Physiomed Orangeville

I have been going to physio since the spring to rehab foot surgery gone wrong. I have received treatment from both Sierra and Brooke and they are outstanding. I look forward to going because the care is so personalized and the staff are so welcoming. Highly recommend!

My sister and I have been members at physiomed for years and we love it! The staff are the sweetest and most supportive people ever. Really appreciate that the gym is 24/7 and still manages to remain in great condition. Very sad that I’m moving and won’t be seeing the girls on a weekly basis. Thanks for all the motivating pep talks, will definitely miss you guys!

The ratings on this place can be deceiving as this location is a gym and a physiotherapy clinic. The high ratings seem to be for the clinic, but the gym itself is a disaster. So keep that in mind. The high rating on this place are really due to the clients using the physiotherapy services. The gym itself has equipment that is extremely outdated. Young staff members are not schooled on the proper usage of the equipment. The downstairs weight room is consistently swarmed with high school aged members that do not obey any basic etiquette. Constantly slamming iron plates, never wiping down equipment or unloading weights or machines that they are finished with. It is like a daycare for entitled teens. Complained about members filming in the bathrooms and management refuses to enforce any rules. So if you want a gym with 1980s equipment and a toxic environment have at it. Also there is the experience where 125 pound shirtless emaciated teens film you in the bathroom, there is that too. On the plus side it is dirt cheap but with good reason.

Please note the response from the owner below, that is nothing more than an empty platitude. I have already discussed the issues I had with management at great length. Instead of reaching out to me to remedy the situation, they take the opportunity to highlight their three floors of equipment and 24/7 access. So you get 24/7 access to three floors of very outdated equipment. Instead of reaching out to me they skirt the issue and attempt to plug this poorly run gym operation. I think it speaks volumes.

I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by most of the staff at physio med and they are all amazing! Super kind and very knowledgeable. 11/10:) I do not have a negative thing to say as the staff will exceed your expectations!

Amazing knowledgeable physiotherapists and staff, could not of healed without them. Only place I would recommend.

Unfortunately this physiotherapy clinic doesn't accept OHIP, although I was twice told that it did. Very disappointed. The staff were friendly and kind.

I have been attending physio because of my motor vehicle accident. I am working with Sierra, she has incredible skills. My issues are not fully resolved but she helped me to stay positive and trust the process. I highly recommend Physio med and Sierra.

Went to Physio med with severe migraine. Iryna did some acupuncture and could finally function like a “normal” person! Highly recommend Physio med Orangeville to all that suffer from any type of physical ailment! Thanks again as always!
