I had tendinitis in my wrist and Asal helped me heal from it. She was very helpful explaining how the injury might happen and dos and donts while in journey of healing. My wrist is completely healed and I am back at the same level of physical activity. Thank you Asal!

I have been suffering from chronic frozen shoulder over the years. I have tried various treatments such as acupuncture, physio, chiro, they all gave short-term relief but the frozen shoulder came back. I started seeing Asal beginning of this year, once I saw her I knew I was in good hands as she was very knowledgeable, professional but most importantly she truly cares about her patients. My wife and I have been going to Asal for a few weeks now and have so far done about 5-6 sessions, and we couldn’t be anymore pleased with her treatment and care! Asal was referred by a friend for my shoulder pain. Initially, I was in pain after the 1st session but improved after 2 days. After a few more sessions of treatment and exercises, the pain was gone. I am so happy since I had this pain for quite awhile. Her clinic is also very clean. There is always fresh sheet after every client. Highly recommended.

I truly reccomend Asal. She is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I started going to her for tightness in shoulders and for my bad posture. Asal also took the time to show me exercises to do at home between my physio visits. I shared results of my Bone Density test and she took this into consideration and made reccomendations about what to do and what not to do. Since going to her, my back and shoulders are improving and I feel so much better. Her room is very clean and equipment is always wiped down. I look forward to my appointments! Thank you, Asal!

Physio Glow To Go - is the best Physiotheraphy and Asal is the best ever physiotherapist that I ever been to. Asal is so helpful and nice. She makes me comfortable whenever I attend to my sessions. And everytime I go, I always feel the changes. I had a chronic lower back pain and frozen shoulders. When I started going to her clinic, my pain was in a scale of 10 from 1 to 10 where 10 is the worst. Now I feel good! She is awesome and amazing!
