Second time I’ve dined at this restaurant, I looked forward to having soup, it is well known for its specialty soups. The restaurant was busy staff polite energetic service fast.

The rich broth in their pho is a standout, infused with aromatic spices and complemented by tender rice noodles. The menu boasts a variety of options, from traditional pho to tasty spring rolls. The atmosphere is inviting, making it a great spot for a satisfying bowl of pho.
Despite the flavorful Vietnamese cuisine at Pho Xyclo, my dining experience was somewhat marred by the service. The staff, unfortunately, displayed a hint of rudeness, not attentive, impacting the overall enjoyment. While the dishes were tasty, the less-than-friendly service left a lasting impression. The restaurant needs to address this aspect to create a more welcoming environment for patrons.

The staff are extremely friendly but did bring the wrong order to our table and forgot to not add carrots. The beef was extremely soft and the noodles were clumped and stuck together which isn’t always the best sign. I definitely recommend any of their laksa based soups as it was creamy and rich in flavour!

We are local and we eat here often with our two kids. We tried the whole menu already, everything tastes great. I recommend the house special soup. Their prices are very affordable.

Good staff and very pleasant place to eat. Very sweet and kind to the customers. We always have fun to go here. Highly recommended.

Had dinner here on 8.15.23 while visiting Niagara Falls from Florida. We had the Mango Salad, Wonton soup and the Tom Yum soup. Delicious food, quick service and generous portions, in a family friendly ambiance.

Wow! Amazing pho, the broth is one of the best I’ve ever had. So worth leaving the tourist trap area for!

When quality is better than price! Taste like in Asia. Highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. Just 5 minutes away from hotels area.

Very clean, staff is very friendly. Absolutely the best, authentic food I have had the pleasure of eating. Prices are very reasonable, always lots of leftovers for another meal! Highly recommend.

Food was not flavorful or not a lot of meat. Stingy on the meat. Over priced comparing to others for what your getting. We went elsewhere the next time and was much better.

Very good traditional pho, very much enjoyed the food. Although I feel like the restaurant needs to hire more people, it does get quite busy and only 2 poor waiters are serving the guests.
Fyi customers have to pay cash for lower than 20, and only debit and cash for other amounts

Good food with excellent and polite service. This is a family run business that provides good value for money considering that most restaurants in Niagara Falls are outrageously overpriced.

Fantastic, Yummy, Flavorful, Friendly are just a few words to describe this place. The service was amazing, we came to Canada from the US and the people here were so friendly and spoke to us and made us feel welcomed. I got the Medium size Well Done Beef Pho with the Beef Balls and it was out of this world! Prices range up to $14 for a Large bowl of Pho which is HUGEEEEEEE. This is a must visit. We will definitely visit on our future trips to Canada

After 2 days of eating disgusting burgers and pizza and paying 40$ per person in Niagara Falls we finally found this place. Best Vietnamese food we had in a long time.

Service could be improved by confirming the order, rather than just letting the costumer write their orders and picking it up when they finish, unless its a regular costumer. The food was just "okay" the difference between small and medium pho was just the broth and noodle other than that you're getting the same amount of meat, the vermicelli noodles were cold (probably sitting way too long in the kitchen) we got the fried wonton, but we got deep fried cheese dumplings instead, we still ate it though and they tried to serve us the "real" fried wontons afterwards so i guess they made a mistake or we didn't write the correct number. 2 stars cause we finished the food.

Great place for pho the service was good and the broth was really good it is a good place hidden away from the greasy foods that are mostly served around the Niagara tourist areas and a clean option exists. Im giving it a four star in comparison some full Viet run places that I've been to.

Excellents plats vietnamiens authentiques pour des prix raisonnables. Nous avons aimé l'accueil chaleureux, la grande salle à manger et le service rapide.

I didn’t take photos before I started eating cause it looked way to good. This is one of the best pho’s I have had. Basically the same as the ones I had in Vietnam. The service here is amazing. I can’t wait to come back.

Always admirer of Vietnamese food. Went with a high hope. Good things.portion is good. Reasonably priced (considering its Niagara) and friendly staff. That's about it. Tried shirmp friends rice and beef Curry with rice. I cannot recommend unfortunately. It's not like one thing is wrong (e.g. Too salty, too spicy). It's just not tasty. Food prep is incredibly slow. Avoid going there on busy hours or if you are short on time.

Yummy food, fair prices. 601 was yummy.
Just be careful when u have a big family reservations that u still have other customers who do not appreciate having to wait 35min for the bill.

This place is good they have amazing service I forgot my purse and they gave it to me instead and their food is excellent thank you so much

Food was good but in the kitchen they were about 4 persons that was not wearing a mask. It's a bite disappointment due of the covid situation.

Just ordered take out, got the noodles and pork with side of seafood soup. My entire meal was cold. But not like, got cold from sitting for a bit. It was ice cold fresh out of the fridge. And my husband ordered rare beef pho, and y'all forgot the toppings. In store has always been excellent, but you guys gotta work on your take out skills. Will be back though, it's a one off.

My girlfriend and I ordered the Tom yum with coconut and shrimp amd it was good. We decided to come back the next day for 2 large orders, the owner or manager ripped us off by giving us less broth and then argued with me instead of giving me the amount expected. Wont be coming back. You wanna RIP off your repeat customers, you can go F@$# yourself

Try the Kim Rolls! I live in Toronto and I can't find anything like them, they are so delicious I dream about them. But really everything on the menu is delicious. Very friendly service and exceptional food! If you are looking to try authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Purchase rare beef pho, the broth was ice cold. The 6 slices of rare beef was frozen still with a lime slice that was so dry it had no juice to squeeze out. Now the Bbq pork chop was simply a pork chop un spiced grilled with rice. The spring rolls were so greasy I sat them of 4 napkins and they were soaked. $32.00 for bad food would not recommend to anyone. The one star is for the person who served us he was unbelievably friendly.

Just came from there and food was good as always. However the service I received from the owner was severely below any level as she should be setting an example and standard for other employees. Number 1. Dont ever tell a customer what to order especially when I was more than willing to pay extra. I could've gotten over that but the fact that I drove to the other end of the city to support your business to have my order slapped on the counter and you to immediately turn around to continue your conversation in vietnamese without even eye contact or any sort of greeting makes the food never worth it. Lots of other pho places in this city and I've never felt a hint of any kind of rudeness or ego or whatever your case is. But in these times we live in I will continue to support their businesses because their level of service they understand that its local diners keeping their business alive.

The food was really good. The staff are very friendly and they get your food to you quickly. It was a very good experience eating here. Definately would come back.

I love this place. A really nice and authentic Vietnamese restaurant with flavorful pho. The iced coffee was amazing and strong. I had energy for days! Pretty close to Niagara Falls as well, around 20 minutes walking distance.
