Pho did a lash lift and tint for me. She explained every step of the procedure and was very professional while performing the steps. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. I'm pleased with the results. I would have it done again and I would refer others

I was able to make a last minute appointment for a shellac colour change and am absolutely thrilled with the result of my nails! I came in with a photo (which never comes out quite right) but Tracy did an amazing job Thank you Tracy for my fantastic freehand french tips! Will be back for another great design in a couple of weeks

Super friendly staff, excellent service and a beautiful job on my nails. This is my third time getting nails done. I have loved them every time. I will definitely continue going to Phoenix hair and nail spa.

The salon is very clean and the employees were fantastic.
I went with my elderly mother and they were very helpful with her getting in the pedicure chair and getting out and helped her to her seat for a manicure. I appreciate how respectful they were to her.

I went today to get a fill and colour. They were on time, clean and organized. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and got exactly what I asked for. I immediately booked my next appointment as I left and look forward to going back!

Phoenix has always provided me with excellent service. It has a clean, lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Today Dang cut my hair exactly the way I requested and he is a great conversationalist.

It was my first time there today and I did not have a good experience. I went for a shellac manicure on my natural nails. The manicurist didn’t even properly cut my cuticles before doing my nail polish. The polish was sitting on the skin and by the time I got home I noticed the polish is not even, it started flaking around the cuticle area because she literally put nail polish on my cuticle skin. The shape of my nails were also not even and not what I wanted. I have to pay again to literally get it fixed somewhere else. I do not recommend this place.

The staff are wonderful. Clean and tidy place. Fair pricing. I received a manicure and pedicure with reg.nail polish. I work on an assembly line and I found the nail polish stays on for a while before any chips start happening.

The girls were all busy so the man did mine, I was very disappointed. I won't go back. Always strick to the ones you know. My nails were a mess.

I've been to this place so many times & everytime I go, they're completely rude. I go to get my nails done and they try to tell me that my nails are fine, that I don't need to get them done. They treat me like a child even though I am 17. They talk a lot in their own language & it seems like they're talking about us. They were laughing at me & my sister so clearly. The only reason I tolerate it is because they do somewhat good nails although I might not even get them done if i'm going to be treated like that. I don't pay you an unreasonable amount of money to show me attitude.

I have had bad experiences at other places this place has been my go to for a few tears now. Fun energy and up for creative designs. I trust them! Best place for dip nails!

Service is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is really nice and sometimes they barely make a conversation with you. Price are reasonable.
