I been going here for a year now for massage and physiotherapy for my foot and it’s been great. The therapists here are wonderful and are well versed in what they do.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident last year and unfortunately broke my fibula. Prachi has been absolutely amazing, and I’m excited to continue working with them!

I would highly recommend them, and have found them to be a very professional service place. A family friendly type of atmosphere.
What I liked was, I only got the treatment that was required as this is essential in todays day with busy lives. I was not asked to keep coming once my treatment was completed.
One of the advantages was their is a dedicated 1 on 1 therapist, so there is consistency and knowledge of health issues. The treatment then becomes “evidence of based treatment”, and focused on the issues.
The direct billing is accurate, and easy from a Client perspective.
I would highly recommend, this place for all your needs. And, to add they have all the services and some very specialized equipment that others don’t have.

I was involved in car accident in December 2022 which caused too much pain for me. My insurance company referred me PHYSIOCARE Physiotherapy and they told me it is a great clinic. It was the best advice and my experience with PHYSIOCARE is just amazing. People are super friendly and you feel you are home and they are your family. The administration team is very expert in MVA forms and procedures. The therapists at physiocare having long experience and very high skills. Also I found all the machines needed for treatment like the big laser machine, Shockwave and spinal decompression table. Under the same roof they offer physiotherapy, Chiropractic, massage and other services, so you won’t need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Physiocare for any one who is looking for real and permanent treatment for any sports injuries, rehabilitation, car accidents or any other reasons causing pain!

My partner and I had a great experience at Physio Care Whitby! Gamal is very friendly and was so accommodating with our appointment timing. We both had Massage Therapy appointments with Ryan who did an excellent job! The massages were very relaxing and he did a great job to ensure we were comfortable. My experience with this clinic has been unmatched. The professionalism, the care, the attitude, the personal attention is second to none in the market. I specially want to mention some names - Gamal - the owner - is extremely helpful, soft spoken, and accommodating. He has accommodated my requests for specific slots several times, he listens to your problem with much attention and provides valuable advice. The owner, Gamal, and his award-winning physiotherapist wife, Ghada, treat their patients like family with genuine care, concern and respect. My wife sees Ghada who has a wealth of knowledge and experience and knows exactly which areas to target to address the underlying problem. My daughter received excellent care from Prachi after a volleyball injury. She was always on time to do a thorough assessment, effective laser treatment and recommended easy, yet challenging ways to stretch and strengthen at home. Ghada, the physiotherapist, is very knowledgeable and understanding. She has excellent bed side manners and has very strong active listening skills. Reception is always polite and accommodating.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. Within that time frame and as the body ages, they have seen me thru various challenges, with great success. I 'm very pleased with the service. Physio Care Physiotherapy is a great clinic and my number one choice for care.

Waste of money! Waste of time! My son has upcoming surgery on his knee and is being treated by another physiotherapist every week for at least an hour of treatment and exercises. This place: no treatment, no exercises from Ganesh. 15 minutes and a photocopy of exercises and he was dismissed until after his surgery. This is not a place that cares about the quality of service. They care only and exclusively about the quality of people they can push through the doors! That's it! Find another place. I can't wait until my regular physiotherapist returns. What a joke!

I was referred by one of my relatives because of my knee pain. It was unbearable pain for last 2 months and thankfully with the support of the doctors here it went away. The physiotherapist here are really professional, highly skilled and work one on one with the patient. I noticed great improvement within three sessions. At physiocare they have the laser therapy which helped in the treatment if my knee very much I. Also they do direct billing which is really good to keep the patient with no headache. I Highly recommend this clinic fir anyone needs treatment!

Dr. Kissoon is an amazing practitioner, she is literally the only reason I frequent this establishment.

Very professional and knowledgeable place. I came thinking I had a scoliosis since I was told that’s what I have most of my life. Finding out it’s functional scoliosis caused by my rotated hip joint. All my life I felt pressure on my hip. And no one could explain. Finally I was able to work with the team and they explain to me everything very detailed. They found what Dr. Could not figure out! Now I am happier than ever knowing my back can go back to normal with exercise and their therapy. Happy that I could catch it early. Thank youuuu!

One of the best of the best. I am going there for both physiotherapy as well as massage therapy. Extremely empathetic professional and super friendly management. You will never feel anything less every single time you visit and that’s my best experience consistently.

Thank You Prachi (Physiotherapist) for your professional services (you were great!). However the establishment was questionable! It was very clear that the guy behind the counter is only business minded which was a huge NO! As he completely lacked professionalism. He tried to talk us into more sessions when it was not necessary. He was also trying to refer us to a specialist for braces (for his commission) when all we needed was a over the counter item.
We were never told about the cost for the visit and this place is on average $30- $40 more then most other locations.

There are plenty of good Physiotherapist care locations this area so please do your research and don't get caught to paying more unnecessary.

I love Physio Care! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prachi is an amazing physiotherapist, she has help me very much with my Plantar Fasciitis, I have seen other physiotherapists and believe me, there is not one like her!
