Physiomed Hamilton -Physiotherapy, Chiropractic

I had a MVA with whiplash injury. Dr. William Salamehr was recommended by a Friend. Seeing that I was in so much pain their appointments were so quick. They have great team of physiotherapy and chiropractor. In a month's time felt a 100% back to normal. All the help from Physiomed team is greatly appreciated and will definitely refer people who need help to the clinic.

Obtained a back injury at work, never been to a chiropractor before or even had an injury that needed a chiropractor. After endless research l found Dr. Salameh and his staff. He was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable with his treatments and his extensive knowledge about my injury. Started attending Physio sessions here at PhysioMed after my motor vehicle accident and I can only say great things about the staff. The owner is so professional and an expert at what he does. The other staff members are equally professional and take their time to answer your questions. They use the most up to date therapy treatments to get you going again. Love coming here.

I have been attending this clinic for several years, I really recommend Dr Salameh, he is very helpful and knowledgeable. His staff is very welcoming and personable. The receptionist is an amazing lady who will accommodate you the best she can especially in high pain situations. I enjoy coming to this clinic and getting the treatment I need.

I can't begin to express how amazing my first experience was at PhysioMed with Dr. Salameh. He is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about his profession and makes you feel comfortable immediately. I struggle with constant neck pain, tension headaches/migraines and have consistent tension in my traps/mid-back. After seeing him only once, I feel amazing. If you need a Chiropractor please do yourself the favour and book at his clinic. If you are out of region, he is most definitely worth the drive. I must also mention his front staff, Cheryl, who was extremely polite, professional, and made the process seamless. I can't say enough good things.

My husband had been here for a visit first and he recommended that I go for an appoinment for my back issues as well.
Being my first visit at a new location, I was unsure before going, I just got back from my appointment with Dr. Salameh now and had to post a review online as Dr. Salameh is the best!
He is very knowledgeble on all aspects and clearly has a great interest in what he does.
In addition, with me being 32 weeks pregnant being uncomfortable most of the time is a norm, but Dr. Salameh puts all that ease

Been going to physiomed for years after having a bad experience with a local chiropractor. Dr Salameh and staff (Cheryl) are fantastic and I highly recommend. They squeeze you in when your in need and always listen and focus on problem areas and always make the experience comfortable. I had given up on chiropractic after my last chiropractor felt like he was just taking my money and cracking my neck and on my way. DR. Salameh is young, willing to work with you, very honest and does way more than any chiropractor ever has done. He goes that extra step and stretches me, massages the areas, and adjusts your body to your needs and it really worked this time. His techniques are bar none and I would highly recommend him. The first chiropractor I’ve ever given 5 stars and this is after 4 visits not just 1. Trust me you should give him a try and what a great person to even just talk too so friends and is willing to even just have a conversation and he doesn’t rush you out the door and he even recommended that I not come back as often which is rare. Usually they just want your money but he seems to care about more than just that. Highly highly recommend! This time it actually worked and my back and neck are actually 100% better his techniques work.

I have had a great experience since starting treatments at Physiomed and highly recommend this facility. Dr. Salameh and his staff are all great, you never feel rushed with treatments and they go the extra steps with the clients to make them feel comfortable.

Just left physiomed on Stone Church in Hamilton. I was asked to show up 5-10 mins early for my appt.which I did. Front door was open but there was no one sitting at the front desk. I looked around, called out “hello” a few times - no answer. There were patients medical records all over the front desk incl.a prescription for therapy for which I could clearly read that person’s full name and what they were prescribed and when. I noticed all the medical records were in a file folder behind the desk - wide open, unlocked and clearly UNSECURE. Numerous documents left unsecured on the top of the desk. Finally a woman arrived with take out containers and said everyone is on lunch until 3. She informed me that it was completely normal for the door to be open and all the files to be unsecured and even that the person’s prescription is SUPPOSED to be there! Anyway. If you are the type of person who likes your medical records to be part of a buffet, then Physiomed is definitely the place for you! But if you are like me, and you prefer to have those records and documents treated with sensitivity then go somewhere else. Sorry. I couldn’t give 0 stars.

I highly recommend this beautiful facility to anyone that has any type of pain and wants to be treated well! Very kind service from the moment I walked in, the space is beautifully kept, and Dr. Salameh is exceptional. He is extremely personable and professional and very educated. I feel so much better when I leave every time. Amazing experience!
