I went to phone story and bought an iphone XR with a brand new battery for a great price. When i got it home i realized the ear speaker was defective and really quiet when i took calls. I took the phone back and explained what happened, they apologized and replaced it with another XR in great condition no questions asked. Amazing service you don’t need to worry they take care of their customers.highly recommend

Went to buy the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra yesterday and it was a smooth experience. Very happy with my purchase and the people were very nice. Would 100% go back again to buy phones

I went there today to have a new battery installed in my LG Velvet phone. What can I say.it has been a long, long time since I have met someone as polite and as knowledgable as this gentlemen. Highly recommend. As different as night and day to the place I used before.

Phone Story in Newmarket right beside Natures Emporium was an excellent choice for me to purchase a new used phone and also a new provider. 10/10 for whole experience!

Manu seemed very nice and even picked up my iPad Pro for screen replacement. After three attempts the screen is no longer cracked but the home button wobbles around. Not recommended to take your more expensive devices here. Was only told after the initial repair (Manu had attempted twice at this point) that he commonly experiences issues with my iPad Pro model (2018;10.5 inch model) I wish I had been advised of this before committing and in the end spending close to $300 for mediocre repairs and a free screen protector (two~as the first one Manu installed left air bubbles so he threw in another). I would have looked at other options. Really don’t like to leave negative reviews but folks should be aware before making a decision. I too, believed all the 5 star reviews. *Update to add* took iPad to another reputable repair shop who felt so bad about my situation they did not even charge to inspect and was told piece missing from iPad and no way to fix now. Thanks Phone Story, my $1100 iPad now junk when I could have just gone to Apple if you were honest from the onset. Please use your discretion folks; I will never make this mistake again and hopefully someone else avoids this as a result of my review. Just go to Apple for your repair; it is worth it.

Absolute miracle workers.iPhone 11 put through the washing machine. Screen completely cracked with a hole. These miracle workers fixed this within 2 hours of bringing it in and full functionality. Can't say enough about how amazing this was.

Great place to buy phones and trustworthy. He is very knowledgeable about any phone products and have great offers based on any season. Go to person if there is any issue with the phone and he goes beyond to help his customers.

The owners are so helpful and polite! Whenever I need something, I can drop my phone off in the morning and I know I can get it back in a couple hours! They even offer to deliver if they can’t finish it on time. If you have any phone issues or need accessories, phone story is great!

Call the store looking for Samsung A51 for my daughter. I was told they didn't have but had the Samsung A32. The gentleman held the Samsung A32 for me. When we got the store the gentleman was very polite, had her new phone charged, inserted her Sim card from her old for us, put on screen protector on her phone and put her phone in the case. He also put a screen protector on my phone at no charge. The services was amazing. The phone story will get my future business for phones, repairs. Thank for everything today. I will recommend you and the store to my friends and family.

Great place to buy phones, has good varieties at very reasonable price. Owner also provide after sale services. Really polite and explained me all different options. Will recommend this place if you are looking for brand new or used phone / phone covers.
