Had a last minute massage here, my experience was disappointing. I had knots through my neck and asked her to just spend 30 minutes on my neck and left shoulder.

First, I just don’t think the therapist had enough strength to get below my skin, and used elbows and the scraper to make up for what she lacked in strength. So I spent 39 minutes where mostly the scraper was being run back and forth. I left with all of the knots causing me tension still present and not at all worked in.

I would not recommend this as a therapeutic massage if you have actually problems that need to be worked in.

Dr. Maryam has help me so much with my pain her accupunture techniques are simply amazing. Amazing staff members.

RENATO LOCANTO. I have been going here for about 8 months. I had Achilles tendon surgery and thought i would never walk the same again but Prachi took good care of me and helped me recover. She knew exactly what to do to get me back to normal and i have no more pain. She is the best along with her colleague. Very nice facility, clean and professional. I highly recommend them! I would definitely be going back if i ever need them again.

I use to really enjoy this place very friendly till one day i had my regular acupuncture, I fell they left it in too long and felt different.
On my way home i fainted and hit a car.i was very scared did not want to get them in trouble. But that was the end of our friendship, they took no responsibility at all, it gets worse but not saying on here, it cost ve $5000 they paid 0$ so do not do Acupuncture, there are case studying that this can happen and dont be nice does not come back

Physiomed is extremely complete. What I mean by "complete" is that they give each patient the best care possible with the right supplies, treatments, and overall patient care. The clinic's director, Vikram Singh Dhall, will give you the greatest physiotherapy care possible follow with all his great clients.

Being injured and having to get physio is not a fun experience. Finding a great facility with people that genuinely care about you as a person is what makes a truly great establishment.

Having to rehab an ankle injury and being faced with the possibility of putting my exercise goals on the back burner, and after doing extensive research, I found this Physiomed location. At every stop they provided expert, diagnosis, advice and direction.

Wonderful team. I have been coming here from 2018 is near my home and Swati has help me with a lot of my different injuries i had in the past. Very organized clinic, compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended.

Best place for any kind of recreation. It will almost be a year of me using their facilities. I love using their gym equipments, playing volleyball and badminton. You must attend the free classes daily and many more activites provided such as swimming for all ages.

I had nothing but good experiences here with the staff, mostly helpful person there was the product manager who took care of my shoe, insoles and compressions socks.
Silva is a awesome person to speak to direct and is the only reason I go back to that place.

Initial assessment is great, but service switches from 100% to like 10%. Follow up visits you pay for 30mins-45mins whcih is standard but they spend 5mins with you then you're done and out in 15mins. Whole point is to get you on a reoccurring treatment plan. It's money hungry and it's obvious.they also withdrew information about stretches I can do to alleviate my own symptoms which I found out.

The staff is very friendly, professional. Kevin is the best masseur I have ever had. Dylan, Elise active physiotherapists are amazing and demanding. We did a great workout and I see progress with my back issues. I highly recommend this clinic. Manager, Vikram is professional and helpful as well.

I have been waiting for my shoes from 6 months ago. I called them again and again to find out about how I can get them. They never get back to me after I called them more than 5 times. They used to be great with the customer service and they have changed now.

I was looking for a physiotherapy clinic close to me that possibly might offer some services to me once my physiotherapy ended at the hospital. I found the people at physiomed to be very professional and quite the polite plus they operate a program with substantially reduced rates for seniors on fixed income. I plan on taking advantage of it what's my physiotherapy at the hospital ends.

They have helped me get back to my normal lifestyle. The staff is friendly and professional. I feel at home when i come here. I would recommend this place to everyone. Oh and i must add the have a huge gym which they have axis to from budo.

I train very hard, so injuries come along with it. The treatment I get at this clinic, is fabulous. I’m usually doing shockwave or IFC, and I love the treatment. All the staff here are excellent!

I have been attending PhysioMed for about 2 years now. It started with an injury to the ankle to now regular visits for a half hr massage. From the receptionists, to the physiotherapists, doctors, foot specialists & all staff, it’s always a pleasant experience when I go there. The friendly environment & professionalism I receive is beyond expectations. I have gotten to know several of the staff in particular Charlotte who is currently off, Ashley & Senia who is also off right now, as well as some others to name a few. I admire & appreciate all the assistance I have received in reassuring my injury healed properly, but in particular to the Product Manager Sylvia who has taken the time & effort to find the right products (ie shoes & orthotics) when I was told I would need them. I feel very comfortable with PhysioMed & always satisfied with the service that is provided for me. I recommend PhysioMed to anyone who is seeking treatment or support.

As an intern physiomed has given me an opportunity to learn therapeutic skills in an effective manner. The staff is great in ways of supporting and encouraging patients everyday to the best of their abilities. Everyone has a positive attitude and help one another. A PTA name dillon is a great person to shadow during exercise sessions with patients and then applying therapeutic modalites.
