Was driven to the ice playing hockey.
Couldn't raise my arm without great pain. I thought the worst.

Physiocare took me in right away, evaluated my condition (nothing broken) just stretched?

They Immediately worked on me (ouch), one PTA after the other, each with a different technique - physical, ultrasound, lazer and a " cream" rub - I think.
Two visits later I could raise my arm with a lot less pain.
They were responsive and caring.
They will be my first choice when l need help again. (Yes, there will be a second time as I'm 80 and a little more aggressive than I should be).

I recently had a squash injury treated quickly & successfully at the Kanata facility and was very impressed, for the people I interacted with were extremely professional, that is: competent, dedicated, compasssionate and using the latest technology.

Convenient location, professional service

I have been a patient with Krishna Patel for a few sessions now, and I’m very impressed with her service. She’s patient and considerate, super easy to communicate with, and very nice!

They offer a whole lot range of services, from traditional physio therapy to cupping, even smoking cessation therapy, all done on site with qualified professionals.

The venue is tastefully decorated and also functional. It’s next to the Terry Fox and March Rd. Park and Ride, so very convenient, even for people who don’t normally drive.

One thing that really stands out is that this business also provides automatic filing with the insurance company, so you only pay what’s not covered by your private insurance plan.

Patients will get a text message reminder one day and 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, I find this feature very helpful too!

I had four physiotherapy sessions for my tense neck and shoulder blades which caused me to have positional vertigo. I can now testify that just after these few appointments and doing the six exercises every day that Vijay Sharma provided me, I feel a major difference. The tension has decreased incredibly (the knots and the fascia are almost gone in my neck and shoulder blades) and the vertigo is resolved! Thank you so very much for your wonderful treatments and care! I highly recommend the Physiocare Kanata team. They work closely together to resolve any physical issue the patient may have.

The staff and my physiotherapist were wonderful. I got the results I was looking for, and they made me feel comfortable. My physiotherapist was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Zoe is the best Acupuncturist I know. Been to several but she is just something else. She makes your aches vanish instantly?

My experience at Physiocare has been very positive. The staff is very professional and due to the new Covid prevention policies they are thorough with cleanings and the environment felt very safe. My Physiotherapist Elhan was awesome, shes great at explaining the equipment used for therapy and gave great advice that was super helpful in my situation. Shes very knowledgeable when it comes to lymphedema. It was great seeing positive results after therapy.

Came here for shoulder injuries and they were extremely friendly, knowledgable and helped me back to recovery 5/5

Kind, caring and friendly staff. My injury was treated very efficiently and I was given at-home exercises that worked extremely well and got me moving again:)

My wife was suffering from piriformis syndrome for more than a month. The doctors would just give her muscle relaxants and hydromorphine each time, which did not help her cause. We didn't even know it was piriformis until Vijay Sir (physio) told us so. The pain she had before visiting physio was 9/10. First day of physio, the pain came down to 6/10. Second visit, the pain was down to 3/10 (Ondamed machine did the trick). After 2 more visits the pain has completely gone away. On a serious note, I did not expect her to recover so fast so quickly. Vijay Sir and the staff (krishna, surekha, etc) really know what they are doing. They mean business. They are very patient in listening to all your history of pain and concerns. I can't thank them enough. The post-session workouts were very precise and helpful. They also have Ottawa's best acupuncturist working for them in case you are interested. I am personally planning to take massage therapy with them in coming weeks. I would highly recommend this physio clinic.

Very pleased with the effective and efficient treatment I received at this clinic. Thanks Elham and Karndeep for their friendly and knowledgeable treatment. I am surprised to see how fast I’m recovering from a broken wrist. Even during this challenging time of Covid I felt very safe at the clinic starting with the diligent check-in by receptionist Ilya and the constant attention to protocol by the staff.

I have been a patient at Physiocare, Innovation Dr, Kanata for several weeks now. My therapist, Ilham, who is helping me recover from a hand injury, is very knowledgeable and professional. Much progress has been made and, in spite of the difficult time we are experiencing just now, I feel quite confident and safe going into the Centre for treatment.

What a beautiful centre! Extremely kind and professional staff. In 3 sessions I already feel much better. Dr. Elhan is very knowledgeable and I recommend her wholeheartedly.

As an IT professional, I spend a lot of my time in front of the computer screen and as a result I was suffering from severe shoulder and neck pain due to my bad posture. The first time I came to Physiocare, my shoulders were inflamed and I was unable to work continuously for a few hrs without the piercing pain on my shoulders. However within 2 months of treatment on my shoulders, I now feel completely cured. Its been a long time since I felt this good. I cannot thank Mukha, Justin, Isha and Karan enough for their services. I would give the entire credit of my speedy recovery to their professionalism and expertise in treating patients.

I strained my MCL for the third time, and previously I went to the doctor to get referred for physiotherapy, this time I noticed Physiocare was opening up very close to where I work, so I waited until they opened up, and walked in to friendly staff that got me my appointment a few days later. A number of very effective and thorough physio appointments later with Mukta and my knee is now happy without any pain. I'll definitely be returning there if I ever need physio again.

After begin diagnosed with runners knee and barely able to walk without limping and in alot of pain. I was apprehensive in
therapy with the pain I was in but after a few sessions and homework with Elham Elmadawy I felt like I had hope. A month later I barely have any pain. Elham is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality.

Diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in both thumb joints. My doctor recommended therapy. I waited a year and a half before going to therapy as I knew arthritis isn't curable. Hands hurt doing most normal things such as opening doors, unscrewing my coffee mug, pulling up my pants and any other normal thing which put pressure on my thumbs. Hands hurt everyday.

Went to Physiocare and saw Beshoy. I placed my trust in him to do whatever treatments he thought best. To my total amazement, after only 5 weeks my right hand is totally mobile and pain free. I'm excited because I'm right handed. The left hand only hurts once or twice a day rather than 20-30 times a day. I still have a few more treatments to go but I am totally confident that when Beshoy is done with me, my hands will function normally again. This will allow me to get back into shape again as I haven't been able to do much of anything that required hand strength. If you're suffering in the same way I was, you must see Beshoy. I didn't think it was possible to make the pain go away but my hands already know it is. He is very knowledgeable and is an amazing Physiotherapist.
