I went to phone care in hill crest mall, and Mohammad helped me fixing my phone without charging me.

IPhone 8 stopped working and they had it fixed in 30 minutes. Turns out it was a LCD screen problem. Great service and price.

I had such a great experience at phone care plus - it’s definitely my new favourite spot to get any repairs done what I was told was impossible to fix was possible.
I pad options are to replace the entire device if you crack the screen here at phone care plus they will fix it! Saving you 100’s of dollars! Not only that but their customer service was excellent and they were very understanding around my schedule as I work overnights as a nurse, and it is hard to get to regular business our stores they held onto my device with no payment for 30 days.
I am not one to write reviews but this store sure deserves its credit when it’s due!

Buyer be ware! Upsold me 2 magnets for my car charger for 10$. Sold my gf a broken phone witch they replaced the screen and still didn’t work. Had to argue for month on end until they replaced my gf phone for the one she didn’t want and the phone freezes up. This place is not the same as it used to be.

Saif was my rep when I went to phone care plus. My phone was smashed and he brought it back from the dead!

Rude and cheating customer service, I purchased expensive screen protector 7 months ago, it was 2 sheets in box, he installed one and said he keep other one for me for next time just by showing receipt he will install it free, now I wanted him to replace it, he denies and he says in that time other person was here and I don’t accept his promise and he says customer service is not important to his store

Rude customer service. They sold me a broken case phone I did not see it.less than 24 hr, I back, they told me I broken it and they did not accept their mistake. I am really upset about their reaction. I hope their manager teach them how talk with customer. I never back their store.

Bought a $25 case from here, about 7 months ago. There is something wrong with the case because when you try to turn off your phone, the buttons on the case don't work with the phone. The quality of these cases aren't that great as mine is slowly coming apart for no reason.

I wished I read reviews prior to getting my temper glass on my iPhone done here.

It looked like other people have the same problem of having dust underneath the screen. Not sure why it’s not standard practice to wipe off dust before putting on a screen protector. I even pointed it out when they gave it back to me. They insisted it’s the glue.

I had a wonderful experience with Imran’s service at Hillcrest Mall. I would definitely recommend his service and products.

The seller Imran is unprofessional, I have a Samsung Ultra phone, and the seller used a protective glass for the Samsung S20 +. I tell him that this is a different model, and the seller said that it would do.look at the photo? Is this normal? I paid $ 35 + tax.correct it or return the money.

They did a great job of putting a screen protector on my sister’s iPad and were clever when repairing my headphones. Good service too.

First and foremost I want to start off by in-forming any individual whose reading this that I have worked in the field of Sales, Quality Assurance, Marketing and client services for various organizations throughout all these roles; from a 10 year working period I was amazed and surprised by the service that Anas provided. I honestly did not expect much after being given a ridiculous price for a screen protector at Rogers I saw Phonecare + across my service provider store and before I entered Anas greeted me and quickly accommodated my inquiry and it was 20$ cheaper for an upscale brand screen protector which came with a year warranty. Anas helped me out with installing the protector as well as gave me informative and competive pricing on top of the line cases as well as devices. Anas takes pride in making sure you are satisfied or at least informed. A+ service

They werent able to fix my phone however Syed handled the situation well, the manager however refused to apologize for all the inconvenience i had to go through, and refused to take any responsibility simply blaming it on his employee and the technician. If youre the manager at the end of the day IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHAT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND TECHS DO. He would just look at me and say oh its not my fault like what.

The tempered glass screen protectors are much lower quality than can be had online for much cheaper. I had a tempered glass protector installed on my iphone 11 pro. My experience was similar to another reviewer. The installer did not wipe the phone clean with an alcohol wipe to ensure that all fingerprints and grease were removed, nor did he use a dust sticker to get all specs of dust off the screen.

The person who installed my protector was willing to correct the fact that some dust had gone under the protector, but then after doing so, dust appeared somewhere else. I decided to cut my losses and just figure out a solution on my own. To their credit, i'm sure if I continued to point out issues, they would have continued to accommodate, but the overall quality of the protector, and the application method, just caused me to search for an overall better solution.

The install was decent, but for $20, I quickly noticed that the protector and experience was not worth the price. The protector attracted many prints and smudges very quickly.

I went to amazon, ordered a brand name (spigen), easy install protector. The order came with 2 screen protectors for less than $15, and it had an application method that essentially makes the convenience of having someone else do it for you obsolete.

I wish this establishment took more care in applying the protectors. I appreciate that they probably do it all day long, but there is a reason that when you purchase them on your own, each package usually includes an alcohol wipe and a dust removal sticker. In any case, I would not recommend getting one of their screen protectors. They are so easy to install on your own now with near fail proof methods being offered by brand name companies, and they can also be found for far cheaper.

Won't return here again. After having the tempered glass replaced on my phone because the first one was interfering with the touch screen (not responding to touch on the corners) I went in and it was replaced. Once again, I'm having the same issue but now it's all over the screen. I can hear a pop when I tap on random areas on the corners of the screen. I had no problem with $2-3 tempered glass from ebay but I got horrible glare and thought going in and paying $15 would yield a better quality glass. Wrong. Even this glass glares to no end outside in bright light. Total waste of money and time. I have ordered more ebay tempered glass and will replace it myself from now on.
