Physiomed Leaside

I had a very bad experience with the massage therapist and the staff. I booked 45 minutes massage therapy and received the service for only 30 minutes where they charged me for 1 hour.

Regarding the billing: The consent and medical history form which they asked to fill indicate $85 for 45 minutes massage therapy and $105 for 1 hour. I was charged $105.

Regarding the treatment: I was there at 3PM according to my scheduled appoinment after which they gave me the form to fill out which took less then 5 minutes and then massage therapist gave me 5 minutes to change. Massage therapist finished my massage at 3.38PM upon which I asked him was it 30 minutes or 45 minutes? Even after knowing that I am time checking him he said 45 minutes. So at the end I got 30 minutes of massage therapy and paid for 1 hour.

I had a feel of getting ripped off and completely unsatisfacted with the treatment. Never going there again.

At Leaside The aquatic therapy is so beneficial for all kinds of injury-
I’ve had a knee replacement and the tank is so wonderful, taking the stress off my joints and allowing me to exercise pain free.
They have The most amazing staff as well! At Leaside the staff are super helpful and understanding the manager Joseph will go out of his way to accommodate along with the rest of the staff! Corey and Jeff the physio and the other staff members are all team players!
The facilities are super Clean and a great parking lot right in front of the building. All the receptionists are super helpful -
all you need is to see for your self you won’t be disappointed!

Incompetence and careless.

I am changing my review after my case got close and find out that Physiomed charged me for sessions that I cancelled and never uses but also put me in danger with giving me electronic treatment knowing that I have seizure disorder. I am so very angry and disappointed also feel like being used.

I try to come in at least 15 min early to soak up the warmth and professionalism their air has got ️. So greatful for this place everytime I go my physical quality of life is improved. Not sure if they are from Rome, Rome was was not built in a day but its there now. LETS GOO! ️️

I have chronic arthritis in my knees and i've have been waiting for a bilateral for awhile now (i'd settle for just one at the minute!) Found this little gem. One of the many services they offer is the HydroTank (a treadmill under water!) I fell in love with it before i even got in it. As you may know having arthritis is painful and can disrupt your every day living, livng in constsnt pain is exhausting. My sessions in the tank with Albina, my instructor, she's small but ever so mighty! She encourages and pushes me when i tell her i can do it today.i just LOVE my sessions, even on the days i just can't be bothered, i go and i feel marvolous and pain free for the rest of the day. This for me is a fantastic find and i begrugingly highly reccommend this wonderful company (I'm being selfish! I don't want to jepodise me being able to get an appointment!)

The team at Leaside is amazing and fun. I have been going for almost 2 years and they take very good care of my needs. From my first visit meeting Dana, I would recommend them anytime for help alleviating your aches and pains.

I have been coming to PhysioMed Leaside for about 5 months, seeing Cory and Albina. My range of motion has improved significantly during this time and I am very pleased with the treatments I have received here. I strongly recommend.

Everyone is very helpful and approachable. I’ve had tennis elbow for years and didn’t have any progress on my treatments (in a different clinic) until Joseph started treating me. I will always go to Physiomed from now on!

I have been coming to Physiomed Leaside for almost 6 months and my Mom and husband have also been clients of Physiomed for over a year and we are very happy with their services. All of us have seen Albina and Gee and I cannot say anything but good things about them, they are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and amazing. Physiomed is very lucky to have Albina and Gee as part of their team. I have been seen Farzad as well for a couple of times and he is very nice, professional and knowledgeable as well. I cannot say anything bad about any of the staff that I have seen including the reception team. Keep up the good work!

As someone who has been, and is, a frequenter of physiotherapy for many years, I can say with confidence, my experience with my Physiotherapy and treatments with Gui has been phenomenal and unlike anything, I’ve experienced before. His enthusiasm, kindness, professionalism, awareness, encouragement, and support do not go unnoticed. His enthusiasm is infectious. With Gui’s guidance and support, I’ve been able to continuously build my endurance, strength, and reach some weight loss goals I wouldn’t have reached otherwise. His attention to detail, his care, and consideration for his patients is amazing. Gui’s concern for my well-being and minimizing my pain/soreness is wonderful. Gui goes above and beyond to help his patience safely and effectively reach their goals. With Gui’s support, I’ve been able to become the mermaid I wish I could be on land. I have lived with chronic pain for a long time. I have now found a way to exercise without exacerbating the pain - And, in fact, feeling NO PAIN when I did a work out. It is the Physiomed Leaside HydroWorx underwater treadmill and the staff including Dana and Dr. Engineer that are so incredible! I had heard about this underwater workout and while being guided by Dr. Engineer, I was able to do exercises under the water that I cannot do in day-to-day life. I now have a way to manage my health and my weight. I highly recommend Physiomed Leaside!

The whole staff has been extremely kind and caring through my recovery process. Great atmosphere!

First time being in the clinic and getting adjusted here. Was greeted by Cheryl who was very pleasant and as well as Dana. The team that was around was friendly and all greeted me (I know some places you walk in and nobody even acknowledges you or greets you). I got adjusted by Dr. Green and my goodness, in just that moment did he explain so much and and immediately relieved so much for me. I've been to a few Chiropractors since I was a teenager and not one of them adjusted me the way Dr. Green did. I highly recommend him and cannot wait for my next adjustment so I can get back to being better (correctly this time). Thank you so much Dr. Green and the team at PhysioMed Leaside.

Highly recommend Physiomed. I received physiotherapy from Gui on my shoulder and he was very knowledgeable and professional. After only 2 weeks I started noticing significant improvement.

Very clean office, professional administrator, punctual clinic, and excellent service from Dr. Green (chiropractor).

I came here a for my back pain and a knee injury expecting to get a pain management program and to treat and prevent this pain & injury but therapist I visited seemed very uninterested and did not provide knowledge I desired to treat and prevent further aggravating this pain. Secondly, on my follow up session, therapist had lost the paper trail of our previous 1 hour assessment, entire session was pure waste of time. I am very disappointed by this service.

Dr. Green is one of the best Doctor for me and my husband so I followed him from the previous clinic.
This clinic has good space of parking, friendly receptionists and easy to make a booking. Great facilities with different equipments.

I've been having a really tough week with family issues and I left the clinic messages about missing my sessions. As to my surprise compared to the other clinics I went to, they would normally say " ok, lets reschedule. ". However, Physiomed made personal accommodations for me and I was able to make it to my sessions. I am thoroughly impressed by their extra care for clients putting clients' rehab goals as first priority. Thank you Leaside.

I love the hydrotherapy for my femur fracture. I'm able to train my muscles back up without worrying about damaging anything else. Great place for physio!

I went for my first of many visits - it was wonderful! Dr's and staff were very nice and very gentle. I have never had Physio before and was rather nervous however, the Dr. Farzad was very gentle, attentive and knowledgable. They have many different types of treatment available, prices are reasonable and I am now hopeful for a full recovery. I highly recommend this clinic!

I am a current client at physiomed Leaside and out of all my years at different clinics, I have never until now encountered such wonderful staff that helps compliment my rehab goals from physical therapy to chiropractic. I've come here for massage, acupuncture, physio over the last few years. I've had a number of different staff for all services (not sure if it's high turnover or just so many different shifts?) But all of them have been amazing. Especially Cheryl who even offered to help me watch my crying newborn when I had to bring her, so I could have my treatment without holding her, and Farzad (physio).

It was really great to have the opportunity to deal with Dr engineer, very helpful and knowledgeable.

I can’t say enough about our positive experience at Physiomed Leaside. We were in a car accident, and without Dana (the MVA coordinator), we would be completely overwhelmed by the process of dealing with insurance. Her guidance has been incredibly helpful.

The treatment itself has been great, with professional and knowledgeable physiotherapists and chiropractors. I’m confident we’re well on our way to recovery.

This was my first time doing physio for lower back and neck/shoulder pain. At the beginning I thought it was my hip but the team at Physio Med Leaside properly diagnosed me with lower back issues. I've had a few sessions with them in terms of physio therapy, soft tissue massages and met their chiropractor and my goodness, has my pain quickly disappeared. Thw team here really focuses on eliminating your pain and ensuring your recovery. The clinic is clean and tidy, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful and I love their email reminders instead of phone calls!

I’ve been going to PhysioMed Leaside for a few months now and have always had the best experience with them! The entire team is incredibly supportive and consistently reliable/prompt. Dana at reception has been extremely helpful with submitting paperwork, and answering any and all questions I may have. Very professional and excellent quality service. As a last resort, in an effort to avoid a knee replacement I scheduled an evaluation and a series of physiotherapy sessions. A plan was quickly developed to alleviate the problem using a combination of moden western and old eastern therapy techniques combined with laser treatment, acupuncture and stretching exercises. Mobility was returned to the affected area within weeks. Physiomed's staff are first class and their services are highly recommended.

The woman who greeted me was very pleasant and helpful. She pointed out how my new insurance provider covered certain serviced at Physio med. The physiotherapist was very nice and very straight forward about my condition. I also had an opportunity to meet an adorable rescue dog named Monkey. I highly recommend this place.

I've been dealing with Dana Brook at Physiomed for 1 month now. The service provided by Physiomed has always been excellent - consistently prompt, professional and thorough. Where reliability seems increasing hard to find with many companies, I know that I will always get what I need - with the same reliable service - when dealing with Physiomed.
