Dr Capizanno is an excellent chiropractor, very well trained and focuses on all aspects of life that can cause back pain.

The team at Physiomed Thornhill is very caring and makes sure that any insurance questions are answered - they even do direct billing to your insurance provider.

I had my first session with Dr. Majidi yesterday and the session was very different from any other chiropractic session I had before. He took a complete x-ray from me and he explained the problems I have with my spine and bone structure. Now both Dr. Majidi and myself know exactly where the problems are and how to tackle them. I highly recommend him.

Been coming here for a year now and have had significant improvement on my lower back pain and my scoliosis. Dr. Majidi is very helpful and attentive to his patients. The physiotherapist all are very informative. I always recommend all my friends and family to come here!

Over the years, as I've aged, I've found myself trying out many a rehab clinic. Chronic pain, fibromyalgia and arthritic joints require a lot of attention, especially if you are an active person.
My usual drill was to try a place someone recommended; I'd go for a few sessions, find no lasting benefit, stop going and then move on to another clinic.
Until, more recently, when searching for a reputable pain management clinic, I stumbled across Physiomed.
I have been coming here weekly since May 2022 for PT/Acupuncture/Chiro/RMT. Every one of the practitioners that I have worked with has helped me make solid progress on my rehabilitation journey. They are all extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, kind and super nice people.
The front desk staff are polite, efficient, friendly and always willing to assist.
It is also the only rehab clinic I've been to where the clinic director, Dr. Majidi, gave up his conditioning session, so I could be squeezed into the schedule for treatment since I was having a terrible pain day.

If you are serious about getting better but need help, Physiomed is a special little clinic where you will improve not only mobility but overall well-being.

I tore my ACL in July 2021, Sean and Maksym helped me with my ACL prehab and got me ready for my surgery for March 2022. After my surgery they both worked tirelessly to get me back to my preinjury self. I am thankful for what they have done for me in my ACL rehab journey and as I get back to normal I am forever grateful to have had them on my team.

Showed up for my first appointment 10 minutes early, waited 20 minutes standing at reception as 3 other patients were brought back one at a time. After not being acknowledged for 20 minutes I left a note on the reception desk letting them know I came and went. Someone called me about 20 minutes later to tell me I was late for my appointment. When I explained what had happened and that I waited at the reception desk, she told me "that is impossible". So then I gave details about the other 3 patients that I saw sitting there as well as the note I left on the reception desk. Then, rather than apologizing she just asked if I want to come back. I think I'll find a chiropractor somewhere else.

I have been a client at physiomed for over a decade. The staff are always great and friendly. I know I can always come here when I have physical pain and get relief that same day. I recently was having Devi help me with my shoulder and arm which i hurt at work. She is an amazing physio therapist. I recommend her. Best place for healing quickly.

The staff at Physiomed Thornhill are awesome, I went in with lower back pain and within a few weeks of treatments, stretches, and that massage gun owe how I love that massage gun feels like heaven? I was feeling brand new. Dr. C, Devi Sureshkumar and Sean are miracle worker, they were on point with everything and knew exactly what to do. I recommend them to anyone having any type of body pain or recovering from sports injuries they are the best in the city.

Fantastic place. I had neck tightness and lower back pain. They completed a full assessment which included an x-ray. My neck pain was completely gone after the first two visits. After my six visit my lower back pain was completely gone. Fantastic place very professional. I highly recommend.

Excellent staff at this place! I come back regularly for appointments with the physiotherapist, chiropractor and massage therapist. Everyone is super nice and understanding. They even remember details about me and my life for the next visit showing they really care about their patients. Would definitely come back and highly recommend for anyone who wants a one-stop shop for their needs.

The one aspect that really stood out to me was the exceptionally friend staff. Excellent customer service really shows when the staff are being treated well. They made me feel very comfortable during a hard time in my life as I was in a lot of pain right after my car accident. I was not only greeted in a friendly manner, the staff member at the front desk would always go above and beyond and actually have a conversation with me. And not to mention, this was not just a one-time occurrence. It was EVERY SINGLE TIME that I stepped into the clinic. This made the overall experience very personal because they actually remembered who I was. I wasn't just "any other patient". This is run by a good set of staff who really care about the patients. Each person I've dealt with whether it is Luba, Stacey, Anna, etc. They all treat the patient with the utmost respect and are always looking for our best interests.
