Pho Real

The owner is so rude don’t ever come here! We ordered so much food it was my grandpas birthday and we wanted to cut our mini cake we brought and we asked for a couple plates and the owner said we need to pay $3 per plate and was speaking in a very rude tone no empathy what so ever super rude never come here not worth it terrible customer service, didn’t even check on our table once!

As a Vietnamese person I had high expectations coming to try this restaurant unfortunately it fell short of that.

I came with my aunt who is also a great chef herself and recommended we try this spot as she came in the past and thought the pho was good so that exactly what we ordered.

We did not order apps but I did order a Vietnamese ice coffee and she ordered tea. The food was ok and the waiter was attentive and the food came quick. The drinks came first and this was where I had my issue.

Being a native Vietnamese immigrant I’ve had plenty of viet coffee in my life so I can differentiate between powdered coffee and the real drip coffee which is what I was expecting but when my coffee came out it was not the slow drip coffee I was expecting instead it was instant powdered coffee mix.

I sent it back and told the waiter my thoughts. I assumed that it would be taken off the bill since I did not drink it at all but when I went to pay that was not the case. When I explained to the owner but she dismissed me and said that I still ordered it so it was not her fault.

I still paid and tipped but will never come back simply because of the costumer service!

After briefly reading other reviews it’s apparent that this restaurant caters to westerns and prefers such patrons over others!

Fresh, consistently cooked, should be a Michelin rated restaurant. It's always clean, has a fast process and system. By far the best Vietnamese cuisine I've had.

Awful experience. Rude customer service provided by impolite waitress. If you are not a loyal customer to them, never go there during lunch hours unless you wanna a unforgettable differentiated treatment.

Prompt, friendly service, excellent phò broths and spring rolls (both fresh and fried), and they did an exceptional job of packaging the takeout to prevent spills! Great take-out spot in the weirdness that is Vaughan's sprawling commercial sprawl.

I came here three times in a row because i'm obsessed with their pho. The service is fast and the owners are lovely people.highly recommend d the deep fried spring rolls

Great place, very clean dining area. All foods are more than enough for one person on its own. Everything is affordable; we enjoyed my dining experience here. I am highly recommend in this restaurant.

Best place for Pho! The owners are so kind and are always making sure that they have your order correct before you hang up. The food is consistently delicious.

Edit- 2023- I dined in and the service and food quality is just as excellent as it was during the pandemic. They are super considerate and anything on the menu is reliably authentic and delicious.

Great place, very clean dining area. I ordered a medium-sized seafood pho and the portion is more than enough for one person on its own. I recommend getting a small size of pho when ordering appetizers/sides. Everything is affordable; however, there was a notice on the menu that there will be price increase. Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience here.

Came here for lunch and it was amazing. Truly the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine in the GTA. Must try! Atmosphere 5/5. Food 5/5. Service 5/5.

One of THE best pho places iv ever tried. Such nice and considerate staff, family owned place. The chef is phenomenal, and I took my friends from other cities here just so they can try their dishes.

Pho real, the best pho we have been to, this is our go to place & their Spring rolls & pho is the best we’ve ever had, awesome customer service, they never disappoint.

Grill pork with Deep fried spring rolls Vermicelli. Lots of veggie but the pork seasoned too many soy sources. More honey favour will be better (3.5pts)

WOW! WOW! I have been to this restaurant (PhoREAL) believe me, It's real real good. My order was a take out. Honestly, I love Vietnamese food. I didn't expect the food to be that good. The ingredients were fresh. The plates were well prepared and the price was right. I will go back there for sure when I am in the GTA. I will recommend you try it as well, I'd your like or want to try Vietnamese food. Thanks to the owner and his staff.
