Do yourself a favor use secureship save about a 20-30% cost of shipping this guy seems to always pick the most expensive options and massive lack of customer service and have made so many mistakes I can't even keep track anymore this place need to lose the right to do business with all these vendors so more competition can open in the area that knows how to properly run a business

How does this place only have 1 phone line unbelievable I should never be able to call a business and say the line is busy totally unacceptable.

Bit late writing this review. I wanted to send some items to Sri Lanka and after experiencing shoddy customer service from Trico and Ceycan I didn't have much hope when I dropped by this store. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The employee was courteous.

When I went in August it costs $100 to send a 5KG box within Colombo city limits. If the receiving address is outside of Colombo it is another $20. My parents received the items in about 10 days. It looks like they took other reviewers feedback, so I wasn't charged for tape

I was really impressed with this location service. I was even given a receipt with a tracking number for a return to Amazon. A different and a popular Purolator depot in Scarborough didn't give me any receipt for a return to Amazon.

The guy at the store is really smart. I went there to sent something through Purolator. He wanted us to buy the most expensive service from them even though you don't want it. He will try to rip you off. He will not even tell you the options to you have to sent it even if you ask him. He will do the job but he is ridiculous and rip you off. Be careful and ask him questions before you start.

Never delivered my packages, Always had to drive hour away to pick them up, every time I see Purolator I am scared to order and avoid, Would never recommend! TERRIBLE

The name of employee is Tej.
She is very efficient and friendly.
I did my PCC wrong twice and she told me what was the mistake and help me with my application and provide great customer service.
I am gonna loose more money if Tej is not there.

They don’t know how to get into the building they don’t know how to call, I was home and it said attempted delivery when I was at home and they never even tried to deliver my package horrible service honestly.

The person I spoke on the phone with was Indian and he wanted to hang up reallllly badly. I just wanted to ask what times purlator delivered until but he spoke in a harsh tone and tried to make me hang up asap. Honestly doesn't take much to answer a few questions or let me know that you guys are busy so you guys will need a few mins. Good jobs purlator another review for reddit.

DONT USE THIS SHIPPING SERVICE! The employees will literally not knock or ring ur doorbell and jus leave a “we missed you” slip. Purolator is infamous for this. There’s reddit threads and even articles about it. Never using this service again.

Bad customer service. Went to take passport size photo. They claims it will be ready in 3 minutes.it took so longer to get the picture. When enquired, owner responded rudly. Also the picture quality was very bad, they darkend it. Never recommend to go there for pictures
