Delicious food at a good price-point friendly staff, I highly recommend Pho Saigon. They are me and my wife's top take-out choice in the city.

I had the pho bone broth, and it was very delicious. The vegetable spring roles were a little less desirable. I found the inside mushy and rhere didn't appear to be much of any vegetable in it. Although they are made fresh in-house, I'm sure the meat variety is probably much better.

I frequently travel from Brampton to Guelph just for the Pho. I'v had Pho all over Toronto, Scarborough, Brampton, Vaughan, Mississauga and beyond. Pho Saigon in Guelph is my all time favorite. Consistently Excellent broth, great service, and friendly staff. 10 stars

Nothing beats a bowl of Pho on a cooler day. The menu is extensive and includes appetizers, Pho, noodle dishes, vermicelli, etc.

This is not a trendy spot, but you will assured a delicious meal. The portions are generous. The regular bowl of Pho is quite large.

Service is casual but good. If you need anything just be sure and ask.

There's often a staff person handrolling the wontons or spring rolls as you come into the restaurant.

The staff was very friendly and attentive.
I had the HOUSE SPECIAL (PHO DAC BIET) in Large. Very big portion size. Good value for money. The broth was ok.

Ordered takeout for the first time from this place and was disappointed. Broth was good, but that was about it. I got chicken and my partner got beef. My chicken was extremely dry and tough. I also was disappointed that neither of our packages had anything other than noodles, some dry meat and some onions, bean sprouts and Thai basil. I am used to having vegetables included in my pho like bok choy or carrots. I usually find pho a satisfying balanced meal unlike most take out but did not feel this way here. I threw out half the meat as it was too tough to eat even after soaking in broth. Not satisfied with what we received considering the price.

Pho Saigon is a hidden gem that you need to try at least once in your life if you like pho or have never had pho before. It is family owned, and has that atmosphere, they are really making the most of their space and you really get the feeling that they care about what they are doing. I always forget how large the large actually is I swear it gets bigger every time, they are very generous and it is very affordable, still.

STILL the best pho in town hands-down. Very friendly & fast. The food is delicious w generous portions of all ingredients.

My favourite place for Vietnamese and Thai cuisine in the whole country. Their beef Pad Thai is exactly what I am looking for; a big bowl of flavourful noodles with tender beef, and the perfect amount of vegetables. The service is superb, and the store's atmosphere is incredibly relaxed. 10/10 experience

Fantastic vermicelli, even better taro bubble tea! They somehow make it cold and hot at the same time.

We ordered banh mi with chicken, shrimp fresh rolls, Vietnamese iced coffee, wonton soup, rare beef pho.

I picked up Pho from here for the first time today and it was amazing! Hot, fresh ingredients. Very flavourful. I asked for it to be medium spicy and it was spicy! My mouth burned for a while, I like it that way. If you are vegetarian like me, ask for the vegetable broth instead of chicken. I also asked for the hot sauce to be put into the broth but you get it separately and add as much or as little as you like. The portion was more than generous. I couldn’t finish it all. I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this restaurant more, I've tried quite a few things on the menu and they have all been so amazing. I'd especially recommend the Hue Style Hot soup! Everyone who works there is so incredible and nice as well

I stopped in on a whim while coming home from kayaking on Guelph Lake with my daughter. The atmosphere was clean, but budget. And I mean that in a complimentary way. The food was excellent. I had shrimp rolls and pho ga (noodle soup with chicken). Both were wonderful! I have been looking for a new pho restaurant, and I have definitely found it! I strongly recommend Pho Saigon.

Worst food I've had in a long time. I literally spat out my springsrolls. They tasted pre chewed. The "pho" is a huge mockery to the entire pho industry. I also spat that out and did not finish it either. The service? Jesus she was rude as heck from the moment I walked in.
Steer clear.

My date had chicken pho, she expressed how much she enjoyed it.

I had the BBQ chicken vermicelli, it was delicious. One of the best ones I had. The deep fried pork wrapped " I forget what they're called " side dish was delicious. Had one in my vermicelli too. Everything was very good, served pretty quickly too. Since it was around lunch it wasn't very busy.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone going on a date or just wanting to experience this type of food.

I order takeout almost every week. I originally tried them because they were one of the few places open on Mondays. The staff is friendly and professional. They always get the order correct. Food quality is decent and tasty. They just added online ordering and their dining room is open again.
