I’ve been a customer here for many years. The staff is always helpful. Adil applied a screen protector I received from work free of charge. This is what customer care is all about.

I got my s10+ lcd replaced here, amazing experience, my phone was ready same day, feels like I have new phone in my hand, they also gave me a free screen protector:) will highly recommend.

Came in with a cracked iPad screen, was given a fair price along with a detailed breakdown of the costs. Amaan is an incredibly chill dude and very pleasant to deal with. Very pleased with the service provided. Will be back for sure for any future repairs.

These guys are really great. I’ve had batteries and screens replaced by them in the past and bought several cases from them and today they helped my daughter out with her iPhone charging port. Would recommend them 100 out of 100 times without hesitation.

Pro: will fix phone for a better price than their upstairs competitor. I came in with a broken screen, they fixed it.

Con: They sold me a case that they explained can allow the phone to fall flat as long as there was nothing to puncture the phone with.

Phone fell flat as they explained, and broke the screen immediately. They replaced the screen at cost. So they do take some responsibility. Told me to come back if there was ANY issues with the screen.

I soon found out the new phone screen did not work with my North Face touch screen gloves. Despite the store claiming to order "Original Samsung Parts". So I came back to ask them to talk to their screen providers that this is a problem.

THE OWNER/MANAGER RESPONDED. TOO BAD. THANKS FOR BRINGING IT TO OUR ATTENTION SO FROM NOW ON WE WILL NOW INCLUDE ON ALL RECEIPTS THAT OUR REPLACEMENT SCREENS DO NOT WORK WITH TOUCH SCREEN GLOVES.

Not for a second did he about fixing their mistake. Or asking for better screens from their supplier because clearly they are defective.

When I told him I was going to leave a review about them being this irresponsible. The owner did a COWBOY STANDOFF with me. He goes, "Fine write it. Are you writing it now? People need to know the truth. You should write it. Are you going to write it? " You know when people start going a little off their rocker? And they start being a bit dangerous to be around? Yeah. And I just backed away, nodded my goodbyes and got the hell out of there.

Does this sound like a responsible repair shop to you? An Original part should work exactly as the original did, wouldnt you agree? I'll let you judge whether or not to come here.

The service here is top notch. We have brought all our phones here for repairs, screen protectors, cases and accessories. The pricing is competitive and we often get deals when we pick up multiple items. A go-to for any phone or tablet needs.

Last Thursday I came in looking to get a new screen protector for my phone and Amaan was very friendly and helpful in the process. The installation was also done professionally. From now on when I need an accessory or service for my phone I'll bring it here!

Needed a new charger cable for my phone (had already tried Best Buy and they suggested an Insignia cable that barely worked).
At Phone Care Plus, they examined my cable and provided me with an appropriate replacement within seconds. They demonstrated that it is capable of fast charging and encouraged me to test its connectivity to my laptop for file transferring purposes. If it didn't work, they guaranteed a replacement or full refund.
Brought it home and it is working awesomely! Needless to say, I don't think I'll need that replacement or full refund, haha.
Overall, amazing customer experience and good pricing! Would highly recommend!

Amaan did a fabulous job. I went in the store for the first time with my new iPhone 12 to get a protective case and tempered glass.

Such a great experience! I got there shortly after they opened and I was on the road with my perfectly fixed iPhone within the hour! I had to have my screen replaced on my iPhone. I Phoned probably 13 other repair stores and they were all charging double what I paid here! I will definitely be using phone care plus for any future needs! Armaan was very professional and easy to deal with. Also, my screen works just like it did when I purchased my phone! You would never even know that I have had it replaced.

Amazing customer service and compassion towards my phone problems. Overall best experience! Had a third party screen protector installed in pristine condition as they had the proper application kit. Low labour charge for installation. Highly recommend this shop to anyone lo looking for phone repairs and phone modifications.

The guy apparently couldn't find a screen protector for my phone and instead of just saying that, he put another one on. I was only in the area for business or I'd have gone back to get a removal. Go to BestBuy instead.

Screen replacement resulted to prying marks, glue opposed to OEM Adhesives (less than $20), Rear Lens swapped, and Front Lens encased w/ dust.no business integrity, reported to Consumer Protection Ontario.choose an Authorized Service Provider over retail dependent on falsely claimed reviews unless w/ the exception of buying a new phone

Replaced my screen protector and cover in less than 2 minutes.literally! Anas was quick and knew exactly what I needed! Did not waste a second of my time!

Amaan helped me today. My phone wasn't charging properly and he cleaned my charging port at no cost. He did a great job and I'm happy my phone can charge again.

Overall great experience. Went in for a screen replacement and they detailed my phone to make it brand new. Very satisfied.

Great guys very honest. Said that my broken tablets were not worth fixing when I could buy a used one for around the same price or a new one for a few dollars more. They also fixed my phone screen a few months ago and no issues.

Tricked into purchasing a tempered glass with the year warranty. When I returned for another tempered glass as the last one of terrible quality broke they wanted to charge me an additional $5 to replace it despite the receipt and signs posted all over the store that it costs $2.99. I did not mind paying the additional costs but the staffs attitude of not wanting to honour the receipt was baffling and acting like they were doing me a favour by honouring the agreement to replace the tempered glass with another glass.

Excellent service today on my android phone. All problems solved in no time. Great customer experience. Thank you!

Best advice, "Go to Pacific Mall. " Twice was told they would order the part and would have it in two days. Went for pick up - they fudged around, didn't have it, hadn't ordered it. Left me stuck. Guy said, "Go to Pacific Mall, any of those places will have the battery you want. " Could have told me that when I first showed up, not wasted my time, gas money, or left the kid I was buying it for holding a dead phone.

Went to get repairs for our phones, first place we thought of was here and we were greeted by Imran, he was wonderfully welcoming and was very kind and got our phones fixed without any problems, we are sure to come back here again.

Sold me a defective screen and charged me $400. They will not replace and it's been 24 hours since the initial "repair"

I’m not sure whether my experience was an anomaly or if these people are writing fake reviews but I’ll you determine that. I can only speak towards my experience with this store. I required a new iPhone lightning charger cable so I thought I would try this store out of convenience. I had a feeling this store wasn’t exactly “kosher” as soon as I stepped in but I do like to give people the benefit of the doubt. So I went ahead and purchased a charging cable for $10, a rather decent price. Except, the cable stopped working within a week. I have tried plugging the cable in different outlets and computers but it will not charge my phone. I took the cable back without a receipt a week after my purchase to politely ask if there was anything staff could do. I wasn’t looking for a refund, perhaps some time to examine the cable and hopefully get a replacement. But as soon as I mentioned that I did not have the receipt for the faulty cable, staff denied all responsibility and told me that these cables do not come with warranty. What bothers me is that these store buy these cables in bulk on alibaba for a dime a dozen and then mark them up significantly. I would have been fine with a replacement cable that would have cost them next to nothing. But they didn’t even consider doing this for me. That to me indicates that these people do not believe in their own product. They have 0 confidence in the functionality of their cables. As such, I would highly advise that you purchase your cables elsewhere. They probably purchase their products for personal use from a different source, so why should you buy their inferior products?

Hello Phone Care Plus!

In mid April 2019, when I bought a new cell, I went right away to the closest shop to buy a protective cover. (How happy I'm, that I went there.) Two young gentlemen were working in the store. One at the counter and the other was around in the nice and small store. Right away I loved the atmosphere how they worked as a co-operative team.
IRFAN the gentleman who helped me, was very kind with so much knowledge and showed me variety of cases and explained the pros and cons of each of them, when I asked him which would be the best one for me. (This was the first time in my life buying this kind of thing.) I needed an honest advice. IRFAN was honest and I felt how truly he communicated about the products and every word was coming out from his heart.
I LOVED VERY MUCH HOW IRFAN WAS GIVING ME A REAL HELPING HAND.

Thank you so much IRFAN, once again. I wish you a wonderful life.

P. S. This EXCELLENT SERVICE of his, should be copied all over in retail businesses. I'm sure Phone Care Plus has never had anyone like IRFAN and must be very lucky to have IRFAN.

I brought a phone in to repair a power button that had been stuck but still functioning. I showed the gentlemen, by turning on the phone and doing a factory reset. They said they would fix it in 24 hours and call. Next day no call, so I called and they said that they couldn't get the new one working. When I arrived the phone button didn't work at all and was not even attached, the person said it never worked and said tough luck. These guys lie. I did take it to Mobile square in Langham square in unionville, they fixed it and showed how phone care plus had physically damage the old button and metal holder. Do not waste your time or devices at phone care plus.

Mobile square however are awesome.

1 Month Review: Great service, where durability and quality is raised to the highest bar compared to any other third party repair shops. I have got my screen repaired from this store 1 month ago and the quality is far more greater compared to Kool Covers. Yes they both lie to you about the parts being OEM which is false because Apple's genuine parts never leave the grounds of Apple's authorized repair store (aka Genius bar), I did destroy the retina display from one of my clumsy drops, but the High quality LCD display will certainly not disappoint you. You still get the crisp HD screen and solid colour accuracy from the original one but may seem to be hazy around the edges. After doing this 1 month review I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to fix minor issues as opposed to dishing the big bucks to apple where it only drives their planned obsolescence to snatch your money 3 years from now.

I bought a screen protector for my iphone 8 in December 2017. Almost $20. In one week the edge of the screen protector was damage. It was not fit well. I went back to change it 2 weeks later and the tell me that is normal. So I had to buy another one, $10 this time. The same issue happened in the first day. The edge didn’t fit for this iphone. They said again that it was normal. And did not change it. I bought another screen on amazon for $5 and it fits perfect. Phone care+ sell a very bad quality item. I asked for my money back and they did not give it to me even with the receipt. I won’t buy nothing from this store again. Very bad quality on threir products.
