The massage sessions with her are filled with good conversations on various themes that interest me; and above all, you feel that your physical issues are much improved because of her expertise. Paul, the owner, is gifted with business acumen; together with his physio knowledge, you are sure to get the most of the service to feel better, in addition giving you some very informative home therapy instructions. After a year of visiting the place, you can tell the progress in their service with innovative additions to their facilities.

Physio Pros staff especially their owner Paul are extremely knowledgeable has not only provided pain relief for my TMJ and neck issues, but my wife’s shoulder pain and my son’s knee and ankle. Paul is able to diagnose the cause of the issue accurately before even seeing any image diagnostics. With their treatment plan and exercise plan have allowed us not only recover, but return to the activities we love. We have someone trusted that we can visit to address our aches and pains going forward. Keep up the good work!

Broke my ankle a few months ago, I decided to check this place out. It was a serious injury so I made sure I checked the reviews out first just to make sure I was in the right hands. Just like the reviews, this place is great! I have been on a very promising path to full recovery. You can really tell that they care and take pride in your results. I would definitely recommend that anyone dealing with any serious injuries should give this place a shot. Physio therapy is a very important part of recovery and should be taken seriously. Paul provided Me with Excellent, Professional Care. He took the time to explain the trouble I was having with my shoulder and also how he intended to treat it. He also talked me through each procedure before and during to ease my anxiety. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. I lead a very active lifestyle. Cycling, rockclimbing, hiking, kayaking. So always getting injured. Im lucky to have such a knowledgeable team that can address all my issues. Clinic is also very professional and welcoming!

I came in after a car accident. MVA with a neck whiplash and back injury. Took a couple months as I had critical injuries. But Paul and his team were able to get me back to a functioning state. Just wanted to share my great experience working with Josh at Physio Pros. It was late December and I was in training for a Kilimanjaro hike which was taking place during the first week of March. I was experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort in my left knee. Josh correctly identified my issue as an ITB irritation syndrome and worked with me over the next couple of months to address and resolve that issue. I started my sessions with Paul last year. I was travelling extensively, and I needed help with my neck pain and overall stiffness. Paul helped me a lot to relieve the widespread pain. Paul - he truly truly cares and you need that when you are dealing with multiple issues. He is literally the "one-stop shop guy" from adjustments, cupping to dry needling! I couldn't have asked for a better professional alongside my health journey.

I have been working closely with Joshua as well and not only is he knowledge, he really makes you work hard in the gym. He doesn't go easy which is where the change happens! He makes working out fun and answers my countless questions.

I have started my Physiotherapy 10 days post ACL reconstruction surgery, and I was in pain and could barely bend my leg (around 70 degrees). I went for PhysioPros because it was the closest one to home (we are new in the area) with no expectations, and I was very pleased with attentive staff and very knowledgeable physiotherapist, Paul Wnuk. Now, I am 6 weeks post surgery and can bend my leg to 120 degrees and almost back to normal life. I still have a long way to go, require lots of strengthening time, but I believe I will back to normal in no time with Paul’s help. I will definitely recommend PhysioPros to anyone I know!

Physio Pros is superb. I've been going there for back pain (sciatica) and the results have been incredible. After a single visit with Josh, my pain has already virtually disappeared following a dry needling session. A follow up with Liz for a massage provided further relief. I haven't been this pain free in years and am truly greatful to the entire team.

Josh and Liz are honestly the best. I went in for a couple massages and alignments and I am starting to notice a huge change that I never noticed with other massage places and physio places.
Physio pros in general are amazing. I have had severe back and neck pain after being in so many accidents and they’ve helped me so much.
After the first session I noticed such a significant change in my neck and back. Also the little at home exercises they give along with the tips and tricks help so much with my posture and day to day activities.

I’ve been to Physio Pros on three occasions now in the past couple weeks and my experience so far has been great! First time was for a massage appointment by Liz and she was phenomenal. On the subsequent visits I went in to see Paul for physio and it’s very clear he’s an expert in this field. I do a lot of physical activity and have had some injuries over the years. In just two visits Paul has been able to help me get rid of some of my back and neck pain, and we’ve already begun some treatment work on my wrist. I’m happy with the treatment and already seeing results, so I can tell these guys surely know what they’re doing. Would recommend them for sure 10/10.

My experience at Physio Pros has been nothing less of superb. I have Spina Bifida and have dealt with physical impairments for most of my life. As a result I’ve had many hospital visits and attempts to deal with specialists. I have genuinely never felt more comfortable with or confident in a group of medical professionals in my life as I am in Paul, Josh and the rest of the team. From the minute I contacted them for a consultation I felt that they were invested and committed to helping me resolve my injuries. Amazing staff with friendly service. My grandfather has a chronic pain from his old injuries and he recently broke his leg as well. He's been going to physiotherapy and we can see big improvements in his mobility, and pain from both injuries don't bother his as much as it used to before physiotherapy.

I went to Physio Pros for acupuncture with a really bad beck pain. I felt immediate relieve in the first session and did a few more sessions to complete relieve. The staff are very friendly, detailed, and professional. The only little detail is that it is a small place so it can be a bit noisy with client and staff talking. I would recommend them and i will continue to attend when I need.

I went recently to my first consultation and was incredibly surprised. Dr. Paul was professional, knowledgeable and communicative during the entire session.

I had originally scheduled the session because I had pain in my left shoulder and the clinic is close to my home. I left feeling not only immediately better but with a whole plan for improving my shoulder and a number of other issues Dr. Paul was able to identify.

I saw Paul at his clinic in Oakville after having a very sore arm after a car accident. My right arm was in a lot of pain which made it difficult to carry around my toddler. After a few sessions the pain was severely reduced! He also was very helpful in providing lots of tips for me to try at home after the sessions. I highly recommend Paul as he was knowledgeable and very polite!

Spectacular Experience. Highly recommend. I've been dealing with a sore neck for the last 3 years since my car accident. I've been to many different phyios and finally i have found the right fit.
