicked me out of her store

Best Pho in town!

I have had to revise my review due to discriminatory practices of them not accepting medical exemptions!

My girlfriend and I absolutely love this restaurant! Everyone has always been incredibly kind, and the food amazing! I've been around pho all my life, and it's always been hit or miss. This has hit the mark every time, and I'll always love it!

Really flavourful broth! I've tried all the pho restaurants in Newmarket and this is the best in this city.

Not going back, they put a small plate inside your food, is like licking the plate. Definitely unsanitary, specially during COVID. I don’t know if they are lazy or what, usually restaurants they put it sauce on the side, not in your food. I got stomach pain after finished the meal. If you really want to eat at this restaurant, ask them to put on the side.

The food is really good and authentically Vietnamese; best in Aurora and Newmarket for sure. Always quick with my orders for take out (10-15 mins) and the girl on the phone is always so sweet.

Don’t bother getting a pho for take out - maybe just get 2 smalls. The noodle for a large take out is tiny compared to dine in.

Definetly worth your visit if you're a pho fanatic. I've been to other viet restaurants in Aurora/Newmarket and Pho Fusion does it right! Broth is amazing, meat has no fat attached and noodles are perfectly cooked. They give you enough bean sprouts and mints to garnish which other restaurants in the area don't really do. I will definetly return

Price is amazing to the portion, Staff is super friendly, seem like a decent place to go, but their soup is too sweet.

Everything awesome chicken wings crispy in thin slightly spicy batter was so good. Beef Pho was one of the best, shrimp salad so crisp as were the garnishes. Spring rolls just right, condiments perfect too. Highly recommended

So good! The food was delicious and the service was great. There's lot of variety in the dishes. The plates are big and inexpensive.

Pho Fusion Vietnamese restaurant is nice and clean, the vegetarian Fu, Pad Thai is very delicious and the food is good and delicious.

Modern interior with friendly workers and delicious food. Ordered the P01 and P16, the portions were huge and broth was so flavourful.

I do not hesitate to name this restaurant as the best Vietnamese restaurant in Aurora/Newmarket/Georgina/Bradford area. On top of a huge portion at a very reasonable price and kind staffs, everything is very delicious. If you feel like something soupy or not, this restaurant will definitely fulfil your cravenness.

My favourite spot around for pho. Quick, friendly service everytime + huge portions. The quail eggs in the P16 soup are amazing! Highly recommend!

Food is always hot and delicious. I always get the pho with rare beef and beef balls, crispy spring rolls and can't forget the Vietnamese iced coffee! Yummy My favourite spot in town.

We've been there a few times for take-out. Food was ok, prices were ok.
Not the best food in town, but certainly far from the worst.

Fast and friendly take service during Covid. Food exceeded our expectations and they were already high as we picked our favourite dishes (that we've had elsewhere). No pics because we devoured it all before thinking

Can't give it 5 stars, because that has to be reserved for a place or someone where it was 5 stars. But this place to me is a solid 4 stars for food! Pho is on point

Nice place to eat. Staff very cheerful. Their house special pho is tasty and should not be missed. Their beef meatballs are chewy. Superb! Their fried shrimp with sugar crane is also impressive.

My go-to for a “phó fix”. Definitely the best in Newmarket and Aurora. Delicious broth and the noodles have great texture, not soggy and soft. Servers are friendly too. This place doesn’t disappoint.

The best pho in Newmarket, hands down. There are multiple locations to get your pho fix, however, Pho Fusion is by far the best in Newmarket.

I highly recommend this place to anyone not from Newmarket that's looking for a good Pho restaurant. Of all the pho restaurants in Newmarket, these guys serve the best tasting both.

Inside looks great! Clean and modern place to eat. The atmosphere is good and looks classy. However, the Pho is not really authentic, those who have not tried real authentic pho around the GTA cannot say this is the best pho.

You know it’s a good pho place by the actual pho they serve. The soup tasted awesome. My husband and I always order with UberEats and went out there tonight to sit in and enjoy the food and it was an amazing experience. Even though we were the last ones in there before the store closed.

They did not rush us and the food we ordered was also freshly made, unlike other restaurants whos quality decrease closer to when they close.

The best part was, as she checked in on us re told my husband to take his time. And they were about to close in 3 mins!

Definitely recommend. Food is amazing. And service was super excellent.

Don’t expect outstanding service. The food is good and well presented but because of the service, not 100% sold and sure I will invite others to dine here- hope they address the problems.

Came for the first time today and loved the spring rolls and the rare beef pho was excellent. Broth is tasty and the large portion size was perfect for this hungry guy. Will be back for sure.

Never had a dull experience. The staff is friendly, the food is great, well priced and decently portioned. I recommend the chicken and rare beef.

Prices competitive, portions large. Well-run and quite popular amongst non-Asian customers, for Asian cuisine. Clean place and courteous staff.
Would recommend: vermicelli with spring roll and pork!

We love Pho Fusion and order food from them regularly. The food is always tasty and the staff friendly. Love their fresh rolls, vermicelli, pad thai, and curry. Yummy!

Our favourite Pho spot in the GTA! With the new renovations, it's now a beautiful spot to stop to enjoy an authentic meal.
