Pho Saigon St.

I am giving five stars for a couple different reasons. The first reason is both the dishes I bought were great. The veggie pad Thai and green curry. Great portions for the price, a nice little kick to the curry not too hot but hot enough for me, I like it spicy but flavourful. It was very clean inside and there was seating available, the three girls working the restaurant were very friendly and I really enjoyed interacting with them. Great customer service. Thanks for the great dinner Pho Saigon.

It is rude to secretly add 12% service charge without informing the patrons. It would have been appreciable if the bill was provided before payment. We had eaten here couple of times and came again with our friends, only to discover about the hidden service charge after our meal. Anyway, you lost a customer and few more with your tactic.

Food was ok or better, but the server was sooo bad. Never asked for water refill, airpot on her ear, charing our table without giving me chance to see the bill. Totally jokes

Service is very slow and they forgot to make my order. I waited for 30 minutes. Mode of payment is only cash, we supposed to pay by visa and customer service is poor. I dont recommend this restaurant.

I ordered the special pho - Large for $15.00 and crispy tofu for $8.00 as an appetizer.

Pho broth had a nice beefy taste and not too salty; they are also generous with meat toppings.

Crispy tofu is what you would expect; it is crispy and has a tangy sauce that compliments well with it.

Service: 5/5
You write your order and call when your ready. I like that they give you water and tea at the same time, unlike Pho Express - you can pick water or tea. Food comes out very quick and easy to call servers for a water refill.

Atmosphere: 5/5
Place is small and clean. Music plays in the background and cp24 playing in the TV.

Overall, I would recommend the pho soup at this location and the price is decent. They only accept cash or debit.

It’s been my go-to pho restaurant in the area. Portions are fairly big and reasonable.

The food is good, but staff not very friendly and don't check up on you, rather you have to call them over. Smaller place, but wasn't to busy, and the ground was quite dirty.

My first experience with Vietnamese food. Totally delicious and amazing Portion sizes as well as helpful servers. 11/10 going again

Very unassuming exterior, the interior seems modern and clean.
Food was very good and the servers super polite.

I had the medium size special beef pho which comes in delicious broth, thin noodles, different types of beef such as beef, beef ball, tribe and green onions. Lime, bean sprouts and basil on the side. It was very yummy and filling. Fast service, clean establishment. Washroom are very clean too. The price tag was 13.75cad before tax and tip, good value for the money.

Weak portions, terrible bubble tea. Just go to the Pho Viet Xpress on Bathurst which is way better.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered for pickup and was told through app it was ready. Showed up; staff said “in 5 more minutes”. Waited for 10 more minutes, standing inside the store. I asked again, “5 more minutes”, they say while running around serving seated customers. Kept getting ignored. Third time I ask, still no food. I left and got a refund from Doordash. They need to remind their staff that all orders are equally important. Online orders helped keep them afloat during pandemic. Don’t order online here. They don’t care as much cause they don’t think you’ll tip.

Large Pho could use a lot more noodles. The amount you get is like a medium somewhere else. The drinks are terrible - undersized and the tapioca are from the days before, mush and not chewy.

Had vegetarian tofu pad Thai few days ago. Worst pad Thai I ever had. They put too much of some red sauce. It almost looked like pasta sauce. None of the other places put red sauce in pad Thai. It was mostly noodles and very few pieces of vegetables for $15.

I went in for pho and pho is really basic. I could cook that at my home with chicken bouillon, some noodles, and beef slices. I did went in twice to see if the first visit was a bad luck or on a off day. The second visit was also almost the same. But the cam tam was nice and my friend had the cam tam. But I don’t go to Vietnamese place to eat rice and meat, I go only for pho. Three stars for the cam tam coz it looked good and 2 stars off for the pho.

Pretty expensive for what you get. Portions are not good. Food is average. Avoid the drinks at all costs - extremely overpriced, small portion, and the bubbles are soggy. Go to Gotcha bubble tea across the street if you want slush or bubble tea.

Ordinary looking place but the food is great and authentic. Its seems to be tailored for the local community but I was treated fairly as a tourist nonetheless.

The tapioca in the bubble tea are awful. All mushy. The bubble teas and slushes are expensive too. Thought they'd be way better considering they're pretty small. Also doubt their credit/debit machine is "broken". Just a way to make you pay cash and not offering the 10% off for cash.

We came on Saturday but didn’t have to wait.
Foods was delicious and good service as well, she recommended so many good options for us in the first time there (so confused picking). Finally, we was very enjoying the meals, will come back frequenly

Food is ok compared another place. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. I recommend this place for everything. It's worth driving over.

To be honest, customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. The music is loud but their gossip are even louder, don’t care the customers. They gave me hot tea then i asked for water but they didn’t give me even after I finished my food.

Poor overall customer service experience. Our orders were wrong and late. They said it was the kitchens fault and not there's. Don't why they were making us feel at fault too? Weird way to show your customers you care. Will not go back after this

Similar experience happened three times so I am no longer their customer.
I introduced many of my friends to this place but they agreed with the poor service. We are all no longer their customers.

Came here with my friends after an exam. My first time trying Pho and the broth was really good. I had the chicken noodle soup with some spicy oil. It does take some time to prepare, so I recommend having company to pass the time.

The pho here was average. The broth wasn't as fragrant as other places. Service was average at best. Felt safe eating here.

Good food!
So glad to have a good, clean and well priced Pho place in the neighbourhood.
Staff was helpful and friendly and the place was moderately busy for a Wednesday afternoon.
We ordered the soup, seafood noodles, and everything was finished by the time we left.
Would like to come back and try the other items

Good beef pho broth - I would have liked a bit more noodles and I would have liked to be served the bean sprouts earlier so I could heat them longer.

Tendon and tripe were very fresh and clean. Meats were good quality. Noodle was well cooked.
IMO, Saigon's broth was good that it wasn't sweet but lacked a little depth in the richness of the broth.
S. O.said broth was bland and needed salt, but then again.she adds salt to McD fries.
But in these times. PATIO is all you need.

This is the Vietnamese restaurant I like the most in the neighborhood. Love their deep fried calamari, fried chicken wings, rice-paper rolls, grilled pork chops.

Loved my visit here. Foods were amazing, very flavourful and staffs were friendly. Our Bun bo hue was kinda slow but we were sharing anyways so it was ok.

Excellent taste and quality food. Highly recommended. We ordered lots of things there and everyone liked it. Their calamaries are super star.

Fast and efficient.
All the food was very tasty and the portions were generous.
There was a language issue.
I asked if anything came with rice and was told no so we ordered rice and
one of the dishes was half rice.
Not a biggie as we really enjoyed the food!

This is my new favourite Vietnamese spot! I love the pad thai, fresh rolls & rice/chicken plate. Absolutely delicious and flavourful. I wish I found this spot earlier because I’ve been missing out! 10/10 for sure

Drove there last week to try out their Pho, specifically the rare beef pho, and I was not disappointed.

The broth was flavorful, great portion size, and the thinly sliced beef was add perfectly.

I was actually quite surprised with the portion size. I can usually order a large and eat it without a problem, but I was shocked at the size when it arrived to my table.

I have had some issues with the sliced beef getting clumped together with some restaurants pho, but the beef was sliced perfectly and placed well around the soup. I had no issues with the beef clumping.

Overall, I was very pleased with this restaurant and would highly recommend it.

Literally one of the best bowls of bun bo hue I ever had! Better than my mom's, but don't tell her. My cousin got a dish of broken rice, grilled chicken and egg - as expected. Fast and friendly service, reasonable prices. Ideal for casual dinners.

What a pleasant surprise! First time we went and thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal, as well as the ambience and the pleasant and personable service. The quality of the food is excellent, the prices are very reasonable.

I've been around to a lot of photos places and I've had real authentic pho before. As for pho Saigon, it's one of my favourite places to go when j think of pho. When pho comes to my belly, I think of pho Saigon. I didn't taste any MSG in the soup and their Viet coffee is just. Wonderful. In my mouth! Keep it up!

Ordered a pho dac biet size large. It's price nicely at ~$12 with tax. It was also really filling which is good. However the slices of meat were awful. Very chewy and large. I've been to a lot of places and this one is a no for me unfortunately. The place is very clean, though.

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the city. All staffs are friendly, polite, and accommodating. The food is very affordable and the portioning is very generous. I've been going to this restaurant with my friends and relatives for years now and I definitely recommend this restaurant. If you are trying this restaurant for the first time, try their spring rolls and tofu for appetizer.:)
