Avoid this place. The so called assessment visit phsiothrapist should be telling you what exact problem you are facing and did not. There is no commitment, by phsio that after treatment you will get well. I see no improvement after treatment. I was having problems with both shoulders, but was treated for only one with no results.

Summary: Don't come here to heal up
First off, the staff are very friendly, especially the people at the front desk. However, the primary reason I came here was to heal my small knee injury, which could have easily been fixed given a 3 month time period. That's not what happened though. I came in with a small meniscus tear in one knee and no pain. I left with pain not only in the injured knee, but my other previously healthy one. This was the first time I went, and I thought that perhaps I had done something wrong. I got another referral from my doctor and after being admitted again (about 7 months later) I did physiotherapy again. The same thing happened again, and both my knees got worse. What started off as a small meniscus tear in one knee ended up as being an MCL strain and mensical contusion in both. I tried talking to the physiotherapist about this, but he assured me everything was fine. They also have this thing where they let you go after a certain time period, regardless of whether you have gotten better or not.

I went to Physiotherapy 2000 to get treatment for whiplash following a car accident. I found the front desk staff to be very warm, friendly and helpful. I worked with the physiotherapist Simon who was excellent in developing a program to help me fully recover. He was patient, kind, highly knowledgable and great at listening to all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend Physiotherapy 2000 to everyone because of the positive experience they provided during my healing!

I have been going to Physio 2000 for about 10 years. Knee, feet, ankle, back, and hip you name it and I’ve probably been in here for it. Super easy and convenient to book appointments, they always make an effort to squeeze me in right away and are very friendly. They really go above and beyond. I have had a few different physiotherapists there over the years most recently with Simon for my ankle he was fantastic, had me back on the soccer field in no time. I have recommended Physio 2000 to both family & friends and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lovely welcoming front desk staff - very knowledgable physiotherapists, I would highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for thorough assessments and treatment sessions

I've been seen physiotherapists for various injuries over the years and never really been very satisfied or experienced the results i wanted until i started seeing Kevin at Physio One. He is very skilled, knowledgable, and patient. Very vell equipped facility too.
