He came back several weeks after the move and tuned the piano right up. This is my first piano and he even gave me tips on how to keep it happy with the changing temperatures and humidity. The house was protected by carpets and the piano was wrapped with blanket by the team, and the move was smooth and no damage to the house or the piano itself (I was nervous because there were tricky turns and lots of stairs at the pick up location). I contacted James via text and within an hour I got an email for scheduling the move. He was able to fit me in the very next morning. It was good timing because my baby grand piano was on its side for a week (on a piano board) and I was getting worried. He came exactly on time and luckily I wasn't late. He set up the piano on its legs with his employee and they were done within 45 min total. Overall good experience.

We needed to move a piano at short notice and Piano Inside responded within 24 hours and were able to move the piano when we needed it. Very professional and dependable.

I was very happy with this company's service. I needed a piano moved fairly quickly (the person giving it to me was moving) and James was able to do the move on 4 days' notice. For my first inquiry I left a phone message, he called back almost immediately, provided a link to the info form where I could request a quote, gave me a quote immediately after I submitted the form, and then scheduled the move. This was a pretty easy move, I think, just a small piano, no steep steps or tight turns, and the 3-man crew was speedy and professional. All the good reviews here and on HomeStars seem completely accurate and I will definitely ask James to come tune the piano once it's settled into its new home a bit.
