Their wanton soup is bussin bussin and they’re also dope on the aux playing rampampam by minelli. 10/10 experience literally recommend it to everyone

Our 2nd, and final trip was quite varied from our original 5 star review.
This time, Sia was ‘away on vacation’ and the lady there said that she would not do our ‘special’ dishes.
The request was for one order of a few steamed veg, no onion, and no sauce.
She stated that it was ‘too much work. (to prepare fewer vegetables, not sauce them and serve them?)

I going to ask her if ‘preparing vegetables’ wasn’t part of the job, but I did not see the point or how it would improve the situation, so I left at that.
As I left, I commented that there ARE a number of other Asian restaurants to which I could take my business.
Word to the wise: Abandon any hope of getting ANY consideration here, and dine elsewhere.

One of those dark nights, far from home, when you need sustenance and maybe a little comfort. This is a family style Vietnamese restaurant. Good food, friendly service and back on the road, the richer for the experience.

Fantastic service, very helpful with the menu. Food had so much flavour and was served piping hot. Perfect size portions, very generous. We will be back

My review still does not change. The consistency is still the same. My sister did order the cream cheese wontons and they were ok. The Special Pho (p1), size small, was great! The cream cheese wontons could of used more cream cheese and minus the mixed vegetables. I do dislike the heavy door when it's windy, or being seated by the door when it's windy. It would be nice to see something implemented there, to have a better, more comfortable dine-in experience.

The Broth is not too excellent tastes, and the noodles (Pho) is little hard, not soft and fresh. Not variety Vietnamese dishes

My friend and I ordered the small pho - there was not a lot of beef but a huge amount of noodle. Overall, it wasn't good: (The customer service was also disappointing.

I have liked this restaurant in the past but i just ordered fresh rolls and vegetarian chow mein. The chow mein was really dry and the fresh rolls werent great and the sauce wasn't very peanuty.

This experience was more than disappointing. I have never left a negative review, only a positive one. Well, here it is: I ordered online, about 3 hours ahead of the opening time.it said all was good and I was charged for the food. The pick-up time said was 11 (online said it; you choose your time). So, I drove 30 km to get food for my family. The woman at the door said they do not open until 11: 30. I waited in my car, things happen, no big deal. The door was lit as "open" so I walked in at 11: 29. There was a customer seated already. The same middle-aged woman told me that they are not open until 11;30. But the door was unlocked, the sign was on and a customer was there. I told her that I ordered online but at 11, as I already drove 30km and was parked in front, a new email came in that the order was canceled. I wanted to know what happened and reorder. The woman was very rude and just said that "her app" must be broken. No apologies. She was very dismissive and rude when I told her I ordered, paid, drove 30 km, and waited extra time. She became even ruder. I was still gonna order because my kids were really looking forward to pad thai. But the woman was so rude, did not answer my questions, and also said rude things in Vietnamese about me to another woman there. I told her that that was rude and that I will not be ordering. Now more than 2 hours later, I don't even have a refund even though the order cancellation email said that I was going to get a refund. If this woman is the owner, she has very poor customer and business skills. She wasted my time and gas.

Update

I undrstand I have maybe other accent but we are sociaty with different languages. I asked 2 girls to add coconut milk to my soup. They both said it will be 50 cents more and I said I want with coconut. Then I am getting home I am getting soup wothout. Calling to tell them politely that I got it without coconut and what I am hearing from owner that I am difficult costumer.

I am difficult because I ask what are ingredients there if there are any stuff which are allergens for me. Telling consumer in face or even by phone they are difficult it is completely inappropriate and very unpleasant.

I liked your food but I am not going to tolerate that kind of treatment.

My last order was pretty skimpy.
I've ordered from this place a few times recently.the last few times I've been very satisfied, the flavours were good and it seemed like decent value.
I ordered again last night and got the green curry, general Tsao chicken and an order of fresh roles. With 2 dishes and an appetizer it was barely enough food for 2 people. We could actually see the bottom of the container through the general Tsao chicken, because there was so much extra space in the container and about 40% was onions, only a few small morsels of chicken.

I will give them another chance eventually because the taste is good, but if they keep charging $15 for tiny portions people will feel like they are being ripped off and they will stop coming back.
