Terrible service. Took over 30 minutes and my passport photo still didnt print. When I asked for a refund, the employee didnt know the code for refunds and had to call to get it (another 5 minutes). I will never go back.

I went for baby passport photos, as our usual spot won't do infants. 3 trips, about 2 hours of waiting and $31.50 later I finally have the photos. Staff have to do point of sale/greet customers and do photos and help folks choose prints - too much for one person, so that folks with simple requests (like paying for pictures already taken and printed) still end up waiting a half hour.

We spend more than 1 hour to wake up and prepare our baby, and finally, in 30 secs 4 pics were taken and 1 was selected and printed WITHOUT asking us to select and confirm! It was an absolute disappointing experience in Walmart, however, they are Walmart's 3rd party. When they decide to shoot/sell more, it will end in unsatisfactory, for sure!
