Pho Ha Noi 54

Went there today around 11.15pm Customer service is zero. The guy at front is whole new chapter for racism. Doesn’t know how to deal with anyone. Wouldn’t recommend anyone

I never leave reviews but I feel like this is important to write, a few weeks ago I had ordered from here on Uber eats and was sent raw chicken in the pho. I called to let them know that I had been sent raw chicken and the person who picked up told me to just microwave it after I had let them know I’d already eaten some before I noticed. The chicken was in the container with the noodles and was meant to be precooked. I’ve been ordering from here for about five years so this is very disappointing. Thankfully, I was already on antibiotics when this happened so I didn’t get sick but I can’t order from here anymore without being worried. I saw someone else write about getting a stomach bug after eating the chicken pho so I thought I should add this.

I expected it to be mediocre at best because it's open late, but it was better than expected. Above average, but not exceptional. I would go back late at night.

Overall a great place to enjoy traditional Pho with tasty broth. I would also reccomend the cheese wonton for they are nice, crispy and cheesy. Nice vibe and staff. Definitely coming back again!

Placed an order on the phone for take-out 30 minute in advance, once I arrived they didn’t have the food ready. In fact, they didn’t even place the order. Very unprofessional.

Fresh rolls were good, the vegetarian Pho was a disappointment, I asked if it came with tofu they said yes but then there was no tofu to be found, and barely any vegetables. (The broth tasted good). The chicken pad Thai was a also a big disappointment, it was basically just rice noodles with carrots and the chicken tasted like boiled chicken… very disappointing. Just a waste of money and time (I was there for almost an hour to take my food and it wasn’t even that busy! Never going back!

Best Pho in the city. Open late and there chicken fried rice as well as there beef is amazing

This is not sweet chilli platter, this is some dry chicken I got the last three times, (called the restaurant last two times to get my order right) i ordered sweet chilli chicken platter which used to come with the actual right chicken glazed with sweet chilli sauce. Used to be one of my fav restaurant

Went there for take out. Got there at 9: 45 PM. Went up to the counter and one server brought me to the table to place my order. I was done my order and waited for the server to come back. Ordered 1 medium Pho bowl, 1 large Pho bowl and spring rolls. Took about 10 minutes for my patience to wear out as the server was in a group of 4 behind the counter all talking and probably forgot about the customer. I finally got up and interrupted the convo that they were having and handed my order. I sat back down and then a family of 3 arrived. Looked at the time and it was 10: 18 PM and noticed the family that sat down received their food way before me. I got up and asked how did that happened and why is my order taking long? She said she just started her shift and then said how would you like to pay. Didn't even explain on what happened and nor did she apologize. Handed me the POS terminal to pay and brought it to the tip setting. Like really? She then said 2 minutes. That 2 minutes turned into 8 minutes. All in all took close to 45 minutes to get the food while a family that came after received theirs way faster.

Ordered the beef ball pho for takeout but there no beef balls in the pho. I realized there no beef balls when i heat up the pho at home. Very disappointed and the broth lack flavor.

The pho was decent but the fried spring rolls were horrible and mushy inside. Didn’t taste homemade. Don’t get the spring rolls.also all there shakes and teas are made with powder not fresh fruit

Amazing customer service! This is my go to place for takeout and they never disappoint, the food is always amazing and extremely tasty. They’re also open super late so if you’re craving food late at night this is certainly the place!

Everything was delicious I really don’t don’t put to but I had a friend who wanted pho and they were 1st is the search was well worth it

This is one of my favourite food spots of all time. The food is delicious every time, flavour and quality is consistent, and staff is extremely helpful and kind. Great food and great service

THIS PLACE IS PERFECT! Super-duper friendly and helpful staff, and a lot of very delicious options on the menu! Very clean, well-kept, and just overall super cozy and comfortable. Plus they're open late! Highly recommend:)

Excellent customer service and top-notch Vietnamese cuisine! Staff was very friendly, and they had so many yummy options to pick from, definitely going back to try more! I'm really glad there's a place like this in Cooksville, especially since they're open super late! Highly recommend if you are in the area!:)

Used to love this place but their prices have increased more than 150 Percent on Uber Eats and no free delivery over a certain amount.

Nice part is they opened late so it good if you want Pho at night but the food is not that good, the soup I order the tomatoes still raw feel like they just cut it and put in there not fully cook it like when I have it in Viet Nam. At front door they say "please wait for server to assist you" and we wait for 5m no one come and we have to help our self, the 2 server there 1 on her lap top face time with some one and one just sit there do nothing. The food come out fast but yeah it just a okay. Not recommended this unless you really want some Pho late at night.
