If it wasn’t for Dhruvi, we’d have no professional photos of our little one! We’ve tried countless times but only have been successful with Dhruvi. She has a special way of making my daughter laugh and smile, helping us create lasting memories captured with her creative set ups and photography skills. Dhruvi’s customer service is exceptional, she’s always available to answer questions and provide reassurance. Highly recommend!

Dhruvi is AMAZING! She is so caring and patient and listens to the client about what they really want in the photo. She puts a tremendous amount of time and effort into taking the pictures and making sure it is perfect. Even for my 1 month old and 2 year old together which was very challenging, she never gave up and tried to make it fun for them too! Love her upbeat friendly personality, but also her professionalism and talent for not only taking the pictures but also for her posing/background set up ideas!

As I've said before, I rarely do reviews but this place really hits the mark. Dhruvi, who did our shoot, is amazing. Our shoot included 3 kids (a kindergartener, toddler and newborn), needless to say it didn't seem like an easy task. Dhurvi was great, patient and quick. She went the extra mile to invite us into the studio the day before and allowed us to see her vast selection of props, backdrops and colour schemes. We'd gotten a million different offers from various newborn photographers, so when we went into Photos Unlimited, we had our guards up. Dhruvi realized this and showed us the most ideal package which honestly still seems too good to be true, lol.

Dhruvi was our photographer for both in studio and on location photo sessions and she was amazing. Very positive and professional individual who goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. I initially got my first son's passport photo taken at the studio and bought it with the package that gives an on location and in studio session for free and I didn't use the coupon for 4 years until my second son was born. Since the package was very old, the included service has changed since 4 years ago, Dhruvi helped me talk to the manager and provided with a solution which worked out great! Thank you Dhruvi for all of your help and thank you for all of the great photos you have taken for us. We loved our family photos very much!

Dhruvi is very nice photographer. She is amazing in her work, studio setup and perfect photo click. I recommend this studio and dhruvi. Definitely she will not disappoint.

My baby and I love this studio and Dhruvi as the photographer for our Baby Club pictures. She is amazing! She creates beautiful setups for all our monthly photos and makes my 9 month old feel so comfortable with her that she smiles for her (this isn't easily done with unfamiliar faces!). Also, taking passport pictures was so easy, 1 shot and she got the perfect picture! Last week we did a photoshoot at Richmond Green Park, Dhruvi was on time and chose the perfect places within the park to capture amazing family pictures. We always enjoy our photoshoot and LOVE our pictures! We 100% recommend this studio and Dhruvi. She will not disappoint!

Very nice customer service. We went for passport for our 1month old baby. They did a great job. Very experience and professionals are working there.

Best place to get a passport photo. You can get them done at UPS but I wouldn't call it professional.

My family and I came here to have photos taken and it was an awful experience from start to finish. First, the employee couldn't figure out how to bill us and, after an hour of waiting, he asked us to come back the next day to pay and collect our photos. When we went back the next day, there was no record of our visit at all and we were told our photos had been deleted. After several unanswered calls, emails and at least 3 more visits, we convinced one kind employee to let us on their computer and we found our family photos within 5 minutes of searching. What a waste of time and energy! I've really never experienced a more poorly trained and unmotivated staff. The owner/manager is totally unreachable. If it was not for my own persistence and ingenuity, our family photos would have been lost due to the total incompetence and apathy of the staff. Save yourself the trouble and have your photos taken somewhere else!

Went today to get my newborns passport photos done. Rahman was very friendly and helpful, as well as accommodating to my kids. Even though the photo itself is a little pricey, the friendly service is much better than the photo centre at Walmart. Thanks for your help today, Rahman.

Fast and kind service, the staff smile and has interactions whit costumers.is a little expense but convenience for emergency transit, I recommended

Lots of fun. The photographer "Paul" had a great eye for lighting, angles and your best sides. I know he went the golden mile to accommodate me.
Feel free to bring along your own props. Adds to the character of the shots as well.

Overall the experience was okay. My ex and I felt rushed. We just walked into Wal-Mart to quickly do some eater shopping last April and the guy came out of nowhere in our aisle and asked if we wanted pictures and my ex felt awkward and walked with him to the studio and we weren't even dressed for getting our pictures taken! He took like 12 pictures and said we could get a bundle or something and I paid over $150! And he told us to go online to the website and claim our album. Fast forward four months and I tried claiming the album and it's gone! We became busy and forgot to claim it and he didn't tell us that we had a time limit to claim it.so now we wasted our money for nothing.we are never going back there with our kids like he asked to after we left the first time. I think that place should be replaced with like a mini convenience market.
