Pho Vinh

I’ve been coming here for 25 years, I’ve been all over the world and this is still the best pho I’ve ever had. The staff has always been the same with a few additions, it’s the one place I always come back to when I visit. Lots of memories here.

The chef special fried rice is very very good. The shrimp, chicken and egg flavors are perfectly balanced

Great Vietnamese restaurant.
- Located in a very busy plaza; definitely need more parking space for this plaza, underground maybe.
- Pho Vinh restaurant interior is very nice and clean with contemporary and simple decorations.
- Customer service is prompt and courteous. The young lady server is very polite and attentive 5*
- Food taste very authentic 5*
- Food bring out fast and fresh 5*
(Complimentary hot tea always a nice touch from Vietnamese restaurants)
- Cleanliness 5*

We stop by for lunch during a business trip. Definitely coming back to try other dishes.

I have had lunch a couple times here. Had the pho, rice with chicken/pork chop and springs rolls most of the time. The food is very good and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Would recommend

On several occasions, I came here for lunch and dinner and would always order two things: the bun bo hue and the chicken wings with fish sauce. THEY’RE DELICIOUS. The two best dishes here hands down.

I brought my baby niece here and the staff were so attentive. They brought small bowls and lukewarm water for her and I didn’t even ask for it. Best service ever.

Only con: this restaurant takes cash or debit only.

Best pho in the GTA. Will 100% be a regular from now on. I can eat a LOT and even for me the portions were huge (so much noodle + super generous with the meat). Service was great, food came out quick, and the price/value is definitely unmatched. Great job to the new owner (s) /the new kitchen staff. Had it for lunch today and I’m already craving another bowl…!

Pho Vinh is great, I definitely recommend anyone who is looking to get authentic Vietnamese food to check out this spot! I had the house special and I can’t wait to get it again!

New favourite place in Richmond Hill for Vietnamese food! The price is amazing for flavours and portion of the dishes.

If only I could give 0 stars. It’s really bad. This is the worst pho place I’ve been to, all the meat tasted gross

A Vietnamese friend took me to this place recent. And I have been back there two more times since. The food is reasonably priced and portions are good. But most importantly, they taste very good. This is my new favourite Vietnamese restaurant so far. Please go and try them out. You will love it.

I’ve been coming here for a little while now. I’m not sure if they’ve had a change in staff but the food has gotten a lot better! The staff was very nice, the portions were very generous & the food tastes much more flavourful!

This is hands down. The best pho that I have ever had in my entire life. The vermicelli is excellent and the beef was perfect. If you are looking for an excellent spot for Pho, the last thing you will be is dissapointed!

Came here on a day that the other pho place was closed. Was disappointed in the quality of their pho.

I never write reviews, but I truly enjoyed my meal here, the service and food was so delicious, really reminded me a taste of home! I truly truly recommend!

I don't usually write positive reviews, only bad ones when service is terrible. Me and my buddies went here tonight and the food was great and at a more affordable price than most pho places.

Food was great but the reason I'm writing this review is because their service was excellent. Me and my buddies were having a good time chatting and stayed until 8: 50pm. We didn't know they closed at 8pm - that's definitely our bad. But the staff did not rush us at all or give us dirty glares. They just cleaned everything up in the store and waited. I went to get the bill and the cashier and another staff were just sitting there on their phones waiting for us patiently. We all felt terrible and apologized.
I don't think any other store would have done this, they would have told us to leave. (I don't blame them) But this shows the level of service they are committed to giving their customers.

Food portions were big. I got the large house special.
Also got takeout of the lemongrass chicken with extra chicken. They gave ALOT of chicken.

Tasty pho, great broth with no msg which is important to me (I personally wasn't thirsty or had any headache/fuzzy tongue etc.)

Good portion for the price you pay. The noodles are southern style which I prefer. Overall a pretty good experience.

Pho special was just ok. (There’s better places around the area). Rare beef was over cooked and found the broth to have a sour taste and heavy on the green onions. Lemon grass chicken was lacking flavour and dry.

I've been here quite a few times in the past couple of months since finding this place! Its like a hidden gem, usually when i go its a bit quiet and empty but the pho is absolutely amazing. I used to go to a Pho Tai Bac but since discovering this place its my new go to! The broth is amazing and the cuts of beef are much better! I also like how its bigger portions with the same price and theres a lot more stuff in the actual bowl. I noticed I got not only more broth but more noodles and meat! They also have a few extra ingredients in the broth like onions and bean sprouts that i notice some pho places don't have! I even got my parents to start liking pho by bringing them here! Overall a 10/10 place!

The spacious sunroom of this restaurant makes your lunch with your friends delightful.

The chef is generous in providing food. The beef (in fact ribs) is of nice quality. The surprisingly slight sour taste suggests that black vinegar is applied to the beef. This provides an extra layer of taste for the food.

The owner and the attendant are very friendly. The place is very clean. Welcome this restaurant to Richmond Hill.
