The PT name Radhika Sharma, just kept hot pack and left me over 20 minutes without releasing my spasm + trigger points.
I requested for manual trigger release and stretches for my condition.they accepted to treat me as the same, but went all opposite

I receive my physiotherapy treatments from Gagandeep and her team. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. I recovered so fast with the treatment they gave me and exercise to do at home. I highly recommend their services.

I’m very thankful to Radhika Sharma. She relieved me from back pain which I was suffering from last 4 days. My lower back got hurt while lifting weight. I was not able to sit, walk, sleep. She fixed me from all this in just under 30 min. Highly recommended.

Gurudev is one of the best therapist I found here so far. Knows what she is doing, where the pain originates and how to release the tension and feels lot better after the massage.

I've been coming to this clinic for my treatments and all the staff are friendly, and empathetic, from the front desk all the way to the top.
I fractured my ankle in multiple places and they have been not only treating me, but also educating me on the area and how to strengthen.

I took Massage therapy from an expert Gurudev vaid for my lower back. She is expert in all major therapies as she had good knowledge and hands on experience. She stretches all muscles through breath-in and breath out. Its very difficult to get Gurudev’s appointment here. She is simply superb. I took physio for my lower back. Gurdev and Lisa are the best when it comes to Physiotherapy and Massage. In arranging appointments for these no one can beat Christina. And obviously when it comes to managing everything, who can forget the BOSS -Pawan. In total this place is a complete package of true professionalism and excellent customer service without compromising on quality and standards. Today, after 7 months of my earlier review, I am adding another line for the gentle, soft spoken and very well behaved girl, who has now turned into a very confident professional. No more guesses. Her name is NAV. Congrats to the clinic for providing that kind of environment to the employees where they can grow too. And now another feather in their cap is Ayesha and Gagan! Congrats.

Dr. Gagan is very experienced and knowledgeable professional lady. I had an injury in my thigh or knee. They had me walking normally again and went above and beyond. Physio and massage experience was fantastic. I would really recommend for any injury or body ache.

I'm not one to write reviews but Physiotherapy First is hands down a great place, I was in unbearable pain due to my sciatica that I couldn't walk, sit or stand the pain had me crying. After my 1st visit with Dr. Amrit Matharu whom was just so sweet I was able to walk, sit and stand more then when I came in, she had recommended that I also get a massage in between visits with her so I did and Arveen Gandhi was just a sweet heart.all in all my experience thus far has been amazing and I'm so glad that I found this place not only am I going to keep coming here I will also be recommending this place to everyone that I know

Excellent service! I would recommend everyone to go to this place for any kind of muscle and joint pain because of any reason. I had accident that caused me pain in my shoulder, neck and upper back. Both the physiotherapists Rav and Gagan did great work on me. They did their best to make me feel better. They have well experienced and knowledgeable physio assistants Ayesha Quereshi, Harveen and Jashan. Every one there is so professional either its on reception desk or in the treatment room. One of the best places in Brampton. The entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend everyone to visit them if you need services for massage or immediate physiotherapy requirements.

The clinic is amazing. Have had a great experience with physiotherapist Gagandeep Dhiman and I come out rejuvenated after every visit. I have been seeing her for my shoulder and knee pain and she always is bang on with her prognosis and treatment. Very patient and open to feedback. Great support team, especially Harveen and a very welcoming and helpful front office staff, especially Christina. Great job team Physiotherapy First!

Physiotherapy First is the strongest PT spot but I've used plenty in the past so far. They are outstanding clinicians, who use vast training and expertise to support the recovery of the patients. For the patients, they are really personable, yet maintaining the highest discipline. I can't refer them highly enough to someone who wants physical therapy.

Very great place to get treatment of any body pain. Amazing, polite and knowledgeable staff. I visited this place for my severe Shoulder pain. Physiotherapist Gagan took care of me, I went regularly twice a week and just followed all the exercises also to be done at home, it took me around 4 to 5 months and trust me I am now completely cured of my shoulder pain. Thank you dear Gagan for curing me out of my pain, I am now visiting this place for my knee pain and I am very sure that I will definitely be cured soon, we just have to have patience. I had severe back pain with torso tilt in 2019 before I came to Ravinder here in Physiotherapy First. She took sessions for a week with ultra sound, stretches and massages. The pain reduced and there was a huge improvement. Overall, the service was very friendly and professional.

The massage therapy was great but they jipped me on 15 minutes of massage. She said she would make up 10 minutes at a later appt.tho

This office is very well run. The staff are experienced and provide amazing service. I have been going there for the last 6 weeks and every visit I walk out feeling better.

Pan the physio therapist tires her best to make sure her client is at ease. I was in bad siatic pain, Pan worked really hard to make sure I was better.

When I first came here last year, every thing was difficult for me. My pain never went away, costs were high for me, my muscles were always tight from many years of working in the warehouse. And transferring to my new job where I fix trailers, my physical tightness in my muscles and body never went down. I've been coming here for a around a year and they helped me a lot. Today, a new person redid my assessment of treatment, which was new and different from before. I felt much better than before. I have been having lower back and neck issues for many years and have tried various treatments for relief. From my initial assessment with Jas and the followup adjustments with Ravinder and Aesha have been exceptional. The staff at the Front Desk Shoba and Christina are courteous and friendly. Aesha goes the extra mile with the adjustments and totally understands which techniques are required for pain relief. They have also provided exercises to contiue the maintenance and recovery process at home.

Amazing clinic! Started attending this clinic when I was having issues with back pain from playing basketball. The physiotherapist identified the issue on my initial session and within 6 treatments I was able to get back on the court and play with no issues. Highly recommend!
