Horrible customer service and they are liars! My daughter had an ultrasound scheduled for 5: 20 pm, we arrived at 5: 29pm due to traffic and they refused the appoint even though they close at 6 pm! Huh? !

I have been coming here for years and the sweet female Ukrainian technician always makes the ultrasound process welcoming and comfortable! Thank you so much.

Poor service. No respect for time and appointments. They ask you to show up 5-10 mins prior and i still waited 30 mins after my appointment time. That a total of 40 mins! All along there's a technician in an unused room chatting and laughing on his phone. I don't understand how this is acceptable. And when I spoke to the front desk she just said we're running a little behind schedule. All these personnel deserve to be fired. Pathetic

The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful, and they are willing to answer any questions that patients you may have. Additionally, the clinic is clean and well-maintained to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients.

This is one of the best place for getting x-rays, imaging, scan etc done for anyone. The service is too quick and all the people are very kind and grateful in every aspects. The front staff as well as the technicians will answer each queries. Overall good service.

Absolutely terrible. Went here today for an ultrasound for upcoming physical. The female technician made me feel so uncomfortable, was rude and short. Was brought to tears during my appointment in a very vulnerable state through her demands. Thought she may just be having a bad day, but the previous reviews of the same person tell me otherwise. I am not one to complain but I have never felt so terrible after a medical appointment. Will not recommend this place to anyone in Pickering. Have been to the ultrasound beside LifeLabs in Pickering and have had a much better experience, with technicians that make you feel comfortable and clearly explain what they are doing and how you need to lay, etc. I would strongly recommend you hire a competent person who enjoys their job with proper customer service skills that include respect and empathy.

Second visit to this clinic; not impressed by cleanliness, nor follow up to “posted” notifications, within clinic, e.g. They did not follow requirements for face masks, nor did they follow follow post stating “ no use of cell phones”. One guy in reception area did not wear a face mask & was using his cell phone, the entire time that he was there.
Other people entered, without mask’s, to ask for/ confirm directions for their medical purposes.
Will not be returning to this clinic, as they do not follow their own protocols. Might as well remove the signage within their clinic!

Went here for my 2nd ultrasound with some complications, the female technician was rude, inconsiderate and cold. First thing she said to me was that the testing could take minutes or hours. She sighed several times during the 20 mins ordeal. She gave me 2 seconds on the screen and no photo of the ultrasound. I felt I needed to appease her by keeping my mouth shut and not ask any questions.
I believe she has chosen the wrong field of work.

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY! I wish I could give this place a 0. Went for my 12 week ultrasound for my first pregnancy. The Russian lady was extremely RUDE I left crying. I was so excited to see my baby for the first time with more anatomy and she wouldn’t even let me see the screen for a minute. She said “ this is not movie time, I don’t know why people come here thinking that. ” “If you wanna see your baby you can pay for a the 3D scan. ” “When you come for your 20 week loose the expectation of looking at the screen. ” I replied it’s my first pregnancy I just wanted to see movement To know everything is okay. She said “ of course the baby is moving”. But never turned the screen. The whole time while I laid there afraid to speak because she would snap and go off. She chose to go on and on about how ridiculously people are and their expectations. To much negativity at this place I went in happy and excited and left crying. Stay away!

Ultrasound technician arrogant and rude. Your better off finding another imaging centre. Coming out with the negative energy given by these people ain’t worth the visit. Stay away!

Had an ultrasound of my abdomen done. The male technician lacks common courtesy. He did not leave the room and left the door open while I cleaned up and sorted myself.

The x-ray was fine, but the ultrasound technician (older gentleman) provided the worst medical experience I have ever had. He was completely unprofessional, and I would never go here again.

Not very organized. Showed up for an ultrasound and X-ray appointment at 5: 20, other people came in after me and was called in. Reception said she thought I already had my ultrasound done and was only waiting for X-ray. One lady was waiting for 2 hours before she was seen. My ultrasound was done at 6pm. X-ray at 6: 40pm. Poor service, wouldn’t come here again.

I’ve had good and bad experiences here. Good because the technicians are nice, very professional and polite. Receptionists are the exact opposite - rude, unaccommodating and easily annoyed. I booked online for the earliest appointment only to receive an email later on that I was confirmed for mid day. They didn’t even bother to ask if the mid day appointment worked for me. I would appreciate a heads up. Or better yet don’t open slots for appointments you cannot meet. So disappointing.

The technician was very rude and bossy. There is a long wait even though I had an appointment. Somebody needs attitude check and learn to be respectful to people. More training needed.

They miscommunicate. I had to take my daughter for her Xray. I called them before going there, they said there is noone in the waiting and we will be seen right away. Took me 10 mins to get there, while filling up the form asked them again if there is anyone ahead of us (since it's a walk-in and someone could have walked in before us) they said noone, we will be seen right away. Waited for half hour, went in to talk to reception again, she said there is one person ahead of us. I told her that I asked her twice if there is anyone ahead of us you said no one and now you're telling me this. I confirmed twice. I had to pick my wife up from somewhere that's why I was confirming again and again. If I was told there is someone ahead of us I would have left right away. They miscommunicate and then behave rudely. I took my daughter's requisition back and went to EXR. Will never go there again neither recommend them to anyone. Happened on Aug 10,21 at 12: 30pm.

Great job, very professional. Accepted me walk in and one stop for all my test. Thank you for providing all services at one place.
