First time there today very clean yard nice staff good prices the vehicles are already up are at a good hight so no jacking needed will be back for sure

Been going here for a while now, always have what I need and if they don’t I feel like it was worth going in anyways for 2$ Customer service is good and the tire prices are great! I’ll be back again soon! Wanted to drop 5 stars

The yard cashier Lisa was very kind & knowledgeable, along with that their junkyard lot is nicely organized by manufacturers which made it easy for us to find the car we needed.

Well organized and clean facility. Lacks customer service though. Seems as though everyone working here needs a tad bit of an attitude adjustment. Will visit again but not for how polite the CSR’s are.

Unfriendly staff. Perk up your attitudes, id rather drive the extra bit & pay a bit more to the guys at Kenny u pull

Went once in the summer horrible experience with the staff especially the over privileged girl who had red hair at the time just to point fingers… called again recently and had another horrible customer service experience with a different lady there. I used to actually support this place for years but no more! Lost my business and makes it seem like you guys hire anybody for customer service reps these days. Horrible, hope this place turns itself around but I won’t be back to find out!

Ps. I see the way the staff reply’s back to other complaints in their reviews and it’s totally unprofessional. Seriously for a business to start fighting back with customers in reviews is such a low level thing to do… will probably happen to me as well but let’s see how professional Pic N Save can keep it.

You will pay 2 dol to do their job. You have to check your self if car has engine or not. Why charge is for? I could not find even bathroom for customers, I was travel there for over hour. Giving 5 stars yourself will not help improving your business.

If you know your automobiles, this is a great site to buy parts.
The hours of operation for the car you want may vary, so call ahead to confirm. The employees will return products if they don't fit and prices are quite honest. Just be considerate and try not to treat this establishment like a Wal-Mart.

Good place. Near highway. Good customer service. Call to check if they have the car ur looking for other wise u pay 2 $ entrance fee.

I live near by this place and my friends from Mississauga they advised me to buy from here, they really have all what I need for my car. Check in and check out very easy and I found their prices is the best in market. Most of the cars in a good shape too.

UPDATE:

Walked in with my bag of tools and spare parts, checked in and paid the entry fee.

Bag was checked and on I went to get a intake pipe for a new air filter setup.

At checkout they asked for my bag and the parts - I was more than happy to comply and then was accused of theft when I had the spare parts in my bag originally from when I first walked in. Even leaving the bag with the gentleman who checks in people before entering the yard - to go grab the reference air filter for what I needed for fitment.

Told me to never come back and took all the spare parts I had in my bag (even though it was “checked” and on camera (?) from prior.

Didn’t argue with the staff (and the gentleman I thought I’ve interacted with numerous of times) and make a scene - but this is just theft and I’ll never be coming back here again.

I have numerous spare parts for my shitbox Mazda and never thought I’d be embarrassed like this.

Never been treated so poorly as a regular with bags, boxes and cases of tools entering and leaving the yard.

1/5 stars.

Came to buy some all-season tires, ran into Darcy and ended up leaving with almost brand new tires. He was extremely helpful and nice. The pricing is also very reasonable.

Hanging the phone up on customer is not a proper and good customer service. This is not acceptable at all and shouldn’t be any tolerance for that.
I’m from Waterloo, I usually visit your store when I’m in the area. I called today asking for tires. The person on the phone told me that you don’t have record of tires on the system and I understand that. I asked politely if possible to just get an exception for one time and for loyal customer coming for one hour driving to check if the size I’m looking g fire is available (and I know it’s 20 steps from the desk) and that could be exceptional customer service, he said no and hung up on me.
I’m really shocked and was not expecting this from you or from any business dealing with the customers. This is really disrespectful and I’m looking for a proper action from the management (unless this is the management who answer the phone which will be worse)

Great selection of vehicles and the staff is amazing, but be sure to bring your own tools or else the only things you'll be picking is your nose, or butt.

Get service if you know what you looking for they really help you find it. I also got a tire here and they swapped it for me very good people

All I have seen about this place, the reason I heard of this place, was through the racism they express here, by not allowing a coloured man to purchase and even kicking him out. Makes the place look terrible as lots of evidence and videos are available as proof online. Would have been way easier to just say the price as it was requested.

Came hear the other day. Got pretty bad vibes from the employees, I could have sworn they were saying racist stuff behind my back but left with some parts so it wasn't all bad, just rude customer service.

Went to grab a bumper and some car mats and the lady at the front desk was very rude when I asked for price and started giving me an angry tone as she had to check for price I was very unimpressive and let her know I will not be returning, cool yard though lots of cars and did find what I was looking for just a bad employee

Pic n save is crumbling.removing any review that is a positive reflection of their business. Funny enough of they had an ounce of common sense as a collective they would know, good customer service would bring good review.

Counter employee was rude when I asked how much one of the parts cost and started cursing at me. Manager came out and defended her actions even though I was respectful the whole time saying Its a waste of time to give me prices for parts when they didn't even have a price list posted.

Very rude manager, getting annoyed by simple questions. No this is not a fraudulent review. I'm seeing that he's paying someone to remove his negative reviews which is misleading to his service/business.

Blessed to find everything that I was looking for. Employees were friendly and good prices- very pleased and will go back again.

Nicely organized yard, with car brands organized per row, so it's much easier to find a vehicle. Price list posted on the website and easily searchable. Transaction was quick.

I was able to find stuff here quicker then at a competitors yard, so definitely will be coming again.

This place is awesome. Very easy to locate the vehicles. Easy to remove parts and they even provide wheel barrow.

Don’t waste your time by coming to this junkyard. After I got the parts I wanted and went up to pay, all of the workers, including the manager and boss, there had such a bad attitude and were so disrespectful for no reason. Definitely not going back there anytime soon.

Employees are very rude and unprofessional tried to talk to the manager but they defended the behavior. Completely unacceptable and should be avoided at all costs.

Racist won't serve unless they approve your skin color. This business model was developed before the 1960s. They do not charge extra fee for calling the police to escort you off the property. Multiple claims and videos on YouTube.

Great place to shop for a used parts and great price. Its super clean. Washroom and very organized.

First time visit. Very efficient and practical operation. Very friendly staff. Not pushy. Highly recommended for self-pull. Cars are half torn down and on stands making work easy and fast.

I called them asked for parts, they said they have, I drove 75km to get there, they didn't have the parts I need. Excuse was we don't have inventory. Not proffessional.
