I had Achilles Tendinitis from overuse at work. The folks here treated it amazingly well and taught me some exercises and stretches to speed up recovery. I only have one more appointment but I would not hesitate to go here again for any future injuries.

I’ve been going to Physiocare for a few months now and have no complaints! Kyle is always super welcoming up front and instantly makes you feel welcome and is extremely helpful and efficient with every aspect of his job. Dave is insanely knowledgeable and insightful during his laser therapy treatments and very down to earth and receptive so I always feel like my questions are answered and all issues are addressed. (Soft tissue laser was new to me but it has helped immensely from chronic issues with scar tissue in an old knee injury/surgery to acute issues with tendonitis and muscle strains). I’ve also seen “Dee” and Vani for physiotherapy and both were very knowledgeable and had very effective approaches to how they practise. All in all I’ve have great experiences across the board!

Dhariya is an extremely dedicated and expert physiotherapist. He knows his stuff and his knowledge about muscles and their function is so deep. I got the injury in my arm in gym and I kept ignoring the pain for over 2 months. Dhariya’s treatment was spot on and right away he understood which muscle is causing the pain.
I’m resuming the gym after 6 sessions at this place. Thank you guys.

I began physiotherapy with Vijay Sharma two months ago to treat a very painful hip injury that significantly reduced my mobility and flexibility. Paying attention to the changes in my movement and location of the pain, Vijay and his colleagues adjusted the treatment each week to isolate the problem and last week’s session marked a turning point in my rehabilitationI. I recommend without hesitation, the services provided at Physiocare by Vijay and his dedicated team.

The level of care exceeded my expectations. Very grateful to Dhairya for a thorough assessment and treatment plan which healed my jaw injury. I am so happy with Physiocare’s competence. In the last 3-4 years they have fixed my shoulder issue, just like they fixed my elbow issues before that, multiple times. I am back to playing badminton every week. The PT’s are knowledgeable and very personable. The assistants are cheerful and the staff is very helpful. A special thanks to Mehul - thanks Mr. Magician!

The staff at Physiocare are very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better care for my neck injury. They use a variety of techniques for pain management and healing such as Ultrasound, IFC machines and cupping. What I have found to be particularly unique and extremely beneficial is the fact that they have a traction machine. I think this would be very helpful for many patients with neck and/or back pain, and is something you would not find in every clinic.

Great team of professionals. Mehul helped me with my knees. I was able to recover and start running again after 2 months. Very happy with the results.

I found Physiocare prior to having both hips replaced - they came to my house for in-home physio after both surgeries. It greatly helped my surgery recovery go smoother and faster. I'm still going, in person now, to take care of shoulder issues. They explain everything well and their team takes great care of me. Everyone is always friendly.

I went in for pain experienced from at home work set up. After 2-3 sessions, I already feel significantly better. The treatments have all been great and they explain everything beforehand.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I’ve been to see Mehul for neck and back pain, as well as a knee and ankle injury from playing sports. Each time, he was quick to diagnose the actual problem and treat it. This goes to show the amount of training he has and how good he is at understanding the human body. Mehul always takes the proper time to treat you and it never feels rushed. After 1-2 sessions, I already felt so much better! I’ve been to other clinics and no one compares to the team here. At this clinic, they take the time to explain everything to you and make sure you understand what’s causing your pain and how they plan to treat it. They use all different sorts of machines and use multiple on you per visit so that you get the best treatment. I live all the way across the city now and still come to see Mehul and the team here. They are very reasonably priced and have free parking. Everyone at this clinic is so friendly and it makes being there very enjoyable, pay them a visit- you won’t regret it!

Welcoming staff, convenient location, their payment system is linked directly to my insurance company so each visit cost me less than $30 out of pocket. Most importantly, the treatments are working! Thank you Mehul and team at Physiocare.

I can’t speak enough about their outstanding amazing services! They are the best in town! My mom had severe back pain and she was crawling to go to the washroom! On her first visit they went way abs beyond to explain to her the issue and to help reduce the pain! After her second visit she is able to walk for short periods! Vijay has worked wonders with my shoulder and I am so glad I found him and Physiocare Physiotheraphy & Rehab Centre.
After working with three different therapists over a period of two and a half years, I still had nearly constant pain and a limited range of motion in a surgically repaired shoulder.
Vijay was upfront and honest when he told me the course of treatment he planned would be painful and would take time. He was right on both counts but it has worked! I now have no pain in my shoulder and a significantly greater range of motion in all directions. My range of motion is continues to improve and I am confident I will see more improvement with further treatment from Vijay and the staff of Physiocare Physiotherapy & Rehab Centre.

Been to the Greenbank location many times and the care is always top notch. They really do care about the patients. Its different than other sports med places I have been to in that the atmosphere is very friendly and open. Bets place in town.

Great service! I have been going to this physio every week over a year. They have great employees and offer physiotherapy services that are not available anywhere else in Ottawa (redcord). It has been great for my back problems.

I cannot recommend Physiocare Physiotherapy enough. I had an injury to my wrist, most likely a tenosinovitus (it's a mouthfull) for a year.

I started seeing MD Nafis Khan here last summer. Through his excellent treatment and recommendations, and not without a few times of me getting ahead of myself, relapsing somewhat in the recovery, I have now become almost 100% functional and back to normal. These things take time, but everytime I went and got treated, my arm and wrist felt immensely better. If it wasn't for him and this place I don't think the recovery would have been as good or as quick.

The staff is very pleasant and VERY accommodating. A few times I would come in late or have to move my appointment last minute. They were always accommodating. Me and Nafis always had good conversations and cherished those moments as much as the therapy itself.

The treatment was good and Nafis would always attempt to figure out the best thing for me, which wasn't easy. I am very thankful for the care and effort he put into my recovery. Pratiksha, his (I think that's what it's called) assistant was very nice as well and we would have good conversations while I was there.

Overhaul I would highly recommend Physiocare Physiotherapy to anyone who needs physiotherapy.

I have been receiving physiotherapy care for several weeks for an extremely painful condition. Gunjan and her staff have been wonderful. I will not be going back. My 1 year old daughter was doing physio there, and they were great at first.after I started to realize that our benefits were running out, me and my husband kept asking how much we owe so we could pay it and keep up with it, the response we got was "oh dont worry about it"
Or "don't worry about it now", well then me and my family got sick and because of covid had to isolate, and then suffering a personal health issue, was not able to go out, our insurance company mailed us a cheque to go toward the cost, and it was only a 3rd of what we owed, I informed them the beginning of Dec that I would be in in the new year, as I has still sick and have to isolate, well, it isn't even January yet amd I get a rude email, saying that I need to pay before I get reported to my insurance company for fraud.so im not sure what to do, go out and get others sick, and possibly myself in trouble to cash a cheque and go and pay $300 or do i wait and have physio report me for fraud, which it isn't because the cheque hasn't been cashed I've just been sick.

Either way I will never bring my daughter back, unbelievably rude people.

If you have lower back pain, don't hesitate to go, first i was hesitant about having acupuncture done, but it was the best decision 3 weeks of pain gone in 2 visit, Zoe is simply amazing Definitely going back.
