Guys I’m often ordering takeout and it’s today the 3rd time when I request chopsticks and you don’t put it inside, can you please stop doing it, thank you

Very cozy place with reasonable prices and good quality service from the servers and they're not trying to force you out the door to serve the next ppl in line.good job! Great amount of soft tendons when you've ordered soft tendons not just 1 big piece diced into 10 thousand pieces just to please the customers.

In the past few years, this Vietnamese Restaurant has been my top place to get pho because of its big size. However, it was also the worst place to order some Thai dishes like Pad Thai, it was mushy and terrible. Over the past few years, I noticed the pho dishes from this place was getting more and more MSG and the pho soup gave me an increased thirsty after taste. In addition, the menu prices were also skyrocketing very fast within short time, leading to diminishing value for money spent. Now I cut down a lot of my visit to this place and shop for another better Vietnamese Restaurant.

Had their pho. Soup was great, very clear and clean. My wife and I shared an XL and we were both satisfied. Food came out very quick even though the restaurant was full.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Richmond Hill. Great value. Love that they have vegetarian spring rolls. Good hours - opened til 10 so a late dinner is no issue.

The best pho restaurant in Richmond Hill. Consistent excellent service; delicious and rich tasting pho with fresh ingredients. My wife and I eat here every week. We highly recommend this restaurant.

This is actually the best pho ive ever had in my life anywhere.too bad im moving from this area tomoro and wont be able to come here everyday anymore the only worst part is that they're always super busy everytime i come there so i always feel a bit awkward taking one of their tables for myself alone.they should buy the bigger chinese restaurant next door.

Nice local Vietnamese restaurant. If you live nearby this is the place to go. The pho broth is flavourful. The rice dish was good too; comparable to most other Vietnamese restaurants. Not the best spring rolls in my opinion, but this place definitely will help with your Vietnamese food craving.

Lovely pho joint! The pho was great, noodles were soft, meat + tripe were cooked perfectly. The broth could’ve had a bit more depth… But still delicious! Had a fresh roll (pork & shrimp) which was great as well

Best pho place in Richmond Hill. Food taste is really good but the staffs were not very friendly. One star off from the unfriendly staffs, but I will definitely be going back for the delicious food.

Soup is very oily with lots of grease.low quality and not fresh.
I am not going back again. Worst customer service and they don't take credit cards.

Visited this restaurant during dinner on a Saturday. We decided to visit after reading positive online reviews. First impression was that it was very clean.

Although the restaurant was full and customers were consistently flowing in, we were greeted and attended to immediately.

We ordered the spring rolls, beef shredded pork and rice and the rare beef / beef ball pho.
The food came out fairly quickly (within 10 min).

Overall - the food was average, nothing to set it apart from other Vietnam restaurants. The pho had generous portions of meat.

The pork however said shredded pork, and we assumed it was pork meat. When the dish arrived, it didn't look like meat. They said it was shredded pork skin.

It was one of my favorite Vietnam restaurant before but not anymore.the meat is not fresh and the noodle cooked too much.

XL pho went from $11.75 from 10 months ago to now $13.75. Its not pho tai bac issue but basically everything else. I just don't know how the government is saying inflation is 6%. The real inflation is more like 17% i mean everything. Government Please stop lieing.

Food was solid and always has been. But this time around there was a fruit fly in my tea and I informed the waitress who promptly gave me a new batch of tea and cups.

However later when I went to go and pay and the lady asked “how was everything” I said it was good but found a fruit fly in my tea and she basically said “it probably flew in while drinking” and gave me my change and left …. I mean, really? I was hoping to get some resemblance of an apology but almost seemed like it was my fault for the fly in my tea cup? Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and won’t be coming back, which I’m sad about because it was a nice place I really liked.

Pho tai has a light but savoury broth.
However, bun bo hue was disappointing. It did not have an authentic taste, but more of a tom yum taste, which is not vietnamese.

This place was absolute garbage for what you're paying. Been here twice and I still can't figure it out.

This pho restaurant is the only place opening 10am. Honestly finding the worst pho restaurant is harder than the best one, I mean this pho is good to try.
I recommend here.

They have a large selection of authentic Vietnamese food. The pho broth is immaculate and the other dishes are great as well. Fair prices for good portions.

Fantastic service and amazing food. I recommend the pho bo (rare beef noodle) and the spring rolls. Probably the best authentic Vietnamese eatery in Richmond Hill!

Love the beef soup noodle from here. The spring roll is tasty too. The shrimp cake is not what i expected.

I always love eating here, especially on cold days. The pho is aromatic and tasty, generous portions, sprouts and greens fresh and crispy. Fair prices. The people are also wonderful, very friendly and caring. I bring my kids and they love the pho, too.

Great little spot with quick service and cheap delicious food. I really enjoyed their assorted vermicelli bowl which was a great portion for the price. Note they will have a busy lunchtime rush and it's more of an in and out place in terms of service. They're also cash and debit only.

I've visited Pho Tai Bac a few dozen times since they opened, their pho is as flavourful and tasty as everyone says, though I've noticed it declining ever so slightly these last two years. Sometimes, it's lacking the beef essence, or other times the noodles are overdone and served with old bean sprouts and dry limes; I really hope this trend doesn't continue. Overall, the pho and vermicelli are still great, one of the best in town. Maybe stay away from the other stir-fried noodle; it may seem enticing but the taste doesn't match the looks.

I highly recommend eating here! It’s authentic Vietnamese cuisine and the staff here are friendly and attentive to all their customers. I had the “Hue” style beef noodle soup

I came here a second time after and ordered 42,54,127,1 ️ I still highly recommend trying out their awesome dishes!

They are so accommodating to this vegan that I leave happy every time.

There is a vegan spicy soup and they do various rolls vegan for me too.

The serving is teamwork and they’re super fast to take your written order and very helpful with hints.

The food is fast and fresh so my carnivorous friends are as happy as I am.

Back three times in 2 weeks because of the food, the service and their attention to cleanliness and COVID protocols.
