First off I want to state I have never been a client. On my way to an appointment I ran over a socket screw and it was lodged in my tire. I first went to Mr. Transmission which was near by. They were swamped and suggested I go next door to Pickering Auto Lab. They as well were busy, but they said they'd squeeze me in. I live within walking distance so I gave them my keys and walked home. In about two hours they called and said they patched my tires. When I came to pick up the vehicle they said it was on the house. Wow what superior service. Needless to say they earned a future customer. Right then I booked an appointment to have this vehicle detailed. I greatly appreciate the service. The staff were very friendly and the shop looked clean. Thanks again gentleman I will be back.

Amazing experience with this shop. Had a slow leak in my BMW X6 tire and they got me in right away and fixed it. It was a small piece of a razor blade stuck in the tire that they took out and patched. Definitely coming back for all my car needs. Highly recommend, professional service and great customer service

I've Serviced my 2014 Bmw 320i at Pickering auto lab for a year now and they are the best I would definitely recommend them if u drive a European vehicle.

Recently got my E400 serviced from these guys. Everything, from the staff to the shop gave a very welcoming vibe. They accommodated me and also provided a loaner vehicle while my car was getting serviced. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, these guys will not try to rip you off. Recently purchased a vehicle that had its safety and there was a few things wrong that another shop passed that shouldn't have. Took the vehicle to Pickering Auto Lab and they went out of their way to correct and find the best remedy for the solution and completed all of the required repairs needed. I couldn't be happier with the excellent customer service and how everyone treats you with respect there. Will be retuning here in the future for repairs.

Talk about Outstanding Service. I was in the process of purchasing a used Audi R8, and Saif, took a phone call from me and spent over 20 min to explain to me, the things to look out for and the reality of owning a vehicle of this calibre. After purchasing the vehicle, I brought it in for a thorough inspection, which revealed some issues under the hood that the dealership neglected to fix. Saif helped me to fight for the dealership to do the right thing, which resulted in the dealership assuming over $5,000 worth of repairs on my Audi R8, free of charge. I'm so thankful to the knowledge base and experience of the team that works here, and I'm able to be rest assured that I'm in the right hands everytime I come here. From what Ive experienced, the team is transparent about prices, the fixes that need to be done and overall honest. I trust this shop with one of my valued assets!

Took my car in because I was told over the phone that it might be my starter. Got there and I was quoted 30-40min wait. Turned out to be a 2 and a half hour wait till they even saw my car. It was very frustrating! They ended up fixing it for me and it turned out to be something completely different than the starter. But they did fix it and diagnose it free of charge, which was nice. The owner/manager was apologetic but still doesn’t make that wait worth it. My advice to the guy quoting wait times, do it properly. Don’t make people wait there for that long.
This business seems like a good business and I can see why people go here but the customer service could improve.

My son takes his car here to get fixed. Looks like they do a lot of high performance vehicles. The place is super modern and clean. It’s my sons first car and it isn’t a fancy one. He is new to the world of having to go to a mechanic and he has had the most amazing customer service and kind fair treatment. I wouldn’t want any other place taking care of him and I really appreciate their work ethics. There are too many horror stories of being taken advantage of. This place is awesome. If you wanna spend the most money you can bring your car here their prices are dealership prices but quality of work is mediocre, brought my a4 here for a noise i heard later found out it was just the heat sheild out of place i also got an oil change and a tuneup costed me 700$, if you want someone to spend time on ur car and actually care about it don’t bring ur car here, if you know the guys that work there you’ll get a discounted price but if not find a local shop that’ll give you a fair deal.

The service was quick, done right, and I was surprised by an act of genuine generosity when I picked up my car. My parents have been trusting Pickering Auto Lab with their exotic cars for years now, and I will follow suit.

Andrew and Drew took care of our car today! They were very honest and professional. They showed alot of patience in taking their time to double check everything for our X5. Their shop floor was very clean which tells me that their techs are very professional, as most shops are not!

Nick the technician looked after my 1990 Mazda Miata. And when I found out he was a Mazda enthusiast I felt at ease and was very pleased with the service.

The shop is hustling with lots of vehicles but didn't mind the wait since I was able to do work on my laptop using their free wifi, and their Expresso machine was also a nice added touch. Shop waiting area is very clean too.

Looking forward to next spring when I can get new tires and alignment done for the summer toy.

They are 1) Proactive communicators, either on the phone or electronically. 2) The shop is clean (clean desk clean mind), well lit spacious. 3) They treat me fairly on what work needs to get done and what the cost is. “We did this while doing that so we won’t charge you for both”

Some of the issues my other mechanic tried fix wasn't done correctly.services managers are very polite and respectful they break down the price and explain it to you. Honestly, Pickering Auto Lab has restored my faith that there are still professional, honest, hardworking mechanics available who are not just about the bottom line. The care they show every time we have had an issue with our cars is great, they have gone above and beyond to ensure our happiness. We had a B250 and they worked with us as we worked with the lemon that car turned out to be…and they were very good in recommending what class Mercedes to go with next. From an oil change to transmission work we’ve done, we’ve always felt they take exceptional care in what they do and to make sure we were satisfied along the way. Even getting a rental they made easy which decreases the stress one could feel from having to go without a car. One of my tires had multiple nails, a friend of mine highly recommended Pickering auto lab. Took my car and spoke to Linden and he was able to accommodate me and was able to fix my tire and replaced my spare with in 40mins and I was back on road. I highly recommend them as they are on point, accommodating.

Brought a lexus is300 there about a year ago for alignment was all setup car drove pretty good but wore out the insides of the front tires fast. I replaced some control arm bushing and needed to get my alignment reset. They tried 3 time and still can't put the car within stock lexus spec. They set whatever number they feel and falsely gave me readings that said they where with spec but were not. I shouldnt have to go thro and make sure my total toe ect is with the cars spec. The first time first time they tried to set it-. 01 boths side with a total toe of-. 01. Stock spec total toe is 0.04-. 08 I gave them extra 2deg cause my cars is lowerd give them a max total toe of. 04-. 10 they are at 0.13. After even being told the numbers I wanted or within they still could follow a customer directions. I can't believe these ppl work on high end cars but can't do a basic alignment. I wouldn't bring anything there with a real problem.

they present other issues, and don’t give you a written quote. They give you a cost for the work via phone conversation or text then at the end your bill escalates 40-50% more
They changed my windshield wipers cabin air filters, oil change without any permission
Then the final tally was 40% higher then what was verbally said and texted to me. And still my car was running properly.

Brought my 2011 Benz E350 in after I went to another shop that ruined my car. I didn’t want to take another chance with my car so I found Pickering auto lab that seemed reputable. They fixed my car up completely and I couldn’t be any more happier with their service. Finally found the right doctors for my Benz.

Honest, down-to-Earth, optimistic, understanding, eternally helpful and other really really good words. They deserve all of them. These guys will go out of their way to help you save money and the atmosphere there is relaxed and comfortable. They definitely did not specifically ask me to write a review. Who told you that? ! They lied!

The owner is a stand up guy. After realizing they may have diagnosed my car issue wrong he owned up to called me back and refunded my money. Its rare to find businesses that will call you back to correct a mistake so I salute them for that.

Honest people who know their trade. I was there fixing a sensor on my car. It is always a bit tricky because the problem is often not obvious and definitive, but I feel they made the decisions with customer's (my) interest first, and replaced the sensor only when other options were exhausted. The sensor was ringing up the other day and they checked for me without charging me, saying it was a part of the warranty. I trust them and will go back.

Brought my car in to get the A/C compressor replaced, gave the best price amongst a couple of shops I called in the Ajax/Pickering area. Always been a great group of guys that really take care of your car. Best place to come to and will always be upfront and never take advantage of you like other auto repair shops.

My RR Evoque didn't feel right since I got it, but then i had tires changed by OK tire and one fell off after a couple of week. The ride definitely didn't feel right after that, even after the dealer and insurer's preferred vendor were done with it, and it was returned to me with warning lights still on. Insurer and Dealer gave me run around.

Brought it to Pickering Auto Lab for Spring maintenance, and follow up on the unaddressed issues overlooked by Ajax Land Rover. If you want thorough, honest, quality, professional, friendly, services with reasonable prices, I wouldn't trust anyone in the region but Saif with my vehicles going forward.

Absolutely the best service in town. I brought my own 2008 Landrover for a new battery. They gave me the best price in town and installed it in a couple of hours. I was so impressed by their service that I brought in my sister in laws 2008 Mazda3. Absolutely honest and good people. They fixed the windshield wipers, gave me a free full inspection and wrote down everything wrong with the vehicle. Honestly, I've been to my fair share of mechanics, but Pickering Auto Lap is now my home. Highly recommend them.

I have brought in my vehicles about 4 times in the last 2 years. I am very happy with their service. I mostly dealt with Nick, the general manger. He has been very friendly, and explained everything thoroughly and their prices are much better than dealerships. After two years having my car here i will be looking for another place to service my car.
First, with my first oil change they fill oil only to the minimum mark on oil probe, so i had to buy another litre of oil to top up. Second change was the same and once i mentioned to them they said they filled oil amount as per books but did add more. Went there today for oil change and guess what, same thing: minimum on the oil stick.
I greed with others, they have good staff in there and good customer service. However, who wants to check things after the job was done? I want to trust people but seems it is ongoing issue here.
The last turning down point is, they took down their customer loyalty program with 4 oit changes you get 5th free. This a big bummer for me as i used to drive from Richmond hill to Pickering and now there is no point for doing so.
Oh, and there is no car wash anymore.i guess they are cutting down on cost.and customers satisfaction.
It is still good place to go to but if you far from Pickering worth to research other places close by.

After having my car into the shop for many repairs (which the quoted price was the one we paid, no extra costs) we did have an incident with the car after leaving. When mistakes happen, whether small or large, how you deal with it matters! The owners took it very seriously, dealt with the problem in a very professional manner, and fixed the issue at no cost to me. Will visit the shop again and feel confident in doing so!
