We recently had an extensive bathroom renovation done this year. We purchased this beautiful Geode porcelain tile, as well as the off white textured subway, and the hex tile for the shower floor from Piastrella. That tile is a showstopper, our friends and relatives comment on how lovely it is. So many rich tones to play off of, it is absolutely stunning. Claudio & Breanne & staff have a beautiful selection of tile and flooring to chose from and most helpful in pairing the tile selections together. Everyone needs to see this tile in person, it's gorgeous!

We had a wonderful experience with the designers at Piastrella. They assisted us from start to finish in our new build with all of our flooring selections as well as lighting, paint colours and choosing furniture pieces through there design website Motivo Disegno (highly recommend)!
The flooring selections are just perfect, it isn't overwhelming like other showrooms we visited and makes putting everything together at there beautiful showroom so easy! They are also always responsive either via phone calls or email.
We highly recommend them to anyone! No other Showroom or people like it in the area! Thank you.

First glance:
Not a whole lot of selection in comparison to other stores, but each one of them are beautiful.
Tiles ordered are usually delivered in a week (I think on Wednesdays?) If in stock.
Price:
It is a luxury tile store, so don't expect wholesale price. That said, they do have some cheaper ones.
Seller:
Claudio was very helpful when I first came in store to choose tiles.
Communication:
Email and in person communication seems to be better than phone so far. They don't seem to be the best at calling back.

I was looking for quality flooring with a different look to what is supplied by the other flooring stores and big box stores. Discovered this store through Facebook and Instagram and couldn't be happier that I did. Brianne is fantastic and knows her flooring and style, she helped witby kitchen and bath Reno and choosing the flooring. Check the showroom and product out, you won't regret it! The service is the best hands down and capucinno is pretty fantastic as well.

It was the easiest decision to make to work with them, it was clean, not cluttered and had a variety of selection of quality hardwood and tiles! The staff are very knowledgable and up to date with the latest trends and styles! More intimate and helpful asisstance than other big flooring stores as well. The layout of the store was beautifully set up and to top it all off, there was cappuccino provided to make the visit even better!
