Phoenix Nails

DO NOT GO! My experience was absolutely awful! First they cut my toe made it bleed so bad and we’re going to pour alcohol on it, I told them no that is not okay! Second they sprayed alcohol on my friends toes and legs and third they sent us home without our nails drying and they were wrecked by the time we got home! Not clean, unprofessional and bad communication and expensive! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! I will never go again!

I’ve never left a bad review before but I Left with butchered and bleeding nails. I ask to have my gels removed and to keep some of the length. The tech proceeded to rip them off aggressively with a nail tip and ended up tearing my own nails in multiple spots. When it was bleeding she began rubbing it hard with alcohol to “clean them”. 3 of my nails are so short below the nail bed. She kept complaining that they were to hard to remove and it seemed like she was annoyed with me. I will never go back for any service.

Been here a few times and its definitely hit or miss like most people are saying. Really depends on who you get.last time I went the lady butchered my cuticles so badly they were bleeding and instead of apologizing she just quickly wiped them with rubbing alcohol. Not a fun experience at all definitely won’t be going back after that.

Went to get my nails done this afternoon. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted. It was only after the man was finished, he told me he didn’t know how to do the design. Completely different from the picture, and the nail polish was already chipping. Went back an hour later and asked for him to do a more simple design, since he couldn’t do what I asked for. He yelled at me in front of everyone in the store. I showed him the other design, and he accuses me of just wanting a free and new nail design. No. I picked something else because you butchered the first job. The whole experience was so uncomfortable. I will never go back. Don’t waste your time or money here.

So happy to have a pedicure and shellac nails done after a 5 month wait.
