I've worked with Gary (Heeran) for over a year now, who has been integral throughout my training journey en route to racing in multiple duathlons throughout the summer.

Gary is extremely knowledgeable, patient, passionate and takes the time to truly understand/diagnose what happened in placing you in the position you're in, to ensure it never happens again. He goes well beyond the extra mile for anyone he treats, and won't rest until you're back on your feet - literally! Gary's got your back the whole way, you will not regret having him in your corner.

First time using PhysioNow and I am glad I was assigned to Kieran. He took the time to ask about my activities and get to the root of the problem. The heat and neck manipulation eased the pain tremendously. I was very pleased with his professionalism and skill and at the follow up appointment, it was great to work with Gary too. Highly recommend.

As unfortunate as I was to get injured, I was very lucky to have stumbled into PhysoNow by complete chance. After my accident, I was simply prescribed pain killers and an over-the-counter brace by the doctor at my local walk-in clinic. Kieran and the amazing team at Physio Now correctly diagnosed my injury as a PCL tear/rupture instead and referred me for medical imaging plus assessment with an orthopedic surgeon at the Fracture Clinic. Had this not happened, I probably would have gone back to work the next day on pain killers and risked further injury. The team of physiotherapists here are true professionals. I appreciate that they always take their time to explain everything cleary and to answer all of my random questions.

Only people I trust with physio treatment. Amazing customer service from the front staff at reception to the physio therapy assistants. The actual therapists are amazing and have helped me avoid surgery and have an amazing quality of life.

I suffered a server back injury 10 years and have a herniated disc and sciatic. This year my back has gotten worse, I needed help managing the sciatic. The physio I saw was very friendly but not very helpful in my case. I felt like she didn't really listen to me. The last time I saw her my pain was at a 9/10 and really needed her to manipulate and push the disc to relive some pressure. All she did was put a machine on me for 15 mins and then she saw me for maybe less then 10 (I literally paid $70.00 for 10 mins). She watched me do a stretch and then told me to continue when I get home and then she has to see me back. I felt like very rushed and not serviced. When I was walking to my car, I noticed she was rushing out the door. I have been doing her stretches' and they were not helping. I would not recommend this place.

Friendly, passionate about your needs due to the reasons of you being there. Sharon knows her stuff.

I find this place super shady
I pay for 45 minutes worth of massages yet always finish in 30 minutes or less
When I ask them how come my massages always finish 15mins early, they say their next client is here
Massages arent cheap, especially when you don't have insurance. So i dont appreciate losing time and money, especially when im in so much pain
Even their Physio is awful. They slap a warm pack of your shoulders, leave you for 30 mins and charge you for a full session of therapy. I can put a warm pack on my shoulders at home too without paying for anything. Its frustrating when you go to places like this to get help when youre in so much of pain and get taken advantage of

No one offered any electrodes for sale through my 4 sessions there. Especially during covid. What else is not offered and i need to ask? What is this? Prices are higher then other places, some of the practitioners are qualified others seem to be learning as they are going along.

The team provided me with highly professional, courteous and skilled care during each visit. Wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude to the staff at Applewood. I walked in limping and in so much pain and after a couple of months, I walked out like a new person. Joan is a great therapist who gets to know you and explain things clearly for our own benefit. (Do your home exercises, it helps!) Super friendly staff and very accommodating. Thank you

I suffer from vertigo and needed vestibular physio treatment. I am a pensioner with limited income - no coverage, and on my first contact with PhysioNow, I asked if consideration could be given to people in my financial situation for the Assessment Fee and Treatment visits. At my request, two of the employees offered to check with the manager and I was told that the response from the manager was "no".

On later researching other clinics, I visited a clinic whose rates were not only lower, they were highly rated and further advised me I could seek assistance through the Health System. Also, other good clinics in Mississauga, Etobicoke area offer vestibular physio and charge less; were understanding and considerate.

I must add that the receptionist at PhysioNow Applewood was pleasant and the physiotherapist was good in the treatment he provided me. I am now happy with my alternate choice of clinic. I recommend when in a situation like mine, please do your research prior to saying "yes".

The caring, professional, and attentive staff have helped me recover from both serious injuries and minor aches and pains to help me stay active and fit. I've used most therapists at this location and they can seamlessly continue my care and accommodate my busy schedule.

Physio now has been my go to place for any work place injuries or ware and tear I have had over 30 years in the construction industry.
If it wasn’t for Sharon and her team I couldn’t imagine being healthy enough doing the work I do

I was just reading your review response and your are not paying attention to your patients name, i wonder how you operate your clinics! I think you should take your time and pay attention to your patient and employee needs.

I came here about 6 weeks ago with the recent shoulder dislocation, my shoulder popped out playing hockey. Even though I have never done physio before, I really did like coming to this place. Sharath was the physician referred to me, and I have had great results. I came to him in so much pain I thought I was going to dislocate my shoulder in my sleep. Or worse. I was shy about electrical therapy machines but they ended up doing a great deal of good for me. Especially the exercises recommended to me by Sharath helped a lot. I always had good service coming in here and always left feeling better. I felt like Sharath actually cared a lot about my shoulder getting better, and now I feel confident to go back to work at the start of April. I was really unsure judging by the pain in my shoulder at the start of my injury if I would feel good to go to work at this time, however after the treatment improper exercise guidance I feel confident to go back to work. If my shoulder ever pops out again playing hockey or whatever else I do this is the place I would go to fix er back up again. Thank you for the great treatment!

Totally professional service! Three words: scar tissue treatment. Doctors didn’t know what to do with the tendons on top of my foot which still hurt three months after they had been swollen when I rolled my ankle. Your deep massages in the first two sessions, along with your circulation stimulations to my foot, combined with your prescribed exercises, finally addressed the root cause of the lingering pain, by clearing away the remnant scar tissue. I’ll be sure to tell all the doctors where to send patients with ongoing pain from ligament injuries. God bless you for your healing hands and help!:) G.

Very warm, courteous and professional staff. Healed my back and neck injury due to car accident. The massages are highly recommended.

I finished the physiotherapy treatment that made my shoulder move normally and without pain. Sheena and the staff performed a great work and the exercises recommended (which I did daily as a routine) produced an excellent result.
