Kinda new to Windsor area.
One restaurant crossed off my list.

Very mediocre food.

All servers are teenagers with no experience and anyone to guide them.

Ordered dish took a bite, was awful. Returned to kitchen and still got charged for it. I didn't eat the meal but got charged for it.
Wouldn't pass in courtroom with Judge Judy.

First time trying this cuisine. The beef pho was enjoyable, serving size is fit for 3 people unless you have a huge appetite. Shrimp rolls with peanut sauce were also enjoyable (I'd say these are healthier option to deep-fried ones you get with chinese food). Sat there for maybe 15 mins or more, and no server came by (seems you need to write your order on a receipt that's on the table and bring to counter). Will go back to try more menu options and update review accordingly.

The food was delicious and you received a lot for your money. Make sure if you don't want spicy food, let them EXPLICITLY know.

I had the most delightful experience at this restaurant. Their Pho is absolutely delicious and full of flavor.

I've eaten at this place a couple dozen times now and they never disappoint. Everything is so flavourful and fresh every single time. The prices are reasonable and the staff is great! My go-to place in Windsor for sure!

And the men’s room seemed clean but it had a bad smell

I had combo #1 which was beef and vegetables with rice with wonton soup. It was an excellent meal. The wonton soup was great, with about four home made wontons. Very hearty and delicious. The beef was grilled I think. Very good and filling. Great meal! I would recommend it snd will be back.

Ok, we’re here from TO and we walked from the Hampton Inn past every single fast food franchise you can think of to arrive here. Was it worth it? We were greeted by a Big Smile and ordered Shrimp Vietnamese spring rolls, Tom Yum Soup and the Pad Thai. Wow, everything was so flavourful you can’t imagine. Was it too spicy? Look, I’m not the kind of person who can handle spiciness. I added a bit of spiciness to my Spring rolls but for the Pad Thai, I did not. I’d post pictures but the food is all in our bellies. Sorry.

Came here to eat, wasn't ready to order yet and the waitress never came back to check on us. She was too busy cleaning tables and doing whatever else. There were only 3 other groups there. Do not recommend. The other waitresses didn't even bat an eye in our direction while our menus sat closed.

Best restaurant in windsor. The food is always amazing, the staff is friendly, and it's a great price for the amount of good quality food you get.

1. The only server brought us the menu and water and never came back. We waited more than 20 minutes then the woman on the cash register came to take our orders after taking the order of another table (came after us). I asked about the delay she said she thought we were waiting for somebody to join us. I told her I that I never mentioned this to the server. Btw, the restaurant was not busy because most tables were empty 2. When I went to pay before leaving, the cashier was not happy and she said that I suppose to pay first. I told her that I have been to many restaurants and we usually pay after finishing our meal since it is a dine in. I also told her the server did not tell us this when she gave us the menu. In addition, the same cashier did not tell us we have to pay first when she took our orders. I suggested that she put a sign letting people know that they need to pay first when dining in. 3. She blamed it on me saying I saw somebody paying first before receiving the food. This person had a carry out order and paid while waiting for the carry out order to be done.
I am a calm person and spoke quietly with the cashier, but for sure this is my first and last time going there.
Note: I do not know if the woman on the cash register is an employee or the owner.

I eat here frequently whenever I am in the area. Today I called for take out but when I arrived I decided it more convenient that I eat in. The restaurant had two tables being occupied and the rest were vacant. Brought my food to the table that was designated for me and while eating it, the woman who works the counter came to my table and said "if you do this again we will charge you the service fee for eating in instead of taking your food to go". I then asked her to clarify if the price I payed was different for take out then it would be if I ordered it to eat in. She then went on to say yes and that the fee was $13.95 that I would be charged on top of the price of my food (beef fried rice). While eating I decided to search thier website and no where could I find anything that said there was a service fee for dining in (only one person). They are lacking common courtesy and I am not sure I want to eat here anymore. I've also had to argue in the past about paying for fish sauce and/or soya sauce for my meal. Pho Xiclo gives smaller portions but thier food quality is much better and thier staff is very friendly. They also don't charge you a $13.95 service fee for sitting down and drinking thier tap water.

This restaurant is a little different for me, my husband loved it. You have like this food so you order the right meat.
