Zero stars, this place gave me an awful experience…. I can't talk enough about the details, please be smart… so many great places are out there just leave this place as an unpleasant place and let them bankrupt we don't need poisonous mushrooms in our city…
An aggressive woman with awfully negative energy and an ugly face “Liliya”! Not sure why she is so angry and thinks we owe her something! Most People working there are so unprofessional and unpleasant that when you walk out you feel that you have to visit a psychologist! As a human, this was my job to leave this review for you guys

PhysioFlow is close to my home so I decided to give it a try over a year ago to help with my back health and maintenance. For Chiro, Dr. Jason Xue is so knowledgeable and is always learning. He has helped me through many back issues (I have 3 partial herniated discs and 2 knee surgeries) from playing sports and every time I get treated, I feel better and learn something new about my body and how to take care of myself better. The secretary is patient and attentive and I love her energy. I love you can many services in one place. You won’t regret choosing PhysioFlow for your health needs!

The Physiotherapist and Kinesiologist were great at explaining the issues. The exercises and rehabilitation equipment were also effective.

Would recommend Physioflow to anyone in the Thornhill/ Richmond Hill area.

I had severe lower back pain and booked a session. They helped me get orthotics within the clinic and set me up with a physiotherapist. I worked with Mo who was incredible! The reception desk was great at helping me figure out my insurance, and I started feeling better and stopped regular sessions within 2 months! Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend the Naturopath services given By Dr Yusef he helped me a lot with issues related to IBS and now I am doing way better.

I’ve never been to any physio place before and i’m so glad this was the first place i’ve gone to, i look forward to going to every appointment because the staff there are very friendly, professional, and VERY knowledgeable. As soon as you walk into physioflow the receptionists, Kira and Lillian are there to greet you with a smile and knowledgeable recommendations for treatment. At physioflow, each professional takes great care of you to help you reach optimal health. I had knee pain and a lot of tension in my quads. The tension released and pain subsided after the care of the amazing physiotherapists, masseuses and an acupuncturist! Started my treatment a few weeks ago and I've been enjoying my rehab process so far. I have shoulder problems and they are able to formulate a plan on how to treat it. It's still early, I'm excited to see what the results will be after 4 to 6 weeks.

This place is amazing. Dr. Milad at Physioflow has been super helpful with rehabilitation for my hip and shoulder. He is very thorough with his assessment and exercises. My recovery has been very good because of that and I would very highly recommend this place to anyone who requires treatment with physical injuries.

Been going here for my lower back. Dr. Jason (chiropractor) is great. He’s made a big difference in my lower back pain, and would recommend seeing him for any of your chiropractor needs.

They are very helpful especially to areas you need to improve on your body and they will send you emails for follow up work out. Very friendly and accomodating! Five star!
