Margarita’s extensive education and experience enable her to address problems with an innovative approach. She often checks in with the client to ensure he/she is comfortable. She is also incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend Margarita as a massage therapist.

This is by far the best physiotherapy clinic I have ever visited. Amrit has done an amazing job helping me with my ankle disability and shoulder issues. He is very knowledgable in his methods and always seems to find the right procedure that works. You can tell he really cares about his patients and getting them the right results they need.

I have been seeing Amrit for my ACL surgery rehab and he has been very helpful and has done an excellent job with getting me back on the field.

I have been receiving treatment at Physio First for many years, on and off as various issues arose. My husband and my adult kids also attend when needed. Prior to coming here (approximately ten years ago), I also attended many other Toronto physio clinics, and I can say, without hesitation, that the treatment I receive at Physio First is the very best I have ever received; the Clinic has wonderful, friendly, highly-competent, organized staff, there is free parking, the place is easily accessible and always spotless. I have no hesitation in recommending Physio First to family and friends, and have done exactly that over the years! Keep up the good work - it's noticed!

I’ve been a patient with Athletes Care since January this year. I would NOT recommend this clinic or any other.

I was referred by a medical doctor to one of their doctors but was told to look elsewhere. While this is ethically dubious and wrong to refuse a referral from a doctor, it’s also caused me to breakdown with stress and I’m literally crying with frustration and anger at how they treat their patients.

Do NOT go to this clinic or any other. Find a different Physio.

I had a great experience with this clinic. After switching from another physiotherapist who did not provide enough care, this clinic was attentive, highly involved, and I could tell they truly cared about my progress. After experiencing long-term effects from a severe ankle sprain, my pain is gone and my mobility is at 100% because Michelle was so dedicated to helping me get better. Would recommend to anyone.

I went in for a painful tendonitis in my forearm. Originally I chose this place because it was close, but now a month later I'm very happy with my experience. The person who treated me (Adam Milaniak) was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the injury quickly. He was also really nice and fun to talk to. Within the first 2 visits, the pain was significantly less - and now 4 weeks later it is back to normal & my strength is almost the same as before. This is one of the fastest recoveries I have made while seeing a physio/chiro practitioner. The front desk staff are also very polite & helpful. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been experiencing some knee pain for a while now and finally went to get it checked out. After seeing the doctor, he suggested getting X-rays and ultrasounds. When the results came back, he said the scans show nothing “alarming”. I decided to see a physiotherapist and am so glad I went here. I was treated by Chris, and he was the only person who was able to explain what I was experiencing. After a few sessions, the pain has ceased and I finally feel like I am living a normal, pain free life. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment! Definitely recommend and am definitely referring my friends and family.
