Pho Le

Unfortunately I did not like this place. My vermicelli bowl lacked flavour and was half the size for the same price I would pay elsewhere. They forgot my minced shrimp on sugar cane but gave me an extra fried spring roll which also lacked flavour and was only decent tasting with the fish sauce. Interestingly, the vegetables that came with the bowl were pickled cucumbers which was a first for me. We also ordered the bun bo hue which did not taste right. Every vegetable and meat tasted previously frozen and most likely was. The fresh spring rolls were bland, the shrimps were cut in half and also tasted as if just left out to thaw in a bucket of water. Their iced Vietnamese coffee was instant Vietnamese coffee mix and did not hit the spot. When paying for the food I noticed the prices didn't add up to what they're menu listed; so just a heads up whatever you order is most likely a dollar or more expensive. The owner was nice but boy did they take a bunch of shortcuts.

Have eaten here several times over the past year. The food is always 'fresh as fresh can be'. Tasty, good portions and the service is fast. They have a large space with lots of tables. Had the mango salad with shrimps. Topped with crushed peanuts and onions and mint leaves. Superb! The shrimp rolls and fried vietnamese spring rolls were unbelievably delicious. The beef with Chinese broccoli was as good as I have ever had.not greasy or too salty or oversauced. I met the owner tonight. A very pleasant Chinese woman who was born and raised in Vietnam. She gave everyone extra attention, extra portions of food, and lots of friendly smiles.

Wonderful food, very fresh and very tasty, staff were helpful and offered lots of value added advice about dishes. Good prices too, we had four dishes and tea for $57. Service was quick. Huge menu. A fabulous spot. We WILL be back n

Typical overpriced Collingwood restaurant. Food is ok, but $20 for a bowl of pho is outrageous.

Loved the food here. Each menu item had its own broth and came out quickly. Would definitely come again.

Fast polite service. Every dish seems to have a fresh home made sauce or broth. The PHO broth is definitely made in house and makes you feel warm and satisfied. This week I tried the pad thai with Xtra sauce (a recommendation from a friend). Although I don't normally order Thai at a Vietnamese restaurant, it was the best pad Thai sauce I have ever had. The tea has flowers in it, the milkshakes are like fruit clouds and the sticky rice with Mango is perfect amount of Yum. Highly recommend.

It's a great place to have great soup, they have great employees and very delicious food, would definitely comeback every brunch!

I can't comment on the food but we stopped in to grab a couple of Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea. It was the only bad bubble tea I have ever had. There was absolutely no flavour and clearly the pearls had been sitting around for ever. It was like chewing rubber pellets. I have heard the food is good but whatever you do.don't order a bubble tea.

Taste was amazing. The vietnamese Coffee was good. Vibe was amazing, feels like im in Vietnam.

First impressions, the restaurant was not very busy and we were quick to be seated, the windows and some of the ceiling and lights could use a little dusting but the seating area was clean and tidy.

The Menus are a little overwhelming being very large with a lot of options to choose from.

For our food we had the "Thai Style Beef with Curry Sauce on Rice", and the "Grilled Jumbo Shrimp, Grilled Pork & Spring Rolls with Vermicelli". The curry dish was very nice. We weren't too keen on the vermicelli but the staff offered to cook us up a stir fry in it's place which we enjoyed and was very generous of them to do.

For drinks we had a coconut shake and a Soursop shake, both of which we really liked.

Overall we definitely enjoyed our meal, the staff were lovely but the menu could be reduced down quite a lot to provide some better focus on key dishes. We would be happy dining there again and trying out some more of their menu items.

Food is very delicious and flavourful, however, portions can be a little more bigger for the pricing. Overall, really great food and friendly staff!

Dropped by for lunch and ordered the Shrimp pad Thai and the mango salad. Lots of flavour in the pad Thai and a good size portion! I also had the mango salad which was colourful and a large portion. Definitely worth a visit for authentic Thai in CW. The pho is also good.

Pho is one of my go to foods. When I was in town I had time to try out several different places. I think Pho Le had the best balance between quality and price. Better option than others available in town

The terrible experience here!
I ordered Pho, and the beef wasn't tender and has a WEIR smell. Maybe the beef was stored in the refrigerator for so long.

The WORST Vietnamese restaurant in Ontario! Not fresh food! Small portions! Pricy! Bad service! Today I took my family here. We ordered 7 items…one of them is shrimp spring rolls which came with the black peanut sauce and crunchy peanut…we asked for another sauce for my kid. However, the owner lady’s attitude was really rude and unpleasantly glared at us. Then she gave us a small sauce without crunchy peanut. At the end, we still gave them tips and organized the table tidy (as our habit and don’t want the table/ our area look messy after we finish) but the service didn’t deserve it!
They have to change or improve the service otherwise nobody come again! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Very quick service, tasty food, fresh ingredients, but food was COLD. Vermicelli noodles were barely above room temperature, served in a cold bowl. I would have rather waited 10-15 minutes to get it hot. They should consider warming the bowls too, especially in the winter.

Pho 1 star. The food isn't fresh and it doesn't come with a vegetable dish on the side like so many other Vietnamese restaurant in Ontario.

We ended up here as everything else was closed.
Walking in, it was difficult to know if it was open or not.the windows on the door were not very clean.inside was dark.but we gave it a try.

Upon entering, we were given 4 menus and an order pad! The prices had changed and the new prices were written on masking tape for the most part.one page it just said "$2 more" at the top of the page.

We ordered 4 different dishes.chicken stirfry, shrimp padthai, chicken padthai and a pork on vermicelli dish as well as 4 spring rolls. They dishes came out one at a time.over maybe 5-10 min time.

I personally had the chicken pad thai.it looked great, but I do not like hot spice at all.it was quite even others thought so. It was good but quite hot.

The shrimp pad thai was alright same comment on the stir fry. Nothing special, just alright.
The pork dish.the pork had a lot of fat and grizzle.

Our meal was $85 for the 4 of us. Drinks or water was not offered. Things are simple, no frills.

Most of the staff did not seem to speak English.

Rude owner! Bad service! Not fresh food! ! Pricy! We odered a lot of food here for our friends and asked for extra only one peanut sauce. There have nothing hapen or 1 star review unless the owner the lady did glare at us and showed her attitude in bad manner. We still gave them tip but their service didnt deserve it

Worst chicken spring roll and vermicelli I’ve ever had, small chicken thigh tasted old and cold. Place is dirty, Cobb webs everywhere. Would def avoid.

Chûn Gâo! Very tasty and authentic. And unlike other places, good adherence to COVID rule enforcement.

I ordered T17 the other day and it was amazing! This time I ordered T15 and it was disgusting! The noodles were mush and it had no flavor.
I will definitely not return.

This is hands down THE best Asian restaurant in town! We had the 4 meat soup (the serving was BIG and so tasty - especially the broth), beef with Chinese broccoli (the sauce is to die for), sweet and sour pork (we even scraped the sauce off the plate afterwards), and bubble tea (black tea with milk, caramel, and tapioca - just yummy!). You cannot go wrong with this place! HIGHLY recommended! AMAZING value for your money! So delicious! And I am the person who usually does not write reviews:) But I want this place to rank as high as possible for more people to discover it! You’re welcome!

Service was a little slow, but they were very polite. Food was delicious! First time having Pho and I will be back to have it again.

I have visited multiple restaurants in town and Pho Le stands out by far. This place provides you with amazing tasty cuisine at a great price. Definitely will be coming back.

So good. Just yum. Owners are very cool, and they cook a mean traditional pho dish.

Staff were friendly. COVID 19 protocols in place. Service was quick. The pho broth was flavourful but a tad too cinnamon-y for my like. Not overly salty which was nice! Noodles were soft and it was average meat to noodle ratio. The grilled pork was tender and really flavourful! I enjoyed that dish. The fresh rolls were good, couldve had a bit more shrimp.

So nice to finally have a Vietnamese restaurant in Collingwood! This is our go to spot for food now. Lots of fresh, bright and flavorful dishes.

We had the Beef Pad Thai & House Special Pho, they're were exceptional, especially the Pad Thai. We visited while on a weekend getaway, and would return of we're in the area.

If who makes concern:
the restaurant in collingwood (Pho Lee) does not tip the staff, all tips are withheld by the owner. The people who work here have all quit because of this injustice and got angry for no reason from the owner. I hope I want someone to stand up for this.

Worst customer service ever, items and pics were all wrong told them to change the menu to reflect the correct items staff said my restaurant this is the way I like it then asked for tip at the end of meal, I said no she asked me to clean the table before I leave! Never have I ever seen such bad service!

Came for the food and was a bit let down. The noodles were hard and the meat was not tender at all. Great service with a friendly smile. Lots of space inside.

The waitress was really rude and was in a rush when we were the only one in the restaurant. There was 5 of us. The noodles was not cooked and the quantity of the appetizers was not enough for the price. The same person who cashed us out, gave herself her own tip and made us pay for it and only realized after we got the receipt.

Pho was very good! Portion was a good size and the pit enough protein in it. The lemongrass varmicelli needed some more seasoning. Wait staff were kind and efficient. Definitely would come back for the Pho.

If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this is it. Had Hot and Sour soup, mixed vegetables and tofu, and vege spring rolls, all prepared well, with great sauces. Delivered to our table by the chef. The waitress was very helpful. But beyond all this, the food came lightning fast, and they were busy! Restrooms old, but impeccable and obviously inspected often. The restaurant is a sea of booths, not the most romantic setting, but all were clean. Great place to take large groups and families. Great to have this resto in Collingwood.

Great place, flavourful broth. Went with my family to enjoy some pho and it definitely didn't disappoint. Cute little place.

We order twice while we are on vacation this week.
We ordered rice and mango salad the first time.
Today, we ordered noodle and chicken pad Thai.
Love it.
Price is reasonable and taste great.
Similar taste to other pho in Toronto.
Great place to eat, away from home

We were excited to try the food, although tasty the 5 containers were all noodles. The vegetable Pad Thai had 4 small pieces of tofu and all noodles, zero vegetables. We were disappointed although starving it was a nice treat.

Like someone else wrote.this is our new favorite place in Collingwood. Food was very very good service is awesome people are so nice there and when we called our order the lady took a moment to explain dishes so we were sure to get what we wanted. AWESOME!

Amazing beef pho, we are addicted to pho and seek it out wherever in the world we travel, we have had it in prob over 50 different places and pho le ranks right up there, perfectly seasoned, salt/sweet balance on point, very tender rare beef, fresh basil and bean sprouts and screaming hot broth as it should be A+

Pad Thai is unreal, very authentic food at good prices will be back to try more, lots of choices offered on the menu

Yes! Really good Phó in Collingwood! Food is great! Try B27 "Hue Style" vermicelli spicy soup, with a Brown Sugar Boba Coffee, oh my goodness, that is good!

Excellent Pad Tai. Stupid me didn't leave a tip; I rarely go for take out. Will leave a big one next time.

Just found my new favourite place to eat in collingwood. We just fancied a change and ordered a few meals we were very happy with our choices. We ordered chicken wonton soup, chicken curry and rice and chicken pad Thai all tasted so delicious. I also ordered the pineapple bubble tea. The portions were enough for two and some left over for tomorrow. Customer service was great really efficient and the fact they have an extensive menu just means we will be eating there a lot to work our way through it. The restaurant was spotlessly clean can’t wait to try indoor dining there.

Execrable food which was either under or over cooked. One dish consisted of a thin sauce with nearly crude vegetables. A heap of noodles as tall as a mountain and about as edible as one was included. This experience did prove one thing however, that in gastronomy, there is no "quality in quantity".

Our new favourite restaurant in Collingwood!
My boyfriend loved his pho soup, and Joyce (the owner I believe) was quick to cater to my vegan needs with a delicious tofu & spring roll vermicelli bowl. Le’s boba fever tea was also TO DIE FOR ️ We cannot wait to dine in with the second steps of COVID reopening plans. The restaurant inside is extremely clean and beautifully decorated.

We also had a forgotten wallet situation, and the staff was super quick to respond and accommodating to us retrieving it!
