I would like to thank all the staff at Physio med, they are excellent, they diagnosed my hip issue, and provided the correct treatment, within 2 weeks the pain dramatically decreased. I had this hip pain and no one could tell me what was the cause. Only the trained staff knew what was wrong with me.
All the staff are amazing and they care about the healing process. This is second time coming to Physio med! I would recommend it to everyone.

No doubt this is the place i will recommend anybody. I was on crutches for almost a year until i joined this place for my therapy. And i am now free of crutches within only 3 months. Each and every staff cares for you and they make sure you get healed. Thank you team for your ongoing support.

I have been coming here for more than a month now after my accident last November 2022. I have never really exercised before and I have always dreaded exercise, but attending sessions here, and being welcomed and treated warmly by the staff encouraged me to get better and become fit.

Physiomed brampton - bramalea location have the best service anybody can ask for if you are looking for physio. My experience with the trainers here were an outstanding 5 out of 5. They made me feel welcome took time to assess my pain to ensure that i got the proper treatment. They go above an beyond to make your time there as painless as possible. Been coming here for years but wanted to share my most recent experience. Have had to attend physio for the past 3 months on a regular basis. All of my appointments have been with Kiera and Ben. They have helped me with my recovery tremendously and I don't know how I would've done it without them. They are patient, kind, knowledgeable professional and have encouraged me all the way through. The facility is clean and the staff are kind.

At last I felt like people actually cared about my pain and wanted to see me get better. Very professional and efficient staff, they are helpful and friendly.

I have been visiting Physiomed Bramalea for almost a year now and I am more than happy to share how thrilled & satisfied with the treatment I received that made my life better.

I was suffering from lower back pain & calves for many years and visited many clinics without much luck. What I was super happy was that the skilled and professional staff at this clinic identified the issue on the initial visits and now based on exercises, treatment and custom orthotics I am able to live normally without any pain. The feeling to shovel 40+ cm snow this week without back pain was priceless.

Stuti (clinic owner) ensures and mandates all safety protocols at clinic. This makes me feel safe to visit the clinic without a worry during these COVID days.

Great job Stuti & staff – you guys are silent unsung heroes during this pandemic times. Keep up the great job and helping community!

Back at Physiomed Bramalea after a couple of years and I am extremely pleased with the excellent care I am receiving. The facility has undergone a complete renovation and it is a much better use of space and functionality than before. Physiotherapist Stuti is great, very thorough and professional, and I was pleased to see that Dr. Ben is still here. I am confidant I am getting the best treatment possible.

The staffs at physiomed bramalea, they are very thoughtful, they cater to your need. I like the way they put the customer safety first, i.e. Your temperature are taken first before you come in. They provide the proper PPE to ensure that the customer are safe. Also, the staff interacts with the clients very professionally and friendly. Definitely, they are always customer first oriented. Totally recommend anyone to get treatment here, they will not get disappointed.

Working with my physiotherapists is amazing. Having back pain from a motor vehicle accident barely walking hasn't been easy, but they have made my life so much better. They push me even when I show up in Jeans thinking I'm gonna get away from my workouts. I recommend them 100%.

Been going to Physiomed Bramalea for over two years after my MVA. Staff are great and take care of all your needs. Highly recommended if you have back issues or other pain and body aches.

Have had a good experience at both Brampton locations. Staff are very accommodating to your needs, friendly and informative. They listen and explain each exercise thoroughly. Have received treatment from a lot of the staff and haven’t had any complaints. Location is nice, quiet and relaxing. Would recommend.

Good service. Even greater staff. The staff at Physiomed will take good care of your needs. All the staff is extremely friendly and listen to your needs. This location has been nicely renovated and the staff are very efficient. If you're in need of an adjustment the chiropractor will align you as good as new. And if you need massage therapy. You're in the right place. I'd suggest 1 hour massage. 30mins is not enough time to relax and get comfortable. Warning you will fall asleep and you might drool lol

I have had a few injuries, from neck in between and down to ankle. They've help me in the right way to recover. They have the right exercise to build up and maintain my body in good shape. Then to have a great relaxation, they have massage therapy to unwind your mind and body. The staff are extremely great and friendly. All around greatness and we'll manage.

I've been a client for 8 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Their service is exceptional and now my family goes as well. I go for massages regularly and do physio and chiropractic care as well to keep my body strong and healthy.

I love my Physiomed experience! I experienced a motor vehicle accident and have been in a lot of pain. The staff at Physiomed have been very helpful in getting me closer to recovery. They are very knowledgeable in their field and it shows.

The Physiomed Staff is Excellent there on point with the program for your rehabilitation, the staff is very friendly.

Here are my points for a 1 star rating:

To begin, I went to this location out of convenience with being tied to Crunch fitness. Simple convenience but that is where I was wrong and found out the hard way.

1. I was captured by the pink sign all over their facility saying if you refer someone you get a $50 gift card. I referred my wife 5 weeks ago and no signs of a gift card. She had her treatment over 3 weeks and no sign of a gift card. I have asked multiple times and the reply was "we are out of gift cards or we will get more later, just book another appointment. "

2. Second we purchased orthotics as well as we were told that we would receive additional gift cards and since I was going to purchase orthotics anyway I decided to get them from physio med. Weeks later I still dont have my orthotics or any gift cards.

3. The attitude of their facility is very corporate laid back. They are not customer centric at all because they are protected by the big name of physiomed chain. For this reason I would go to a smaller more intimate location for my physio and chiro needs. You will get treated better and with more respect and actual followups with your physiotherapist or Chiropractor. A good place is RMT movement if anyone is looking.

4. Their timing is terrible. If you have an appointment at 12pm you will be asked to sit in a chair till 12: 15 pm minimum and then start treatment. The only reason this place gets 1 star is because I am not taking away from the guys who provide treatment. However, again you will get similar treatment at another location with constant feedback from the physiotherapist. In my 5 sessions of physio I ave met with the physiotherapist.count it. ONCE! No secondary checkups with the therapist, just the initial and you get passed on to the new graduate students who are good at what they do but are not Physiotherapists yet!

5. Last and most importantly their receptionist is terrible. As the front face of the organization you have to treat your customers with the utmost respect and some effort of decent service. I mean we are spending hundreds of our insurance dollars (if not out of our own pockets). When you are treated with minimal effort, rolled your eyes at, and asked to come back without even opening up your file what does that say about the place.they just dont care! Not to take away from all receptionist but the one I dealt with was the African american girl, forgot to take her name.

Lets just say I, my wife, and my other referral will not be continuing our treatment at Physio Med Bramlea location, if any Physiomed locations at ALL in the future. We will go to a more private location where we will be treated as patients and not a number.
